Хорошая большая вилла с потрясающе красивым видом. Нас было 17 человек, одна маленькая собака и кошка. Всё прошло очень хорошо! Евангелос встретил нас лично, провел экскурсию, все показал и рассказал. Когда у нас возникла проблема (по нашей вине) Евангелос приехал и помог нам. Сервис 10 из 10! Недалеко от виллы красивый пляж, корабль, таверны и многое другое. Спасибо Евангелосу за гостеприимство, отзывчивость и профессионализм)

Nádherný dům v klidné rodinné lokalitě. Pokud hledáte ubytování blízko obchodů/barů/centrum města není to úplně ideální, ale všude se dá dojet taxi, které jsou na Kypru poměrně levné. Pláž je poměrně daleko, asi hodinu pěšky, ale je možné, že tam jede i nějaký autobus, ten jsme ale nenašli. Skvělé bylo veřejně přístupné travnaté fotbalové hřiště, které se nacházelo asi 10min pěšky. No a co se týče vily samotné, tak byla fantastická. Bázen byl skvělý, celá vila byla čístá a najdete v ní úplně vše, co budete potřebovat, dokonce i společenské hry. Celkově můžeme ohodnotit náš pobyt velmi kladně!

Our family spend 2 weeks in Ithaki House in june 24 and we've enjoyed each moment. We relied on Christina's descriptions and recommandations and that was great! The weather was hot but the pool, shady areas outside and in the house and the wind uphill provided us the summer feeling we were looking for after having arrived from rainy weather in Germany. Ithaki House gave us back power and relaxation with good sleep, swimming in the pool, long talks and drinks on the cosy terraces watching the sunset. It is easy to enjoy good life with good food from the outdoor barbecue or the perfectly equiped kitchen. Alternativly we recommand to visit the local taverns with lovely people and local meals. There's a lot to do for anybody looking for adventure, nature and cultural events with snorkling at the beach of aphrodite's baths, boat trips from Latchi harbor, hiking in the mountains, visiting antique Pafos or impressive monastries and churches. In short: a visit in paradise for the 3 of us!

Entering Florentina'a beautiful house was like walking into a Merchant Traders of Florence from a bygone era! Very opulent, spacious and open. wonderful air conditioning throughout adds a great modern twist! 😀 The Jacuzzi and Hammock allow for some very relaxing evenings too. Town is just a 5 minute walk down the hill and is absolutely packed with excellent restaurants (speak to Joseph at Hill View Restaurant or go say hi to Alex at Iron Horse Pub from us!) 🤣 Florentina is a wonderful host, very responsive and made us feel right at home.

We had a fabulous week at Jonathan’s Villa! We arrived late at night & had a few problems locating it, but Jonathan was on hand & very helpful in directing us! The pool & the hot tub are great & the view from both is superb! There is a large supermarket & plenty of bars & restaurants not too far away by car, but a bit of a trek to walk! The BBQ & the table tennis table were also a hit!! All in all a lovely week in a super villa!

Bardzo miły gospodarz, szybko odpisuje na wiadomości. Każde pomieszczenie w domu było klimatyzowane. Teren dookoła domu bardzo zadbany i czysty. Basen regularnie sprzątany. Spokój dookoła. Można fantastycznie wypocząć. Polecam.

The villa is lovely, the outside space was our favourite, and the pool is a must-have in the August heat. You need a car because as not a lot of bars, or shops in walking distance, so the use of Tania's car was an absolute bonus. Coral bay is nice and only a 10-minute drive Just a perfect, quiet and relaxing holiday.

WOW!! What can I say!! Thank you for letting us stay here! What a space! This is a stunning villa! My wife and I wanted to escape the kids for a long weekend and we booked this villa. It is private and such a cool space to just relax. We walked down to the bay and swam in the sea, nothing like looking up at your own private villa from the beach simply stunning building. It was lovely and very private. The hot tub and sauna was wonderfully relaxing. It felt like a private spa weekend. The kitchen was usable and clean. The fridge is a good size. We didn't venture out far but found some nice restaurants around the harbour in Latchi just down the road. We felt like we were living the lifestyle of a millionaire, this villa is a stunning place to relax, sunbath and read books whilst enjoying the amazing view! Simply stunning we will be back 100%! The villa is located on the hills overlooking Peyia providing a wonderful view of Coral Bay and it's surroundings. The villa is part of a small set of similar villas all located off one of the main roads leading into town and about 15 minutes walk from the supermarket and local taverns. It is set out over three levels (at the bottom a private pool; well maintained; middle floor kitchen and spacious living area. top are the bedrooms) providing a real sense of space and calm overall. The villa is well provided in terms of kitchen equipment; aircon; decent wifi etc. We did have a couple of issues (eg faulty cooker fan causing power to short) but the owners were quick to respond and address the issue. This is a lot of villa for the price and would suit any family/group who wishes to have their own zen space a little removed from the busier areas. Set in a hilly area with a lot of stairs between floors it may not suit those with young babies or with mobility issues, otherwise highly recommended.

You will not regret staying here! John's villa is an absolutely perfect holiday home. John has gone to great lengths to ensure guests feel like it's a home from home, superbly clean with every detail thought of. From a well stocked kitchen (including all appliances, even an ice cream maker!) to towels for bathrooms and pool use included, to the most in-depth welcome book with recommendations of restuarants and trips. John met us in person (despite our late flight) and was there to say goodbye at the end. He also cleaned the pool halfway through are stay. The villa is simply beautiful, in quiet surroundings yet only 10mins from Paphos. We had an unforgettable time here. The pool is so warm (thanks to a thermal cover) and the hot tub amazing. Two BBQs with gas or charcoal. Locally we visited the waterpark, archeological sites, the zoo (and fed the lemurs), fantastic beaches, and a longer trip to Troodos (we recommend visiting Omodos and Kykkos Monastery). Thank you John for everything!

The villa was just perfect for our big family vacation (18 people, incl 6 kids). Large spaces, beautiful, peaceful surrounding, walking distance hidden beach etc. Can just recommend!

What a Great place to enjoy and relax. we spent a week here, and it defiantly exceeded our expectations. wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect villa. Thanks again, Ekaterina.

Lovely house, in a quaint village, Taverna opposite with friendly family running it, and a few others a 2 minute walk into the village Erato who looked after us was extremely helpful with any queries, particularly when we were stranded with a puncture during the storm from hell !!, thank you. The pool was lovely all bit it cold, a welcome pack of basics ie milk, bread would have been a nice touch but I suppose it’s not to be expected, in addition some helpful advice on the remotes etc as well as some advice on things to do, but again there is the internet Please don’t take the above as criticisms, the place was fantastic, maybe too big for just two of us Looking to go back next year
