A cozy and spacious home nested between lots of trees and greenery, featuring very friendly animals (dogs and cows). The property is situated in a wonderful farm / garden that you can explore with the host and owner's permission. The nearby locality is wonderful too, and very calm and quiet since it's a residential area. The host is very responsive, proactive and approachable. Host is prompt in addressing any concerns. Overall great experience.

The farmstay is just a short drive from Gokarna's pristine beaches, allowing us to enjoy the best of both worlds—tranquility and adventure. The hosts have gone above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, with fresh, delicious home-cooked meals, locally sourced ingredients, and insightful tips for exploring the area. Highly recommended for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Can't wait to return!

Located in the midst of a quiet serene green surroundings, this place is ideal for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. The place has a welcoming vibe the moment you enter inside. The Villa (Villa 1) we hired was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The rooms and bathroom were clean. There is a UPS for power backup, the kitchen is well equipped to make quick coffee and breakfast. We did not cook much as the canteen in the premises delivered delicious food at very affordable prices. The upper bedroom could be a lil tricky to climb up for elders, but kids loved it. The verandah, outside places to sit and relax, the hammocks to lie on a lazy afternoon are perfect additions. Dubbanasisi beach is less than a km to walk. Gokarna main beach is about 3km. The caretakers Puneet and Rudresh were extremely gentle at the same time quick to respond. Host Shaila Ashok was kind and handled our calls promptly every time. Definitely coming back here with my family.

Areca County is nestled amidst lush greenery in a calm, serene environment. The resort has five cozy cottages, a dining hall, and a small library/game room. For cycling enthusiasts, bicycles are available to explore the surroundings. The cottages blend village-style architecture with modern amenities, creating a comfortable and rustic feel. However, it would be even better if they provided tea and coffee refreshments in the rooms, as that has become a standard offering in many hotels. The highlight of the property is the verandah, where my family and I spent most of our time. Though we were only in the rooms to sleep, we enjoyed the verandah for reading, chatting, and soaking up the tranquility of nature. The gentle rustling of leaves and birdsong created a peaceful ambiance that made it hard to leave. he food at Areca County is limited in variety and a bit costly, but the taste more than makes up for it. Each dish is simple, delicious, and easy on the stomach.

Seeta’s Garden Homestay is truly a hidden gem in Gokarna, living up to its name with a sprawling, lush garden that keeps the place pleasantly cool even in peak summer. The rooms, beds, and kitchen are well-maintained, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it a perfect retreat for both short and long stays. One of the best features of the homestay is its beautiful verandah, complete with swings, cozy chairs, and a table—ideal for relaxing, reading, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The hosts, Seeta and Shiva, are incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything you need, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for the best place to stay in Gokarna, Seeta’s Garden Homestay is undoubtedly the top choice. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying in the farm stay. There's beauty in simplicity. The property is simple, well maintained and the hosts took care to arrange for basic but very useful amenities like mosquito nets, phone charger sockets, hand torch etc. Mr. Narayan and his family were very welcoming. They were proactive in sharing any relevant information and they were responsive to any queries.

The house itself is cosy and very well kept. 100% as it looks in the photos. It's a great location if you want something private and away from the crowds - but it's also close enough to the places you may want to visit (Gokarna ~20 mins away). Priyadarshini was a great host and arranged food for us as well whenever we needed - there are enough food options (Indian / local Konkani type) and the local food was quite nice. We were there for two nights and enjoyed spending time at the house and in the pool, as much as we enjoyed exploring places around it. The wifi was great, there was covered parking for the car and the kitchen / bathroom had the basic essentials. Overall an enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this property.

The service provided by Vinayak was really heartwarming and we had a very smooth check-in process. The property is really good and gives you peace of mind. Point to note - This property is little far from gokarna beaches which needs to be considered when booking this property.
