Great place for dogs and a great location. The neighborhood is very walkable and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The home felt secure and the dogs had plenty of space outside to run around. Lots of old charm in the building. When I visit Omaha in the future I’ll definitely check to see if this place is available.

Garrett and Tiffani communicating and took care of a plumbing problem immediately. The home was clean and set up nicely. I would recommend an ironing board, a variety of spices and maybe more dishes. I would also recommend more toilet paper and paper supplies. A bath mat in the upstairs bathroom too would be helpful for slipping.

We have a very happy memory in Omaha. When there was a problem with the door lock, Phil helped us move in very enthusiastically and promptly. The room was very clean, and we even had a small table hockey game downstairs. This was the second time our robot team came to Omaha, and the spaciousness downstairs even provided us with space to build the venue. This house is very close to all places, and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to reach anywhere you want to go. I highly recommend staying in this house.

A specious, lovely home. They accommodated our dogs. It was a perfect place to stay for our family near Vala’s Pumpkin Patch.

Amber was the most amazing host! She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, accommodating and flexible to all our questions and request. She really went above and beyond which made our stay wonderful. The house was great and had lots of rooms to explore and spread out. We thought the renovations and decor were very nice. We appreciated she had a pack & play, high chair and baby gate available at the house. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot to be in the center of all to do and see in Omaha! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet, far enough from the business of the main road but close enough for easy access. Big, fully-fenced in backyard that is perfect for dogs owners. The home was clean, exactly as pictured and so cozy. One of the days a blizzard came by and the owners called us to verify the snow would be removed from the driveway ASAP and if we needed anything to let them know. Exceptional hospitality! This place was perfect and we would stay here again the next time in Omaha!

Amber went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Her 100 year+ home is in a historic district of Council Bluffs adjacent to the Gilbralter Neighborhood Trailhead. Several of our family members took advantage of its proximity and went hiking during our visit. Her home is a mix of old and new - 19th and early 20th century craftsmanship, such as a beautiful central staircase, combined with 21st century technology such as WiFi, and numerous televisions throughout the expansive home. Fun amenities include a pinball machine and a treadmill for exercise. My family especially enjoyed competing on the pinball machine. Amber’s home was stocked with all sorts of treats ranging from muffins to a charcuterie tray. Whenever we had a question either about something in the home or some activity in the area, Amber was very quick to respond. I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rental properties. This one stands out in all the right ways. I would definitely recommend.

I stayed one night at Todd's on a long drive to Chicago - well worth it! The flexible check in was convenient. I got in later than I thought I would, but with the 24 hour check in it was no problem. The mattress was comfortable, everything was very neat and clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a basement, so sometimes you can hear a bit of noise from people moving around upstairs but it wasn't an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Omaha!

This was a great place to stay with plenty of space. The parking out back was very convenient. We found plenty to do in the area and had a very nice stay.

Beautifully decorated apartment in a very convenient location! We spent the day walking around the neighborhood and found so much to do, this place worked perfectly as our halfway stop to Colorado. Some city noise but as someone who likes that I didn’t mind it. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment! Extremely clean and included so many thoughtful extras! I forgot my hair dryer, but Gary had it covered! Would definitely stay again…we had a great time checking out the area and ate way too much good food!

This condo is so cute and cozy. Is a great space for 2 adults and teens/preteens. Fwamay was very responsive throughout the planning process and our stay. I loved the personal touch she added with the decoration and thoughtful kids closet. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, easy to get into unit. Everyone settled in quickly and felt comfortable in the clean surroundings. We had a couple questions on how some things worked in the apartment and they were quick to respond. This was a good location to be, so we could explore Omaha for the first time.

The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

I stay in this location often for Airbnbs and this condo was great. As always good location, close to many attractions in Omaha. Always nice to have a balcony as well. Will stay here again. 5 stars ⭐️

I loved my stay at this condo! It was very comfy and incredibly clean. Loved the high ceilings, and I wish I had that shine on my hardwood floors at home. It's in a great location for walking - easy walk to Old Market for food/shopping, and to the arena for a Supernovas game. The host is very friendly and responsive; I'd recommend this place to anyone staying in Omaha.

I had an amazing stay at Ryan and Lacey's place! The apartment was spotless, just as pictured, and came with great amenities. As a woman living by myself for a couple of months, I felt extremely safe here. The building is full of kind and helpful people, making the experience even better. The apartment truly felt like home, with plenty of things to do around the area, including fantastic brunch spots and great places to hang out with friends. Ryan and Lacey have been exceptional hosts—some of the best people I've ever encountered. They went above and beyond to assist me, even in a difficult situation I inadvertently caused. Their kindness and understanding are something I'll never forget. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s a gem!
