The place is world-class with lots of things in the kitchen and bathroom that are available and well thought-out. Super clean, comfortable and well-made. Very accessible to a mall nearby and restaurants in the area. I would like to come back and use it again next time. Good job Evelyn!

Great place to stay when visiting Bacolod. Right across ayala mall where you can find everything you need... restaurants, grocery, ATM, even chapel inside the mall. Condo unit is big, clean, and beds are very comfortable. Will definitely book again next time we visit Bacolod. Big thanks to Richelle & Nerissa! 😊

We had a great stay. Host was warm and welcoming. Easy check in and check out. Very responsive to questions and needs. Place was next to a mall where you have everything you need. Host made extra efforts to provide what a traveller needed at her place. She is an excellent host ! We left a backpack at the lobby and she immediately called us and even brought the backpack to the airport. Extremely grateful to have such an exceptional, helpful, caring and kind host ! Would highly recommend staying here !

Sherwyn’s condo unit was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.Communication was seamless! He was very responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

We had a restful stay at Bryner’s place. The room has a pretty good view of the city. The place is very well-maintained. I love how thoughtful they are with every little detail in this property. From room slippers to an honesty store and strong wifi and kitchen amenities. Overall had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

Excellent view and location. Everything is nearby and the staff is amazing. The place is located in a busy area but it's low-key. The pool area is not designed for large gatherings but there is a large open area adjacent to the pool that is perfect for that. You probably need approval from management, but they seem like they would say yes to most reasonable request (8 people or less). Lastly, I would rather stay here than the nearby Seda Hotel. Same area; just a different price.

Nice place to stay if you're planning for a staycation, especially when you want to cook a meal for your family, equipped with the necessary cooking equipment except for the knife, but never an issue; we make use of the available bread knife. The host is also very accommodating and responsive. I requested her for a checkout by 12 noon since my baby likes to swim; she allowed us to stay until 2 pm. We'll be sure to come back. 🙂

The place is clean and spacious, very comfortable for 6 people. The property has a very good location, it's very accessible. Restaurants, malls, are just walking distance. Checking in was also easy as the caretaker is also there to wait for us when we check in, also very responsive. When we needed an extra blanket, it was easily provided to us. If we ever be in Iloilo again, this is the place we would like to rent again. Highly recommended!

Good location, secured and accessible to eating & shopping places. Service staff very courteous & helpful. The condo unit is relatively new so it is nice & neat. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the place. Alice was responsive to my queries and requests. Can’t ask for anything more in an Airbnb.
