Ao entrar na propriedade você se depara e se delicia com as laranjeiras do jardim, tudo muito bem equipado . Amália é amável, corresponde rápido as dúvidas, tivemos uma ótima estada a Lipari. Super recomendo.

Un grand merci à Rosy pour son accueil. Il faut marcher un peu comme indiqué dans l’annonce puis Rosy nous attendait devant la maison à notre arrivée. L’appartement était très propre et la terrasse vous offre une petite vue au loin sur la mer. Nous avons eu une belle surprise le matin devant notre porte, Rosy y a déposé une délicieuse confiture maison. Tout au long du séjour, elle s’est préoccupée pour nous, nous indiquant de nous informer concernant les bateaux en raison de la météo. Nous recommandons vivement!

Ottima accoglienza. Appartamento ben fornito e pulitissimo. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal porto vicino a supermercati, attività commerciali e ristoranti. Gli host molto molto gentili. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa ☺️ grazie e alla prossima!

Ho avuto il piacere di passare tre giorni meravigliosi insieme al mio compagno e i nostri due cani in questa splendida location. Il punto è molto strategico perché si può raggiungere facilmente sia il centro sia la spiaggia. L'appartamento si trova all'interno di una villetta con un giardino molto curato. Ci sono due ingressi per cui si può entrare ed uscire senza disturbare chi si trova nell'abitazione principale. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che serve, cucina, tavolo esterno ed una comoda zona dove potersi rilassare la sera e godersi la pace che solo quel posto sa dare. Anche i nostri amici a 4 zampe hanno apprezzato molto il soggiorno. Spero di poter tornare presto, consigliatissimo!

La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, vicinissima al mare e molto pulita. Tutto in ordine e perfetto! Avevamo bisogno di un posto che ci consentisse di rilassarci senza bisogno di spostarci con mezzi di qualsi tipo per raggiungere mare e servizi (bar, pizzerie, market ecc) e lo abbiamo trovato. Very friendly staff and felt very welcomed by Lorenzo's wife and all other employees. It was perfect for relaxing, amazing nature, cute little village. In the supermarkets and some bars/cafés they don't speak English but they are very friendly and with a few Italian words etc. it's not a problem. All windows/doors in the apartment had mosquito screens which makes really sense on this green island. I felt a bit like in a fairytale. I can recommend not too heavy suitcases or maybe even a backpack because there are often a few stairs but it's also ok with a luggage.

Logement très agréable, vue magnifique depuis la terrasse sur Canneto et Vulcano. Francesca est très accueillante et fourni tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Encore merci pour tout ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Attention toutefois: véhicule indispensable.

We spent a few nights in late October and the place is really beautiful, the house itself as well as the island. You get stunning views on both the volcano as well as the sea. The house can be reached by approximately 30 minute walk from the port, or by a taxi. Be aware that off-season, there are no restaurants opened and you need to prepare your own food. The ingredients can be purchased in the local supermarkets which accept card payments. Also bear in mind that due to weather conditions, you might not be able to leave the island as expected, because the only way to/from Stromboli is by the hydrofoil or a ferry, so plan accordingly and leave a buffer. That’s what happened to us, but not even 3 days were enough, we were stranded on the island for 4 days and we missed our flight back home. Luckily, Renato was a really attentive and helpful host, and enabled us to stay all these additional nights for a reduced rate which we highly appreciated.

Le logement de Christiana est parfait pour passer quelques jours à Lipari et rayonner dans les autres iles. Tres pres du centre ville on peut tout faire a pied et profiter des nombreux restaurants. Une bonne adresse

Con le mie amiche abbiamo passato una splendida settimana a casa di Nicoletta, che oltre ad essere super gentile ed ospitale ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare (soprattutto gli ottimi ristoranti!). La casa corrisponde alle foto, ha tanto spazio esterno, è arredata in stile minimal e con gusto, perfetta per 4 persone ed immersa nel verde, tra fiori, agrumi e capperi. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato le docce esterne visto il grande caldo di questa estate! In zona ci sono bar, ristoranti (tra cui Le Macine di cui ci siamo innamorate) la fermata del bus a 2 metri. In casa è presente anche un ampio spazio dove poter parcheggiare i motorini come noi oppure una macchina. Grazie di tutto Nicoletta (e Maria), speriamo di tornare prestissimo!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour avec nos deux enfants dans cette belle maison. Nous avons beaucoup profité du jardin et de ses arbres fruitiers, de la vue sur la mer et du barbecue pour des repas sur la terrasse! L'accueil de Caterina était chaleureux, elle nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Malfa est un village idéal pour visiter l'île, et à 10 minutes à pied de la maison se trouve une jolie plage. Nous espérons revenir!

