Toni was a great host. Clear instructions were given. Toni was quick to respond to my questions. The house is easily within walking distance to the Oxford Square which makes it super convenient. Would definitely stay at Toni's place again!

We had a great stay! Abner was wonderful in helping us find a last minute place to hideout from storms back home. Our dog LOVED the fenced yard, the house and space were perfect for life with a baby, and being only a few steps away from Kingswood Restaurant (their Rosemary pork chop is out of this world!) was a HUGE plus! The college guys that live across the street were loud from time to time, but nothing that the baby’s sound machine couldn’t block out. It was a great home! Definitely recommend!

For this review, I will lean on the old truism, "Actions speak louder than words." We have stayed at many lovely homes in Oxford, but Jill's place is our first choice. We just completed our third stay and this is my third review of her home. Absolutely everything is perfect every time. We loved our stay in Water Valley. The grand boys loved playing in the back yard. I loved the clean, comfortable home. So easy to get to down town for dinner and play time at the local city park.

The Tin Roof Inn was a great accommodation for our family of four. The smart layout & furnishings maximized the space very well, and there were a bunch of great little touches throughout the property. Very convenient to the Square and Ole Miss campus. We’ll definitely stay here again if available.

What a blessing to have found Jennifer and Oliver’s AirBnB!!! It was the perfect home away from home for our family of three during our college tour of Ole Miss! Jennifer is the epitome of southern hospitality with such graciousness and warmth in opening up her gorgeous home to others! Perfection in every sense of the word!!! We will be staying here every time we visit Oxford when we come to see our daughter in college! Could not have asked for a better first time experience visiting this lovely town! Fell in love with the people and location!!! Spic and span clean home, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and bath, amazing deck with fire pit…just no complaints whatsoever!!! We absolutely loved staying here! The townhome was so clean and very spacious!! We particularly loved that every bedroom has an en-suite bath. The location is great as well!! Very easy to access any location in Oxford!! One of the best parts of our stay was the host!! She was so helpful and very easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable dog friendly townhouse with easy access to Ole Miss. the place looked exactly like the photos. They stocked toilet paper and paper towels along with some special perks. Would stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at Alicia’s Airbnb! The house was incredibly clean and very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. It was well-maintained, and the amenities made the stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect for us, especially for fishing—easy access to great spots made our trip even more enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, alicia was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the best parts was the fenced yard, which allowed our dogs to run and be free safely. It was such a relief to have a secure space for them to enjoy! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Sardis

The world these days is full of hustle and bustle and this was just what we needed to unplug and relax. Absolutely perfect for a peaceful and laidback weekend. The owners were lovely. Sparkling clean. Comfortable place. The woodworking of the cabin is so intricate, unique and artistic. We will be back again.

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Cabin! This cabin is an absolute gem! Nestled on 10 serene acres, it offered us plenty of space to relax and recharge. The extra pavilion was such a thoughtful addition – perfect for outdoor meals, gatherings, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The property is impeccably maintained, with beautiful views in every direction. We loved the combination of rustic charm and modern amenities inside the cabin, making it feel cozy and luxurious at the same time. It’s the ideal spot for a peaceful retreat or even a celebration with family and friends. If you’re looking for privacy, nature, and comfort all in one place, this is it! Highly recommend – we can’t wait to come back.

My buddies and I had a great time. Close to the boat ramp and plenty of space for our trucks and a couple boats. Will stay there again.
