Villa Papaya is a spacious and comfortable villa in a perfect location near the Pafos promenade along the sea. There are several nice restaurants nearby. The villa features a courtyard and two balconies, offering shaded spots to relax in privacy. We stayed there with our friends and had a wonderful time. The villa is highly recommended for large families or groups of friends.

Endroit calme et reposant avec une vue magnifique. La grande piscine, rien que pour vous, est bien adaptée aux petits et aux grands. Pambos est un hôte très réactif. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and clearly well-maintained, showing the host’s great attention to detail. The parking spot right next to the house was super convenient, and the entire area was wonderfully quiet. The outdoor space is impressive—perfect for a BBQ with everything you need, and the pool area is amazing. The views are great, and it feels completely private. Savvas, the host, was incredibly thoughtful, super friendly, and provided very clear instructions, making the stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

Costas place is an amazing spot for every family or group of friends! The place is very clean and fully equipped! The best time of day is the sunset with an amazing view! Totally private and very accessible. I would recommend to anyone! Definitely i will visit again. Costas also is very friendly and caring person

Staying in the apartment of Michelle-Marie makes you appreciate the small things in life. Like waking up in a comfortable bed after a good night sleep. Or sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and the morning sunlight in your eyes. We enjoyed our stay very much. As soon as we arrived we felt welcome in our new home away from home. Michelle-Marie is very thoughtful. The different things that are offered to you in the apartment make you aware of that. Everything is taken care of. I have not seen that before with any other apartment on Airbnb. Tip: rent a car. There is so much to see and explore!

This place was great for a short stay with kids. It had a lovely private garden and everything we needed. Monica was very helpful and considerate. Recommend!

Had an excellent stay with Sabina. She was extremely helpful with recommendations, tips and advice throughout our stay around Sea Caves. She definitely went above and beyond as an Airbnb host - she was great to talk with and really made us feel at home. We had plenty of space and the facilities provided were super clean and looked after. Please stay with Sabina as she will ensure you get the most out of your holiday and is always available for any issues questions that you might have. Nice villa with pool, within short walking distance of sea shore, several restaurants a short drive away, would recommend the Fly Again Irish pub and restaurant both for dinner and breakfast, thanks for the stay. Driveway is a little steep so need to be careful is you have car with low ground clearance, plenty of parking in road outside if this is an issue.

The accommodation was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. Shops, restaurants and Venus Beach all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Nice and quiet place, 10-15 minutes drive to main area in Paphos so need to consider that it’s not that close to all the attractions. Beside that the house was perfect for us. Very suited for family with kids. They have a baby bassinet and also baby bath. They have a lot of games and toys for a large range of ages. The kitchen is also full of instruments to cook with. Overall very nice place I will come again if I would travel to paphos.

Das herausragende am Apartment ist zweifellos der riesige, tolle Balkon mit dem Blick aufs Meer. Unten führt die Straße lang, das macht es etwas laut für meinen Geschmack. Ansonsten sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt!

A truly wonderful apartment—clean, well-maintained, and with a private entrance. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. On the first floor, there is a spacious common area, a kitchen, and a terrace-balcony with a stunning view. The second floor has three bedrooms and separate bathrooms. The third floor features a large rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The apartment includes a large TV, fast internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kristian is a very kind and attentive host! I highly recommend this place! If you're staying in Peyia, I suggest having a car for convenience.

Cozy apartment in great location. Sofronis is standing out as a thoughtful and generous host. The place is well-equipped with all what is needed for a foreign in Cyprus, including electric adapter and cables for charging the phone. With a fringe benefit, next building there is a great local, non-touristic, Grill restaurant. We would love to return and stay longer while touring Paphos.

We were visiting friends in Anogyra so the Aprikeni house was very conveniently located and only a short walk to the village centre, mini supermarket and local taverna. The house was homely and had everything we needed, including ensuite bathrooms for each of the 3 bedrooms, and reasonably priced for our short stay. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, including stocking the fridge with essentials and a bottle of wine which was very much welcome after a long day travelling. When we come back to Cyprus to visit our friends again, we'll definitely look to see if Aprikeni house is available.

Everything was good as expected. Only one concern the water pressure was low so taking a shower was longer then expected :)

Stayed with three friends to do the Paphos Marathon and couldn’t recommend it more highly! Easy walk down to the sea front and lots of things to do and see. Pambos made us all feel very welcome and I would certainly return in the future for a longer stay.
