Beautiful home with a wonderful host. Pablo was very responsive and provided great tips and recommendations. The house is very secure and there is great local, non-overpriced food nearby. You'll need to drive to get anywhere, but driving in Tulum is very easy and we never had an issue finding parking. The pool was perfect for ending the day, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms are wonderful. Highly recommend!

You do not want to miss out on this impeccable Airbnb. The location is across the street from a great breakfast nook and fresh market. This home is in a gated community with 24 hour security very safe community and the home is set up as a compound where you enter the patio with a separate living room/kitchen steps away from the pool and lounging area then each bedroom has a code locked door with separate ac splitters. The ac was very cold and showers were amazing. Bathrooms are full with natural light and the third floor is a balcony that you can view the stars at night so relaxing. The host provides recommendations of drivers we used one specifically the entire time we had a large party and it was competitive from the taxi prices. We also felt very safe everywhere in Tulum. The airbnb is a quick drive to restaurants like kin toh, taboo beach club and Gitano. We also rented a catamaran that was a 45 min drive but the views made it go fast! I highly recommend you stay here!

On our group of 10 ladies everyone loved the house and all the space. The home was clean and well equipped. When we needed more towels they brought clean ones and took the dirty ones. We really enjoyed our time at the house. Our hosts communicated well and answered quickly every time we had a question. If I could make a suggestion, having a long full body mirror in the bedrooms would be a great plus, but this is a personal preference. Also, having a dryer would be convenient. Thank you for hosting us!!!

This villa was perfect for our large group of 11 people with a very comfortable and spacious layout. The owners were very communicative with lots of recommendations and convenient add-on services such as food and grocery delivery, taxi and tour services. At one point, we needed urgent assistance and they responded immediately. It’s a little bit removed from all the action, which makes it more peaceful, but easy to get around by calling up the taxi service. If you rent your own car, I recommend at least a small SUV, as the roads in the neighborhood are still not paved. However there is convenient parking at the site. For a group our size, the value was unbeatable and the accommodations were very nice and comfortable.

Me and my friends stayed in this villa for my 30th birthday it was everything I could’ve dreamed of very beautiful space we loved it! The chef wasn’t available for part of our stay but Evelyn filled in and she was very nice and sweet and her breakfast was very good! The chef yoel was very good for our last day. Overall wonderful stay I would stay here again Edouard was very attentive and responsive as well.

We just loved our weeklong stay here. The home has fantastic energy, was super comfortable and the pool delightful. We used the upstairs yoga space daily for yoga and meditation. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend

We took a family trip to Tulum and loved our stay at this Airbnb. It fit all 14 of us and it was so nice to be all together. It was a quick drive from all the things we wanted to do in Tulum and the property itself was just like the photos. The host helped us organize a yoga session and private chef dinner at the house. It was a bit hard to understand layout from the listing, so in case helpful: there are 2 units on the property, the 1) main house with 4 bedrooms upstairs (2 of which have private full bathrooms and 1 hallway full bathroom) and a half bath downstairs in the living room/kitchen area that looks out to the main pool and 2) a side house that is 1 floor with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, a small kitchen, and a small outdoor area with a small pool. The side house is right next door to the main house, but on the same property. Would definitely stay here again and so thankful for the great memories we made in Tulum and at this Airbnb!

This is one you don’t want to miss if you’re looking for ocean front in Tulum. And if you don’t take advantage of Eric and Paula who live in a casita next to house you’re crazy. Eric is an exceptional chef and cooked for us everyday. And you can’t go to a restaurant for anything near having him prepare fine dining. David was informative from the beginning and everything there was perfect. We will definitely be back again. Thanks again to David, Eric and Paula for making this a memorable vacation.

Our stay was amazing. Ulf went above and beyond with amazing recommendations, booking dinners, car services, groceries, in house massages and chef! Made our experience so incredible. Have never had such amazing air b&b host experience. Our only “complaint” was that it said sleeps 15, so we were under impression that it was all together— it was two separate unites which was a little disappointing. Other than that the place was stunning and we had an amazing time.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The service was excellent – we accidentally left our glasses behind, and the host was kind enough to help us mail them back. They also helped us book a beach spot, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. The house itself was beautiful and clean, just like the photos. One thing to note: there is a construction site on the way to the house, so I’d recommend renting an SUV for easier access. Also, we hope they can improve pest control a bit. Overall, it was a great stay and we truly appreciated the thoughtful and helpful service!

