Hermoso lugar, nos encantó. El anfitrión muy amable y preocupado de que todo estuviera bien.

Muy buena atención de los dueños, están al lado del departamento y muy serviciales. Tienen servicio de comida y nos vino perfecto por la hora en que llegamos! Lo único no hay agua caliente pero no hizo falta por que hace mucho calor. Así que no fue inconveniente! Volvería a hospedarme sin duda!!

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans le logement de Léo,il est venu nous accueillir à été très chaleureux et nous a renseigné sur tout ce que nous avions besoin. L’endroit est vraiment top!propre avec de l’eau chaude,et chaque matin il y avait une gentille dame qui venait faire la chambre.Ce sera un plaisir de revenir une prochaine fois.

This place is amazing. It’s in a newly developed neighborhood about 5 min drive to Jaco. I stayed here for 5 weeks and I didn’t have a car Ubers were cheap and uber eats deliver to the house. The property was very private with walls and plants surrounding it. There’s beautiful trees and plants. Lots of birds around, saw scarlet macaws everyday. The host was amazing very helpful with everything. Place is very clean and felt at home. Very good option for short or long stays. Had all the amenities I needed. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Mathew and Laura are absolutely amazing. Very professional, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and with a great attitude. The accommodation is stunning, part of an incredible resort. Great for fishing and golfing but also plenty of other activities around. We can not really wait to come back. Thanks Mathew and Laura for your hard work and for making us feel like home from day one. PURA VIDA!

The apartment is incredible. Beautifully designed and the view is just stunning with magical morning light. It’s the perfect spot to relax, disconnect, and enjoy the peaceful side of Santa Teresa. Important to note: the apartment is 10 min drive from the town center, so having a car is absolutely necessary to get around comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and spacious, the a/c worked great, and the views were spectacular. It was exactly as depicted in the photos. The host was very responsive; even checked in to ensure everything was ok.

La experiencia en Nimbu y con ello incluido su buen servicio fue muy bueno, las habitaciones y baño inpecables, que sea frente al mar y con A/C un éxito. El parqueo amplio y la respuesta ante cualquier duda siempre fue de inmediato. Un excelente lugar, 100% recomendado tanto para ir solo como en pareja o familia.

The most beautiful house i’ve ever seen! Everything was lovely, quality furniture, lots of light and sun. Lots of animals around to watch like iguanas and birds, made the morning very nice. AC in each bedroom, not in the living area, was pretty warm upon arrival, but cooled down with the ACs on and doors open. A gorgeous community pool, and a private outlet for EV charging right in the driveway. Jose was very responsive and a great host! I’d recommend the place to anyone!

The best location to surf the north end, quick walk to the market, super chill area. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to it. It’s honestly such a good location.

Excelente lugar y seguro limpio camas muy ricas la cocina muy completa lo único que cambiaría son los sillones no son muy cómodos pero lo demás perfecto!!!!!

Hersol went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including a bed for our toddler! Beds were comfy, the kitchen had all necessary appliances, and dishes. The pool was refreshing after a hot day. This house is RIGHT across from the beach! The balcony had a constant cool breeze with a beautiful view. The traffic was a little rough with nearly constant, fast traffic but it was really one of our best stays! Would recommend Hersol's home to anyone!

I had an amazing stay , located right on the beachfront. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the beach—it’s perfect for anyone looking to relax by the water. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea, is the perfect choice.

David was a great host and responsive! We stayed here for a local wedding and it was the perfect space for the 4 of us and felt right at home. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Wonderful place to stay in Santa Teresa! The home is close to the beach and many restaurants and bars, while being off the main road, allowing for peace and privacy. The place is well-maintained, and the pool and outdoor patio are great for enjoying the hot days in peace. Jeffe is a wonderful host - kind, responsive and helpful. She was readily available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in ST!

The accommodations were perfect for our 2 families. We had 6 people and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals- we found a local fish vendor and loved making a casada dinner! The location was perfect- we had access to everything. We had parking for our golf cart and car. Carlos was very responsive when we contacted him about needing more toilet paper. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten (und das waren einige)! Zuerst einmal: Spyros ist super nett, war jederzeit ansprechbar und kam auch proaktiv auf uns zu - ganz ganz toll! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, das Bett mega bequem, es gab eine schöne gemütliche Leseecke und alles was man brauchte. Der Garten war noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern, alles war grün und der Pool ein absolutes Highlight - alles sehr gepflegt! Santa Teresa ist relativ laut und trubelig (das wussten wir aber und wollten wir auch), es gibt zahlreiche Geschäfte und der Strand ist sehr sehr schön. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Selbst mit unserem „typisch deutsch“ kritischem Auge, konnten wir absolut nichts finden, was wir nicht gut fanden. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder! Danke Spyros!

Excellent place! It was well furnished and comfortable, with all the amenities from home. Instructions were good and it was well located next to the ocean and a supermarket.

From check-in to check-out everything was great. The place was just as described. Caroline’s place is toward the top of Veranda so it is quiet and private. She had everything we needed plus more. We have stayed in Los Sueños for the past 5 years and know what to bring with us. It was awesome being able to pack less, because Caroline provided the extras we normally have to bring. From the Keurig to the tide pods and beach towels, Caroline made sure her condo had everything we needed plus more. It is the little things that matter most when it comes to traveling and Caroline has thought of them all! Definitely will be back.

Wonderful stay! Very clean and beautifully decorated condo; just as the photos describe. This first floor condo is very convenient to the Alta Vista pool and central location at Los Suenos for many other activities.

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!

Value per price was incredible. Very cost effective place to stay. The unit was spacious, clean and had very nice AC! The unit was also well equipped with basically everything you needed. Close to Los Suenos resort and a golf cart ride away from the Beach and Grocery Store. Bonita had great contacts for airport transportation and a Golf cart rental. Pools and grounds were kept immaculate. Condos and houses are very secure, guard at a gated entrance. We saw sloths, macaws, toucans all from the back patio. Only con would be the street noise, as the unit backs onto the main road.
