Held my daughter’s 9th birthday here with the whole fam! The place was super clean and peaceful. The whole family had nothing bad to say about the place because it was as beautiful as the photos. 🖤 we specifically enjoyed the recreation room with the billiard pool table and karaoke. Warms showers was a plus! Will definitely go back here.

My son enjoyed a lot spending his birthday at Casa Oxciano. Place is perfect for family staycation and bonding as well as pool parties!

The place is very cozy and clean. All amenities are provided as well. One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in. ☺️

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place has a beautiful overlooking view that made our mornings and evenings extra special. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend, and we'd definitely stay again!

This is our second time booking this place and it did not disappoint. Sir Mike is a superb host, his instructions were simple and was touched because it was personalized. We were always greeted with a smile and he had provided everything we need during our stay. I like the aesthetic of the house, it was an inspiration for me for my future home. My kids enjoyed our stay. There’s no problem with food because we can easily order or bring our home cooked meals and just heat in the microwave or toaster. Coffee is free flowing. No need to bring utensils as it was also provided for us. Lookinh forward to our next stay.

This place is as beautiful as what you see in their posted pics! It’s spacious and clean with lots of amenities! Personally, what stands out for me is their huge Entertainment Room that comes with a huge TV, comfy sofa seats, updated Karaoke Platinum songlist, two microphones and a great sound system. The Bonfire setting adjacent to the swimming pool is aesthetically pleasing. It’s a perfect spot to hang out and chill. They also have a Jacuzzi and bar area with Billiards. The host is attentive and responds promptly to inquiries and requests. It’s very easy to communicate with Dial and their caretakers have assisted us to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. My team and I had so much fun with our stay here. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a place to bond or unwind with your family, friends or teammates. It’s a great venue for any occassion such as birthday, reunion, teambuilding or even a family weekend vacation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really wanted to gatekeep the experience but I'm not selfish so yes, One of the top tier Airbnb in bulacan is here!! We had so much fun celebrating our Father's 60th birthday. As a fan of good ambiance, aesthetic design and complete amenities? I could say that I'm lucky to experienced it on Jecca's listing. Will definitely go back! But I have some few concerns. We had an amazing time! Casa De Mercado is an absolute treasure. The care taker greeted us with a smile, no big or small errands and they will surely get it sorted (not that we have one). Communication with booking and check out was no hassle. The place was heaven. The modern “kubo”was very spacious and the bed in the rooms are relaxing, beds are very comfortable too. The pool.. day or night was the highlight of the vacay, everyone super enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again in this “rare find” when we need to stay in pampanga!! We loved our stay at La Bella Vita. The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the outdoor space was awesome. On top of that the staff was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. We'd definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this 5-bedroom villa! The entire place was incredibly clean and cozy, and one of the first things we noticed was how great it smelled throughout—so fresh and inviting. Every room felt thoughtfully prepared, and the furniture , appliances were top-notch, giving a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. The host was very accommodating from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed. The staff were also super attentive and kind, always ready to help without being intrusive. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed getaway!

Villa Bautista 2 exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived they welcomed us with warmth and helpfulness (we had a big van and tons of luggage!). The first thing that struck us was how much space we had (3 levels), how tasteful and stylish the decor was and the expansive views of the rice fields and mountains in the distance. It was great to watch the sunset from the pool. I recommend their Pinoy breakfasts which were varied and excellent. I wish we would’ve arranged for dinners as well. Malin and staff go above and beyond for your comfort and enjoyment. The massages were pure bliss.

Amazing Stay at Villa Pao! Villa Pao was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautiful, clean, and has stunning views. The pool and outdoor space were fantastic for relaxing, and the location was peaceful. Our host and the caretaker was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Me and my friends definitely had a great time staying here. Although we find it quite expensive for to be honest as the place needs some fixing like the water pressure was too weak; and the aircon pressure on one room was really poor even it’s on its lowest temperature. But overall, we had fun, location is awesome, and near to a lot of establishments like groceries, cafe, hospital, etc. Thanks!

Very clean and private place.

Great location to spend PH's very hot summer. The house is blasting 4 aircon so it's very cold, comfortable, and cozy when we arrived at around 3PM in the afternoon. In garage parking fits 2 cars. Place is very clean and smells good inside. Kitchen utensils are complete. No Netflix account was logged in so we had to use ours. Internet is very fast, we were able to work all night. Tatay is very nice, he even gave us mangoes, and gave us a tour of the place and amenities the moment we stepped in. He's very helpful. Because the house is sound proof, we got to enjoy the videoke until wee hours. Thank you Sir Carlo for accommodating us on a very short notice, and for the discount.

The place is sooo beautiful! We are still at awe thinking about it. Tristan is really friendly host. Very good at communication. Well mannered. Very respectful. Overall our stay is super. Will definitely comeback. I will also recommend this place to my ABS CBN colleagues. Suggestions to the future visitors: - Bring a lot of anti mosquito stuff for the pool area especially during the night like katol or Off lotion. - Buy everything before going to the location. It’s a bit liblib so have everything ready and availabe. Suggestions to Tristan: Have a set of batteries ready for the Karaoke Always clean the pool especially at night and morning. Prep a lot of basahan nearby the pool it was slippery Make sure helpers attentive to the visitor quickly as soon as the bell rung. (Not part of the airbnb but when we have questions like where’s the switch of the fan or lights. That matters)

Host is kind and allow us to use the place to prepare for my brother’s wedding. The caretaker is super friendly and kind, very understanding and helpful, Ate Mary is the best! Thank you for your beautiful place.
