The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information to make our stay comfortable. They even left a thoughtful welcome basket with snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch! The amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a lovely backyard where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was a plus for us since we needed to catch up on some work. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to return!

I really appreciate it all the amenities that the host provided. we did not have to purchase any items during our stay. There were enough dishes to cook and to use for eating. The rooms were very tastefully decorated, and the backyard is huge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this Condo. The owner was wonderful and communicated when we needed something or had questions. The unit was clean, fully equipped and had a very nice home feel. The view was absolutely spectacular! I would definitely recommend this condo and i will be visiting again. :)

We absolutely loved this condo! It was exactly as described and even better than pictured, had everything we needed, and was very clean. The condo and the community are equally beautiful! We felt right at home as soon as we got there. Communication with owners was excellent. Perfect for families! It’s on the less busy end of the beach, so not nearly as crowded, with an easy and quick walk to the beach with underground tunnel available if you don’t want to cross the road They have a playground, pool and kiddie pool, sand volleyball court, shuffleboard, ping pong, pool table, and tennis court. We enjoyed movie night at the pool Thursday night and they had live music at the pool Tuesday night. We were so relaxed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

"We had an amazing stay at our Vacasa rental condo in Panama City Beach! The location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to do and see. One tiny suggestion we have is to consider replacing the carpet, which was showing its age. But honestly, that's a minor quibble in an otherwise fantastic rental experience! Very beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Elevators get a little crowded and sometimes long waits due to being on top floor, but condo is right in front of elevator so not so much walking once you exit. I feel that everything that we pretty much needed was pretty much provided. Had options as far as pools. There were 3, one inside heated pool, but many chose the outside pool on the east which is the biggest and beautiful view. I can say so much more that I can say, but I’d be going on and on. What would truly be nice is if there was a lil water park near the beach premises like the ones provided in Kissimmee. Other than that, great stay! Highly recommended!

The view is unbeatable. We enjoyed tea & coffee every morning on the balcony. The space is huge with plenty of space (It was me and my husband and 2 year old so we had plenty of room) Kitchen is big and well equipped. Beds are firm but comfy. Bathrooms are HUGE. There were a few small things that could've been better. We found a few dishes that weren't clean in the cabinet, the grill needed a good scrubbing before we used it and the couple of grilling utensils we found were broken or old, the disposal in the sink wasn't working, and some of the showers oddly have no ledge/shelf to put anything on so your soaps just sit on the tile. All in all, it certainly didn't make our stay a bad one. We had a fantastic time. The pool is huge and heated, the hot tub is pretty big too. The location is second to none. We had a great time shopping in the morning and playing in the water in the afternoon. Overall would highly recommend.