I had an amazing stay at this BnB! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Mariana was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay ... the house is as gorgeous as the photos. Lupita and team were always very responsive, both before we reached and during our stay. Our check-in with Gabriela was super friendly and informative ... a great start to the trip. The house is on a peaceful lane (with a person at the lane entrance 24/7), and the neighbourhood is lush, safe, and serene. Gorgeous home, central (though you need a bike/vehicle) to beaches and Tulum central ... but neighborhood shops, convenience stores, restaurants are within walking distance.

The house is beautiful and well decorated as pictured. Big rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked. The chef service was great - mainly their taco tasting, fajitas night and chilaquiles breakfast. We didn't like the fish/ceviche. Chef had to be planned in advance and not day by day. Concierge/Paola was extremely pleasant, helpful, easy to work with, and responsive. HUGE perk to the house. Tours and guides planned were fantastic. Ride to golf never showed with no warning. Ruined the morning and husbands very disappointed. Pool is small, constantly w/ debris and bugs (roaches/mosquitoes). Required a lot of cleaning. Electricity went out 1am and for hours AC and lights came on/off, uncomfortable and every time the AC came on, loud sound. We were assured there was a dining room, there is NOT. Meals are sitting on stools around the kitchen island - not comfortable. We also had 9 people in our party and living room was tight and we could not all sit together. No robes as pictured.

My family and I had an unforgettable stay—this trip truly ranks as one of the best of my life. The house itself is absolutely stunning, but what made the experience truly exceptional was Denisse. She went above and beyond in every way—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She proactively shared amazing local recommendations for food, activities, and nightlife, making it so easy for us to enjoy every moment. Denisse’s thoughtfulness and hospitality made this one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. If I could give it 6 out of 5 stars, I would. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed in my Villa for 1 month. The location can not be better. Everything is within walking distance or a very short scooter ride. The villa is wonderful. Issac, the representative was accommodating and attentive to making my stay a great experience. He accomplished the goal. I would highly recommend this property. If you want to experience La Valletta , this is the place.

Gorgeous space with plenty of room, amazing lighting, a fantastic location, perfect pool and outdoor space, and incredibly kind hosts. I love the walkability to restaurants, and the proximity to cenotes. We’ve been coming to Tulum for years and we will always be staying in La Valeta. Get yourself an ATV to make the unpaved roads fun, walk to get a coffee at Verdeda (a perfect coffee shop and bakery around the corner), spend the morning by the pool, explore the centoes in the afternoon, and have yourself a wonderful time.

Honestly, the photos don't capture the true beauty of Villa Alux. It's even more stunning in person! Our family had an incredibly relaxing and peaceful stay. We're already planning a return trip with more loved ones. The rooftop pool and BBQ area were a highlight! We encountered zero issues and wholeheartedly recommend this villa.

Ok, i NEVER do reviews. Una Vida villa was so perfect for our wedding party to stay at. Their customer service is absolute top notch. I was a little worried about the location as it is down town Tulum but it was so remote and relaxing. It is best to rent a car though if you plan to go to the beach road a lot. We had other friends stay in the hotel rooms at una Vida and no one had anything but great things to say. My husband and I moved to mi amor on beach road for our honey moon and it was nice too, but we both agreed that if we come back we will stay at una Vida or their sister hotel again. Thank you Artie and Daniella for making us feel like family!

this place is absolutely amazing. Juan Pablo is the best. Emil is also amazing and they were very accommodating. Great hospitality. I would love to come back here. Juan Pablo is an amazing chef so getting the private chef option is a mandatory plus.

Nice Villa, it has 4 apartments. Each apartment has his own kitchen with everything you need, fridge, gas cooker, etc, a sofa, a bathroom and his own bedroom. The ap nr 4 has a big living room with a huge sofa like it shows in the picture and a verry stilish kitchen! I stayed in the ap nr 4 has a king size bed, 2 bedrooms with theyer own bathrooms and terrace! The swimming pool is quite big and clean, sombody was cleaning it every 2 or 3 days. Every ap has AC, and water for your own use! We were 9 ppl but it can easy fit a group of 13-15, or 4 famillies with kids, because the kids can sleep on the couch. There are a lot if nice place near like a 5, 10, 15 minutes walk and it looks pretty safe the neighborhood, and a verry good place for breakfast like 4 minutes walk( La Pebeta Tulum). In rest the host is verry nice and Juan waited us at the bus station and gave us a ride to the villa. I recomanded it also to small groups becaaue of the individual apartments. Thanks for everything our stayed was perfect there!

We loved our stay at Juan Pablo’s, the villa is beautiful and well kept. Love the bed linens! The outside space is so peaceful — the kids had a blast. Paulina was so lovely and kept the house spotless.
