Exceptional 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. Very modern and clean. Great complex with very nice pool area, right on the beach and friendly staff. Located on the north end of Jaco Beach. Several nice restaurants a short walk from the condo and heart of downtown Jaco was only 20 minutes walk. Host were very nice and very responsive. Great value. I would highly recommend this unit.

It was a perfect place for us considering we were with a baby and a young child. The ground floor access it as handy to move in and out of the pool. The apartment was clean an easy to access

Muy bonito estuve 6 días en este lugar y me sentí muy bien hay, panadería, supermercado y otros locales comerciales cerca es una zona tranquila pero siempre hay que tener cuidado pero en general muy bien fabi es muy buena es muy amigable espero volver pronto 😃

The was super helpful, met us at the property to welcome us. They answered our questions very quickly, and gave many recommendations. The property is nicely located on the beach with access to next door Crocs. Totally secure building, with very friendly guards. Clean space, very large, great AC, fairly stocked, washer/dryer, nicely furnished. This one will definitely stay on my list for the next trip. Highly recommended.

La experiencia en Nimbu y con ello incluido su buen servicio fue muy bueno, las habitaciones y baño inpecables, que sea frente al mar y con A/C un éxito. El parqueo amplio y la respuesta ante cualquier duda siempre fue de inmediato. Un excelente lugar, 100% recomendado tanto para ir solo como en pareja o familia.

Johanna is a wonderful host with a beautiful, well equipped property overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The unit is very spacious and views from the balcony are unrivalled. The condo is situated at the north end of the beach in a quieter part of Jaco which we were grateful for. We will certainly recommend this property to other travellers visiting the area and would love to return ourselves.

Nos sentimos como en casa, el departamento es precioso al igual que la zona de piscina. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables; respondieron a todas nuestras consultas e incluso nos hicieron buenas recomendaciones sobre la zona. El único aspecto desfavorable es que al estar sobre una calle muy transitada el ruido puede ser un poco molesto.

Un lugar lleno de oportunidades para explorar. El alojamiento se encuentra muy bien equipado y es sumamente cómodo. Vigdis ha sido sumamente atenta. Ojalá tengan la oportunidad de conocer a Don Alberto en la isla, un caballero, también comer frente a la playa en el restaurante de Evelyn y Keila. El ceviche es delicioso.

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Cleaning staff and Karen are super attentive , responsive and nice. Thx you.

Such a beautiful location and the PERFECT villa for my family and I. The property is exactly as per the photos. It is maintained daily by Vincete (awesome guy and super friendly/really helpful). The house was cleaned daily at no extra cost. We had such a wonderful time staying here with 2 young kids, grandma and brother’s family. The view from the kitchen and outdoor area/pool is beautiful and never gets old. Would love to come back again!

We loved staying at Pia’s spot! It has so many amazing plants, and all the amenities you really need in Central America (AC, hot water, outdoor shower, hammocks & shade ◡̈ ) You can see the surf from the porch, there’s a great restaurant right next door, and so many in walking distance in town. It’s in the best location, while very quiet & feels like its own little oasis. Very safe too! Pia was awesome and gave so many helpful tips for the area, got us setup with a driver from the airport & atvs, rentals, all of it! Even texted me when some of the spots I was interested in surfing would be good! So thoughtful, we loved our stay!

This place was by far the shining star of all of our stays. We ended up staying here for 3 nights. If you are looking to just unwind and reset this place will kick start the pura vida in you. The place was spotless and welcoming. The host gave us local recommendations and they had been spot on perfect. Fishing and strolling the beach at this place was by far our favorite daily activity. I would recommend that if you come to stay that you stop at a grocery store first and stock up on supplies so you don’t have to leave. The nearest decent grocery store is about a 20-30 min drive. Overall I cannot wait to come back and enjoy this place again. I will be dreaming about it for months to come!

Sabine and Nico were very kind and cordial hosts, answering any questions and responding to any needs asap. The pool was a very nice addition after coming in from the beach just across the street. Outside grill by pool was a nice touch. Directions using Wave or Google Maps was easy enough to find. The area is very quiet, calm and not at all touristy which is what we were after! Would recommend and stay again.

Lugar muy bonito y tranquilo, muy atentos y respondían rápido a las solicitudes, volveríamos encantados.

The sunsets alone were worth every penny!! We raced back to the house every night just to watch the colors change. The house itself is quaint, clean, organized and quite perfect! It’s small but they have what is needed to hang your clothes as there is not a lot of room to leave open luggage. Our family ran and played on the quiet beach. I think we saw 5 people total.. great hard packed sand for morning and evening walks. There was a spot that was very dirty (glass, plastic, etc) from high tide that you would want to wear shoes to walk through. Giovanni was thorough in communications and quick to respond! His directions were very much appreciated. We knew there weren’t a ton of amenities nearby. But it’s no joke, when you leave the house pack what you need as it’s not near activities and has very limited eating. Not an issue for most - just a heads up!

Excellent place! It was well furnished and comfortable, with all the amenities from home. Instructions were good and it was well located next to the ocean and a supermarket.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Nos alojamos en este hermoso apartamento mi esposo, mi hija y yo. Desde que reservamos la comunicación con Marcela fue fluida, muy amable y rápida. El apartamento es precioso, tal cual se ve en las fotos, la vista impresionante y está equipado con todo lo necesario. Además, tiene una decoración muy linda. El área de piscina tiene una vista privilegiada y el acceso rápido a Playa Blanca es de lo mejor. Volveremos pronto porque nos encantó!

Leny is a fabulous host, quick to respond, friendly and very helpful. The condo is exactly as shown in the pics with great amenities, right on the beach. The pool was so refreshing and the patio area is a great place to cool down and watch the sunsetting over the Pacific. We had a great stay.

Norman is the best host. Very communicative with excellent recommendations for our stay. His place is gorgeous and we would happily stay there again if Costa Rica weren't so far away. Loved our vacation, thank you!

The Condos as Los Suenos are a very comfortable stay. This condo in particular is decorated and outfitted well, and it made me feel like I was staying at my grandfathers in Florida, which was a welcomed vibe as I live in Costa Rica now. The grounds are enormous and expansive, like a whole village. It was a bit confusing to navigate without direction or a map but simple enough. There were many restaurants that delivered to the condo like room service which was great and the marina and shops were lovely. The condo has access to a pool area they call a beach club, it’s a 5 minute drive from the condo itself located next to the hotel. It’s a bit confusing what you do and don’t have access to staying on the grounds. To use the hotel amenities you need to buy a day pass but the day we were there they were sold out. It’s a lovely condo. Very expensive for Costa Rica, they charge that much for Los Suenos community amenities.

Loved our stay thanks. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and the pool was perfect to cool down in. Having the beach right outside was so convenient and it was only a short drive or 20 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants of Jaco. I would love to come back for an extended stay.