Terraza con vistas a todas las islas Eolias. Atardeceres impresionantes a los pies del volcán. Un pequeño pueblo en el que desconectar de todo, relajarte y disfrutar plenamente de la naturaleza. Mar y montaña. Maravilloso!

Ein ganz wunderbares Haus an einem ganz großartigen Ort... Wir hatten das große Glück, uns eine Woche an diesem zauberhaften Ort aufhalten zu dürfen und wir haben jeden Morgen und jeden Abend genossen. das alte äolische Bauernhaus ist sehr authentisch und sensibel saniert und auch wenn die Einrichtung und Ausstattung eher einfach ist, fehlt es an nichts. Walter ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Vous ne pouvez pas trouver plus gentil et accueillant que Francesco. Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais le logement était super. Nous avons dîner sur place et c'était parfait pour nous. Et pour le petit déjeuner, Francesco avait mis à notre disposition café, thé, biscottes, confitures, madeleines ..merci Francesco tout était parfait 🙏🤗

Everything was perfect during our stay in this traditional Eolian house. Couldn’t ask for better. Would love to come back. The host was very helpful with everything, he also organised our pick up from the harbour and shared with us useful contacts for activities, such as boat trips or scooter rentals.

Villa Mulino al vento con la sua meravigliosa vista sulla città di Lipari è la location perfetta per le vostre vacanze Eoliane. Gli appartamenti sono pulitissimi e dotati di ogni comfort di grande design. Le ampie terrazze e gli spazi esterni sono perfettamente curati e arredati, in grado di regalare momenti di assoluto relax immersi nella natura. Il valore aggiunto? Il super host Leonardo che ci ha coccolato e viziato con prelibatezze home made e la sua compagnia. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre curiosità e richieste; inoltre la presenza di Perla un affettuoso golden retriever ha addolcito tutti i nostri risvegli. Un grazie anche a Marithes per il suo sorriso e la sua deliziosa cucina. Insomma, sicuramente il posto perfetto per una vacanza indimenticabile.

Highlights: - wunderschöne, sehr saubere, grosse Wohnung - 2 Zimmer mit 2 Badzimmer - toll ausgestattete Küche - grosser Balkon - schöne Dekoration, man fühlte sich direkt wie "zu Hause" - Klimaanlagen vorhanden - ca. 1.5 km zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt - einfaches, selbständiges Check-in / Check-out - rasche Rückmeldung durch Domenico, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Wir würden immer wieder die Wohnung von Domenico buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger negativer Punkt: - kein Privatparkplatz. Es gibt zwar viele Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch war es am Mittag und gegen 18.00 Uhr jeweils schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

perfetto,accanto alla spiaggia,con docce,facilissimo parcheggiare.a 200metri ottimo bar con dolce e salato, e sennò a 3min di macchina la piazzetta di Calderà, Lidl a 6 minuti in macchina.Raccomandabile!

Rosella communicated right up to when we arrived. She met us at the port with a huge friendly smile. Nothing was too much for Rosella, she and her sister in law, Erina were wonderful and made our stay extra special and memorable Also gave us great restaurant and coffee shop recommendations. The views were amazing and the best you will ever have in Lipari yet, only a short walk, 100m to the centre. Highlly recommend this place and definitely stay there again.

Situated on a mountain the view was amazing. We woke up to a beautiful vista of the sea every morning. Pasqualle’s place is situated in such a way we were able to walk to the center of the historic city of lipari as well as in the other direction the Cannetto seaside. Everything was perfect. Coffee maker, washer, utensils, pots and pans, plates everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying in Pasqualle’s place. Although we had a car he met us at the port making arriving at his place easy.

Nino e la mamma sono 2 ottimi ost,persone gentili e disponibili. Io e mio padre ci siamo trovati benissimo e anche i nostri cagnolini. consigliato vivamente

Das Zimmer ist im Parterre des Hauses gelegen und gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle ist 4 Minuten entfernt. Ebenfalls gibt es zwei Supermärkte mit einem großen Angebot. Viele Töpfe und Pfannen laden zum kochen ein. Die Wohnung ist ruhig allerdings etwas dunkel für meinen Geschmack. Die Sonnen-Terrasse ist im 3. Stock. Der Blick ist großartig.

Our dream came true. Let meg start with Claudia and his husband who were delightful, always ready to answer us. We were arriving late night, they were waiting for us at the ferry. They offered us Mány program, restaurant and beach. The house was perfect for 2 people to enjoy holiday on this amazing little island. AC is working extra well, the outside kitchen.. anybody would like to have a same kitchen at home. You can meet with the neighbours cats, and the way to the house is covered fully ín flower. Claudia even came to say good bye to us. She immediately treated us well, we couldn't wish for better. We cannot be grateful enough, for meeting her, his husband and their little dog. We recommend this little treasure house to everybody, who would like to be in a peaceful accomodation and enjoy Lipari day and nightlife in 5 minutes walk.
