Absolutely perfect. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time at Eleni’s place, the outside garden is nice, peaceful and full of shade. We felt welcomed and had a really great time! Eleni and the family are warm and kind and we recommend the place for anyone looking for a quiet vacation near the beach. The nearby beach is beautiful and not packed with people and the town centre is very close by. We were travelling with a child and found everything we needed. Thank you Eleni!!🙏🏻

Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden.Sehr freundlicher Empfang.Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr sauber.Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht.Tolle Ausstattung.Und nur 200meter vom Meer entfernt.was will man mehr. Aber das wichtigste war die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Anders gesagt.Hier kommst du als fremder und gehst du als freund. Ich glaube das sagt alles. Ev şimdiye kadar kiraladiğım en temiz ve düzenli airbnb evi idi. Bir rozet hakediyor. Bu küçük ve yeni daire bulundugu yerleşke içerisinde en iyi konuma sahip daire idi. Havuza bir adım olmasına rağmen havuza girenler olduğunda yeterli mahremiyet sağlıyordu. Ev sahipleri giriş ve çıkısta bize gerekli olan esnekliği sağladılar. Her ne kadar ihtiyaç duymasak da herhangi bir sorunumuzda orada olduklarını hissettirdiler. Evin konumu hem hareketli ofrinia sahiline çok yakın hem de sessiz, sakin zaman geçirmek için gerekli özelliklere sahipti. Uzun ya da kısa konaklamalar için evde her türlü donanım bulunmakta idi. Evin konumu hem ana yola hem kumsala hem restoranlara hem de yerel ve zincir marketlere yürüme mesafeainde idi Girişte ihtiyaç olmamasına rağmen evsahipleri bizi karşıladı ve herşeyin yolunda olduğundan emin olmak istedi. Ev sahibi ile ingilizce rahat bir şekilde iletişim kurduk. Tekrar kalmayı düşünebileceğim ve kalmayı düşünenlere önerebileceğim bir yer. Çok teşekkür ederim.

Το σπίτι του Περικλή ήταν ένας πολύ όμορφος χώρος με όλα όσα πρέπει να έχει ένα σπίτι και πολύ καθαρό. Ο κύριος Περικλής μας υποδέχτηκε και μας εξήγησε όσα χρειάζονταν να ξέρουμε και εκτιμήσαμε πολύ που μας είχε ανάψει το τζάκι εξ αρχής. Και ο χώρος έξω μεγάλος άνετος με ένα όμορφο παιχνιδιάρικο σκυλί (είχαμε φέρει και εμείς το δικό μας σκυλί) και πολλές γατούλες.

Nice appartment on the first floor of a villa, 10 minutes easy walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the nearby supermarkets. Kind and warmhearted host, I recommend this place for family holidays.

Καταπληκτική διαμονή!! όλα ήταν τέλεια!το σπίτι πεντακαθαρο, με πολύ μεγάλο κ ωραίο μπαλκόνι 2 λεπτά από την θάλασσα υπέροχη παραλία! Όλα ήταν πεντακαθαρα, εξαιρετική επικοινωνία, πολύ φιλικός κ ο Γιώργος κ ο πατέρας του!! Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα τόσο για οικογένειες όσο κ για ζευγάρια!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για ολα!! Absolutely great experience staying in the apartment and communicating with the host. Highly recommend!

The location is in the location of the village with not so much noise, not crowded beach, located very close to the beach - cross 1 street. beaide the apartment there is a consteuxtion, the workers are working from 7am till 3pm, so noisy place, but this is a problem of whole Ofrinio, cause there are so much started buildings in the village in every part of the village. the centre is about 7min of walk what is okay, the beaches and restaurants are better in the centre. Parking is no problem. Apartment is clean and with every equipments, air condition is great, enough place - we were here 2 adults and 2 kids.

Everything was as described. Host was friendly and responsive. Location is great, nearby walking area and beach.

Πολύ καλός χώρος, άνετος. Ιδανικός μέχρι και 5 άτομα. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Πολύ καλό wifi. Πολύ καλή αυλή με BBQ. Σε περιοχή πολύ ήσυχη περίπου 7 χλμ από το Οφρύνιο και 1,5 χλμ από την παραλία

This apartment is a wonderful cozy place! It has everything you might need for a long or short term stay. It’s fully stocked, has a nice little kitchen, and a very cute balcony. Iliyan is very nice and super accommodating! He sent us super detailed information and made check-in a breeze! We were very happy with the stay overall, and would definitely return!

This cosy and comfortable apartment is ideal for a long stay beach holiday. We were there for 5 weeks and it suited us perfectly . It is steps from a more private area of Asprovalta beach……a little quieter. Yet we were a 5 minute stroll to the restaurant area and the busy high street. Nikola reached out to us asking if everything was ok….which was very thoughtful. Importantly it is very quiet at night for sleeping. Lots if easily accessible parking. 5 large grocery stores within a 10 minute drive….including Lidl. This is a great spot!

Staying at Kyriakos' is like staying at home with a private beach. Lovely mornings and even lovlier evenings. Simple and just enough- it is all you need in one for family with kids.

Vicky is the best hostess who made us feel at home! :) We are grateful to Vicky for her outstanding hospitality, great care and kindness! The location of Vicky's house is brilliant: on the one hand, it's close to the center and on the other hand, it's situated in a quiet place. Vicky is always ready to solve any problem you face very quickly and gives you lots of advice where to go and what to see in Stavros and outside! Vicky's family are all fantastic and very kind people as well as Bruno, a very intelligent and kind dog! Our daughter got attached to Bruno so much that she was crying when we left Vicky's house... We would certainly recommend to stay at Vicky's apartment!
