Excellent house - The house is as nice, if not nicer, than the photographs. Great space overall for both friends and families visiting. Really well equipped (pool and floaties, washing machine, outdoor grill, full kitchen and appliances, etc). The views are unbelievable from the terrace and pool. The service is also great - we had an issue with our water on our second day at the house and it was resolved within two hours (regular wear and tear requiring a pump replacement). Very impressed that repairmen came so quickly. The only thing to keep in mind is that the house is quite isolated on a cliff top near Melinta (a very tiny beach village) so this is ideal for travelers looking for relaxation and privacy.

My stay here was memorable. The host is so helpful that he provided a desk office and chair once I told him I came here for work. He provided me with clean sheets weekly and he was there whenever I needed him. The house is in a nice and quiet location and it’s only 15 minutes distance by feet to get to the center of the town. Other than that, the house was clean and really functional. From the coffee machine to the washing machine I had everything I needed. Really recommend, 5/5

Great accommodation! An entire house, well equipped, clean, kids friendly, near to super market, restaurants and near to Vatera beach as well. Hosts really friendly, welcomed us with a plate of fresh melon. We would definitely choose the same place to stay in a future trip to Mytilini island. Thank you very much, Joanna!!

The house is quite big and comfy at the same time. We were really comfortable there as a big group. Electrical appliences in the house were so useful and there was everything we needed. Also everything was so clean and well-organised. Owner was so kind and checked on us regularly to see if everything was okay or not. The beach is 2 minutes away by walking and was amazing too. I definitely suggest the place to anyone who is looking for a nice place in Plomari. PS: Thanks for the free ouzo! :)

Although George and I don’t speak the same language, we had no trouble communicating with the help of a mobile translator app. In fact, I even picked up a few Greek phrases, which were helpful when interacting with others. Most of our conversations were with Mari, a lovely lady who assisted us every step of the way, from the reservation process to our stay. George, who lives on the first floor, was always responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is three stories, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The sea breeze is fantastic—we never had to use the A/C. Each floor has its own balcony, and starting the day with a view of the sea was a highlight. There’s plenty of space for six people or even more. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the living room is perfect for relaxing, complete with a TV, sound system, and George’s vinyl collection. Overall, George, Mari, and the house made our trip truly wonderful. We’ll definitely plan to visit again!

Μείναμε δύο εβδομάδες στο σπίτι και δεν γινόταν να είμαστε πιο ευχαριστημενοι. Δροσερό ακόμα και σε μέρες καύσωνα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ο.τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάνεις (σίγουρα και για παιδιά μικρής ηλικίας), τεράστιο κήπο με σκιά, είδη για την παραλία, λάστιχο νερού. Είναι 10 βήματα από την θάλασσα της Νυφίδας, ήσυχη παραλία με άμμο. Στον οικισμό υπάρχουν ταβέρνες και σπίτια αλλά 15 λεπτά οδικώς βρίσκεται ο Πολυχνιτος, πανέμορφο χωριό ζωντανό που διαθέτει τα πάντα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον οικοδεσπότη που και αυτός και οι άνθρωποι που συνεργάζονταν μαζί του ήταν τόσο βοηθητικοί και θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα ξανά.

Stratis’s house is heavenly! We visited almost at end of the season, thanks to that whole beach and the sea was private to us. If you are looking for peace and quiet and feeling safe at the same time this place is perfect! The place is not very close to tourist attractions but it wasn’t something we were looking, as family of 4, we had such a great stay. We would like to also thank to Dimitris, Dimitra and Giorgos for being always reachable and helpful. We are looking forward for our next visit!

Bademli/Dikili de ilk defa tatil yaptık. Ev çok konforluydu. Bahçesi ve verandası keyifliydi. Zeytinlikler ve ağaçlar arasında olduğu için serindi. Yorumlarda kedilerden yana bilgiler var ancak bizi hiç rahatsız etmediler. Mutfak, Salon ve yatak odaları gayet ferah ve kullanışlıydı. Yakında bulunan deniz bizim için çok sığ ve yosunluydu ancak Pisa Koyu fazlasıyla güzeldi ve taleplerimizi karşıladı. Derya Hanım ve Buse Hanım’a çok teşekkür ederiz
