very nice place and excellent location. 2 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to the mountain. 5 to 10 minute walk to all the main restaurants and shops. we had a wondeful stay

We had a great few days at The Mount. Apartment is lovely and very close to the beach, shops, cafes etc so we mostly walked everywhere .

The home is spacious and beautifully presented. The weather was wet during our whole stay so it was lovely to have such a good sized space with TV options etc. The communication from the vendor was excellent and the location was great also.

Great spot, close to beach and nice apartment that would great for what I needed. Clean and convenient. Hosts were excellent and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free place to stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

Thank you to these kind and generous hosts, they both were so easy to talk with and so helpful. It was a perfect place to have a break at, I just wish that I could have stayed for longer. This is a beautifully laid out apartment, well decorated and very comfortable. Whilst in the centre of Mount Matanui and only one street back and a 3 min walk from the main shopping and restaurant street it was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and the apartment had everything you would need. I have no hesitation in recommending this very highly.

My wife loves to hear the ocean. Anthony’s place was perfect for that. Weather wasn’t ideal but the bach was a great “nest” and HQ to venture out to Rotorua and beyond.

Great price for a really exoensive area. Stone throw to local beach and local mall is short drive. Melanie exceeded all communication communicatoon, even offered us a late check-out as they didnt have a subsequent booking. Pictures were a very accurate depiction of the place, clean, tidy, with lots of little extras that are easily forgotton. Such as face clothes, soap, dishwashing powder, cooking equipment etc... Great place to stay at and would not only use again myself but actively recommend to others. A++

Fantastic stay in Papamoa.. So nice to bring family altogether under one roof to holiday and enjoy quality time in a relaxed environment. Amazing host, so informative and helpful at every step of the way.. a beautiful l home with plenty of space to chillax and a great safe outdoor area for little ones. The property is very well equipped and can easily access all surrounding areas, beach, supermarket, shopping, restaurants etc by walkways or car. A most enjoyable holiday, thank you so much :)

A beautiful stay at Hayley's place. Location is brilliant, just a couple of mins walk from the beach. Homely feel with some lovely interior touches. Wishing we could have stayed longer!

Awesome location. Very tidy apartment with stunning views as the sun sets. Bed, linen and pillows were so comfortable and five star hotel quality which I loved.

Underground car park was a real bonus over the very busy weekend. Elevator made for easy in and out to the car park. Ideal central location for beach, shopping, restaurants and walks. Well finished kitchen. Lots of utensils and kitchen items. Comfortable beds and linens along with beach towels. Would come again for sure. Great accommodations that made a great holiday location even better.

Jenny's place was the perfect location for us to explore the area and we had many options of things to do that were within walking distance great restaurants as well and markets to shop at

We bought family together from various places. So it helped a lot to have clear instructions and especially that Charlene went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also appreciate the assistance with a late change in timing due to travel issues. The balcony area was particularly appreciated to get a cool breeze and nice view!

This is the second time I staid at Trudi’s place and both times I felt right at home. Trudi is so great and made me feel so comfortable! The space is beautiful and cozy and in a great spot. Close to lots of restaurants and the beach!! I will definitely bring back! Thanks Trudi xx

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

The beautiful surroundings with the path down through the garden to the waters edge was just what we needed to get away from it all. Simon offered to let us use their kayaks which had we had more time would have been lovely out on the estuary with the hundreds of birds. We did take him up on the offer of fresh tomatoes from the garden! This renovated downstairs area is private and self contained with the microwave and benchtop stove so we could cook our pasta. Highly recommend the place to others and will definitely return if in the area again.
