Great location, especially if you are going to the sphere. It is very close and convenient and just a few minutes walk. The building is very nice and has very nice amenities. The apartment itself is small, but I liked the minimalist vibe and it had everything that I needed. Is a good place for one or two people. No problems or issues. Good value.

Roberts place was advertised. Robert communicated effectively leading up to my trip and going above and beyond to ensure a smooth check in for me. Robert responded promptly and was able to answer all my questions. Would recommend Robert and any company he is affiliated with for future lodging opportunities in Vegas. Thank you Robert!

Perfect. Beautiful modern apartament, very near at Las Vegas Strip. Great position. From balcony incredible view of Sphere, panoramic wheel and famous casinò.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! It was easy to find, parking was simple, and getting into the building had clear instructions. The building itself was a bit more run-down than expected, with some flickering lights and areas under construction (including the gym). That said, once we got inside the Airbnb, it was fantastic! The kitchen was beautiful and modern, with all of the cooking supplies we needed, and there were plenty of extra towels and sheets. The bedrooms were cozy with quality curtains that kept the rooms dark and a very easy to use AC system which allowed for perfect climate in the space. The host was very responsive, quickly answering any questions we had and was generous enough to allow us a later checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in. Great staff. The rooms could use updating but you have everything you need. The kitchen utensils could definitely use replacing though as most of ours were rusty and it wouldn't come off. You can't beat the location though. Though a little on the old side it was clean, stocked, and had more to offer than just a regular room. I would stay again

Sometimes the place you stay can steal the show and it did with Robert’s place. Hanging out in the large kitchen with the incredible views, on the balcony, the entire side of the condo is nothing but floor to ceiling glass, and it’s really high up. Amazing. It is a safe and beautiful 7 minute walk to Cosmopolitan or Aria, another 5 minutes to the Strip. The location is amazing. 15 min to the Palms. All safe and easy walks. Robert is an incredible host and we will be rebooking in April. Best place we have stayed in Vegas and we come often. Have your groceries delivered if you come without a car, it’s really conviennent.

This place is right at the heart of all the action on LV strip. Walking distance to most casinos & attractions. Great space for a family of 4. The place is neat & tidy, stocked with all the amenities. Bathrooms & kitchen are fitted with upgraded hardware & appliances. Cathy was very proactive in sending us all the info ahead of time. She also has very precise & clear cut instructions inside the apartment which makes it very easy to manage things. Highly recommended & will definitely plan to stay again when in vegas.

The unit was great. Just what we were looking for - all access to Vegas without having to be in a 24/7 casino environment. The walk to the strip was easy, but more than 5 min. However, the property offers a free shuttle. The pool area was fantastic! There were two tower entrances, and we were very happy to be in Tower 1 away from the hustle and bustle of the timeshare salespeople in Tower 2 where you check-in (a process that mirrors a hotel). They try to hard sell you, but a firm "no" worked fine for me. You are directed from check-in to the timeshare desk to get your "property bracelet" that makes it easy to get in/out of pool area, access the shuttle, etc. They also give you loads of info for activities. So if you can gather that info, then firmly say "no" to a 90 minute sales tour, you'll be good. However, if you are interested in a timeshare, there is a pretty good incentive. No matter what, everyone was friendly on the property! Highly recommended this property.

Eric was a great host! He was always very responsive. We were able to pay extra for early check-ins when our flights got in early. The place was spacious and clean. It was a little too cold outside to get to spend much time in the pool, but Eric’s family was helpful with getting that stuff setup with us. I would say if it is colder or windier do know the pool might not be able to heat very fast. I would suggest making that day a hot tubing night instead because that will heat quickly. The best part of this space was EVERY bed was comfortable. Honestly some of the best beds I’ve ever had. Shower presser was also really good if that is something you worry about. This place is a little farther from the strip. If you want something more away from that area when you want to leave this is perfect.

House and location worked great for us. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out if needed, but large enough common space for everyone to hang out together as well. Location felt very private, as well as quiet. The host has sweet dogs that we were lucky enough to meet, Em was very nice and knowledgeable about the area as well. Easiest check out of any AB&B that we have stayed in out in Vegas, this is our 11th year coming out. Thanks again to Em!

We had a fabulous stay in Feb 2025. 5 adults & 3 kids under 7 and we fit easily! Baby even had his own room with provided pack & play. Although it wasn’t pool season we enjoyed the hot tub every single day. Kids loved the backyard play set as well. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of our meals as a family. Keyless entry was easy to use and Shane was so helpful and responsive with any questions that came up. Only 20 mins to the strip - 20 mins to red rocks - tons of grocery stores and restaurants around. The location is quiet and so gorgeous. Lots of local free parks nearby as well. If you have kiddos you have to visit the springs preserve. We went two days in a row! Paid 60$ for an annual pass for the whole family. Well worth it. Spent 5 hours there each day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again :) can’t wait to come back and use the pool!!

Great hosts. We had an issue where the bathroom glass shattered due to a poor design while we were sliding it and Quan and team came the very next day and fixed it immediately. We were a party of 9 so it was very important to have an extra shower. Great table games as well. Thank you and great stay overall.
