We had a very nice stay in housiify Olivine. Property exactly looks like the pictures. Very clean space. Host was friendly. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved the property and our stay for 2 nights. Positives: 1. Beautiful & green surroundings with no noise 2. Lovely interiors giving a feel of an old era home 3. Well maintained 4. Cook (Kanchan) & caretaker (Usha) were very polite and helpful 5. Food cooked by Kanchan was very tasty 6. 1km walking distance from Mahabaleshwar market and Wilson point 7. Bella, Pixie & Dodo (3 dogs of the owner) made it a memorable stay; especially Pixie who welcomed us with a hug 8. Garden was lovely with lots of flowers Feedback: 1. Geyser in Bedroom 4 (ground floor) was not working properly during our stay. 2. The door of bathroom of Bedroom 1 (big room on 1st floor) only opened half way and then got stuck. Then one had to push hard and it made lot of noise before it fully opened.

Very well maintained house. Its really big and airy to start with. Has TV in hall and rooms. Have a brilliant sound system. There are caretakers to take care of all your needs. They are separate are for pool and games. They have a indoor pool which is very lit. Washrooms are also big and have bathtub as well in the master bedroom. Overall it was a amazing stay. Would love to come back again

The home is located in a peaceful area. The view you would get from from the balcony is very eye-catching! The caretakers are very friendly, especially Savita who is very co operative! The food was great. cons : far way from the main market! the small road leading up to the house is very narrow and uneven. both small & big cars would face an issue in their own way!

I had an amazing stay at this place! The house is beautifully designed with a charming aesthetic, and the front yard adds to the overall peaceful vibe. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making my stay even more comfortable. A special shoutout to Ramprasad Bhai and Chandrakant Bhai for their warm hospitality and assistance-they truly made the experience even better. The staff's gesture and service were exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay! Would love to visit again.

Beautiful place with very clean rooms and washrooms. The caretaker (chikane bhaiya) and his wife were very attentive. Specifically the food his wife cooked for us was delicious. Spoke to the owners as well.. very soft spoken and well behaved people. Special mention to Rocky, their very sweet and polite fur baby. Loved the place n will definitely visit again.

it was great deal to have. every penny worthy. Nature surrounding villa. We miss the main course, but poha in breakfast was delicious. Must recommend. Family friendly. 10/10.

Our group had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Zaid's property! The place looks exactly like the photos—clean & well-maintained. Each room comes with an attached bathroom, which is a huge plus when traveling with a larger group. The kitchen is a bit small, but honestly, who needs to cook when you have a fantastic and affordable food service available? Their amazing caretaker, Hanif Bhai, prepared delicious meals for us. We had a perfect evening on the terrace—under the stars, cool breeze with pakoras, and a live barbecue prepared by him. Major tourist spots like Sydney Point & Table Land are just a 10-minute drive away, and the market is within a kilometer, making the location very convenient. The property was clean with fresh linen & bedsheets...which is a great relief for me whenever I try out a new Airbnb property. Full marks on this front! Definitely coming back as I also hear that the property is getting a new look soon!
