This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The view was amazing! The beach was not overcrowded! People were friendly. Everything was clean. Plenty of extra blankets. We brought our own towels and laundry supplies but they were available for use. Cabinets were older but was not an issue for us. The shells were in abundance. Our boys caught a monster of a fish from shore. Garbage shoot was in a convenient spot. Diane was great to communicate with. The only thing I noticed often was the sirens. Otherwise this was a great experience for our family! The sound of the waves and view every morning and night is everything we hoped it would be! Fatty Patty’s was an amazing local must! Absolutely delicious!

We enjoyed our stay. My teenagers had their own space, which they loved. Phyllis was great with timely responses, friendly and gave us recommendations for dinner. Great place with everything we needed for our stay.

Our stay was fantastic!! This is our 3rd year staying at the Ambassador and our 1st time at Yvette’s. We definitely will be booking Yvette’s place again. It was decorated so cute and it was so cozy. She had everything we needed and more. Yvette was very quick to answer my messages and she was very friendly. We absolutely loved this place!!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at Julia’s condo. She is a great host, very responsive!! The condo is walkable from the beach and several great areas - Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary. It is very clean and perfect for two people!

We enjoyed our stay the villa was cozy the area was safe and friendly I would recommend my hosts!!

The condo is exactly as described. Everything was made easy by Blane. 1 problem with the new water heater, recently installed, we had while there and he promptly had it fixed. Otherwise, no issues at all. The best view ever. We are already planning the date to stay here again this year!

It was exactly what we needed for our trip to PCB!! The house was pleasantly stocked with pretty much everything you could think of. It was the perfect size for my dog to roam and was a very short walk to the beach, which is an added bonus. We felt very “at home” the whole time !

Chuck was a wonderful Airbnb host. The Plantation was a home away from home for us and our 2 dogs. The pontoon boat rental was so much fun and you can’t beat the bay view from the backyard. We will be back again. :)

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay! The air bnb was clean and tidy. Nearby restaurants, bay, grocery store.. all walkable distance. Family friendly area. Easy drive to public beach access with free and paid parking options.

Jeff provided an excellent stay for our group, from restaurant recommendations to tourist attractions, he took care of us. All of us had a great time, the location was perfect, and check-in/check-out was a breeze!

Loved everything about Amy's place. So cute, comfortable & clean. Everything we needed for 2 of us and our pup.. Amy was extremely helpful and responding quickly to all my questions. The location was perfect. So much to do within walking distance - restaurants, shopping, beach, farmers market. We really enjoyed the outdoor live music, food & drinks right at the end of the street. We loved Rosemary Beach and will definitely make it a point to stay at Amy's again.

Book Carrie's place now! We stayed for a month and it was so fabulous, we have already booked again for next year. You can see the beach from the kitchen window, and it took literally two minutes to get there. We have traveled to beaches around the world, and this one was easily in our top 3. Even during spring break, you could find a spot with no one nearby and an unobstructed view of the water. The place was tucked away, yet within walking distance to Buster's Beer and Bait, which has cheap beer and live music -- much of it really good. The beds were super comfortable. The washer and dryer got a lot of use and worked great. Carrie was immediately responsive. Just amazing all around.

Stacey and Susan, My daughter and I enjoyed your condo immensely. We refer to it as our "Beach Home". The decor is inviting, simple, beautiful, and the color scheme is comforting. This is the second time I have rented your condo. Amy B., my daughter, has rented your condos on many occasions, and enjoyed over three weeks with you this year. We enjoyed your place so much that we only went out to eat a few times, choosing instead to spend our evenings inside, bringing in delicious food, playing games, watching movies, doing Pilates and talking the hours away. We love that the beach is a walk across the street and we are always happy to leave the beach chairs and umbrella that we purchased for future guests. My daughter is already planning her next trip to celebrate her 40th birthday with family and friends. I'm looking a dates for my next trip too! Kind regards, Traci

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carolyn’s home in Santa Rosa Beach! The property was impeccably maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of fun. Carolyn was a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. One of the highlights was the pool—it was large, heated, and came with a beautiful cabana that made grilling and relaxing even more enjoyable. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs,umbrellas, and plenty of toys for the kids, which made our days by the water even more fun and stress-free. Another huge plus was having The Big Chill just across the street. It was the perfect spot for grabbing delicious food, enjoying live music, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Carolyn’s recommendations for restaurants beaches and shops were spot on. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

This home was perfect for our family of 7, one being a toddler. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare large meals. Plenty of comfortable seating. Walkable to beach, restaurants and fun things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

We really enjoyed the close walk ability to the beach. This was a great location in Gulf Highlands closest to the beach entrance. Not all pools are heated, but it wasn’t far to walk to one of the heated pools. We also enjoyed the putt putt course. We found the people at the entrances to be quite pleasant and helpful. Katy was a great host to work with, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Unfortunately we had cold and rainy weather most of our stay so we did not get to use the lovely patio area as we’d hoped. So we easily drove to explore areas both east and west of PCB. Lots of good restaurants in the PCB areas too.

Sunswept is the perfect hidden gem. The condo is so well appointed and perfectly managed. The beach location is fantastic and it’s a short drive to Captain Anderson’s. We LOVED this place and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Great stay for the most part, very nice on the inside. The bar next door was loud pretty late which is at no fault of Dawn. She did have fans and noise makers which helped, hard to drown out the bass though.
