Lena inanılmaz dost canlısı ve harika bir ev sahibi. Biz theo’dan ziyade daha çok annesi Lena ile iletişimdeydik. Onu çok sevdik. Tüm ada hakkında önerilerini ve tavsiyelerini iletti. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımıza çok hızlı destek oldu. Sürekli ikramları vardı. Bu adada bu evden daha iyi bir yer bulamayacağınıza eminim. Kendi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Evin konumu da çok güzel. Limanostan çok hızlı ulaşabilirsiniz. Adanın diğer güzel yerleri ile liman arasında kaldığı için erişimleriniz de rahat olacaktır. Oda çok temiz ve özenle hazırlanmış. Terastan manzarayı izlemek eşsiz. Lena’ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Sonraki ada ziyaretimizde evimizde görüşmek üzere. Orası artık ikinci evimiz :)

We stayed in this beautiful house for one week and it was more than pleasant. We used the kitchen every day and it was fully equipped and clean. The yard is the perl in the crown.. nice, clean, perfect for kids or just to take a nap or chill in the afternoon.. our daughter was more than happy to play there. The host was very easy to communicate with and was always responding to all my questions fast and accurate. The area is nice, there are delicious restaurants nearby and the main beach of Nea Peramos is accessible by food, however we drove to ammolofoi beach, which is very beautiful and takes only 10 min by car to be reached. We will definitely come back to this lovely place.

Harika bir ev sahibi çok ilgili ve yardımsever tüm sorularıma anında cevap verdi. Ev de aynı fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi son derece temiz ve ihtiyaç duyulan herşey var. Denize ve restoranlara çok yakın. Biz çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Hiç düşünmeden gidebilirsiniz. Teşekkürler İvana…

Am avut o vacanta de exceptie in apartamentul rezervat la Melissa. Situat foarte aproape de mare /plaja la 100 de metri este o locatie perfecta pentru relaxare . Privelistea din toate camerele si din balcoane la rasaritul si la apusul soarelui este exceptionala! Spatiul este generos, un living cu o canapea extensibil amare pentru 2 adulti si cele 2 dormitoare de la etaj sunt suficiente pentru 2 familii. Remarcand si faptul ca exista si 2 bai , cea de la ,,parter" cu cabina de dus si cea de la etaj cu grup sanitar face si mai interesanta aceasta locatie! Apartamentul este foarte curat si la 3 zile Melissa aduce prosoape curate si lenjerie de pat curata. Deci pentru cei care doresc sa vada rasaritul de soare din pat/ dormitor acesta este locul perfect! ne-am simtit foarte bine in aceasta vacanta , in parte si datorita gazdei noastre Melissa! Villa suited well for 4 adults and 3 children. A lot of space inside; a little garden in front of it with shadow in the morning to have a coffee and two big terraces on each floor to have a dinner. You can see the sea from the second floor. Behind the fence there is a charming olive garden. Kitchen with standard needed equipment including electric stove and oven, but no microwave and electric kettle. Mattress in the bedroom on the second floor was good, pillows were very uncomfortable. There was extremely hot inside at night; there is a fan, but no A/C. Plenty of parking space along the road in front of villa. Surroundings are very quite. Really short walk to the beach. We have travelled all around the island and concluded that nearest beach was the best for the families with children: long walk to the deep, clear water, rarely waves and wind. A lot of taverns around, we liked best “Beba” and “Pefka”. Little grocery shop 50 meters from villa. Teo was very helpful and answered quickly.

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!
