We love the room, peaceful and private! We also love the "No quiet time" cause we really enjoyed the karaoke until midnight. Worth it yung price sa dami ng available amenities. Super nag-enjoy ang mga bata. Babalik kami for sure on our next celebration! Thank you, Sir Van! ☺️

We had planned a staycation around Pasay to celebrate our anniversary, and we're so glad to have stumbled upon Cedric's place. It kept amazingly well and smells amazing! No nook or cranny missed when it came to keeping everything in pristine condition. Even the beddings and towels were exceptionally clean, up to the kitchen appliances. Best part was truly the PS4, and the fact that this listing included a parking slot that is right outside the lobby entrance. Incredibly convenient and we felt right at home. Cedric's place is an easy 10/10 if you plan to have a quick staycation around the area!

Host is very accommodating and inhouse staff is helpful. The pool is well maintained they cleaned it after each use. The house is flawless, spacious and aesthetic. Can sleep about 12-14 people comfortably. there’s a lot of entertainment too and very close to uptown bgc and Venice mall and airport. the only thing that we don’t like is that location is a little hard to find of you order delivery and mosquitoes which i think is common in Philippines specially if around water/pool. I would bring mosquitoes sprays and request for katol which I forgot. otherwise, the place is perfect for family and small gatherings! I highly recommend

Booked the place as it was near the Manila Biodome. My wife and son had enjoyed the stay. Pam was responsive and proactively provide suggestions.

Staff very helpful and responsive. The villa was nice and looked exactly like the photos.

As a first time booking an airbnb, I could say na I really enjoyed staying here. Entering the unit feels like I'm still at home. Basic needs are well provided. Hindi kami nahirapan to spend an overnight. And I wasn't able to have any hard time talking to Ms. Salome for answering all of my queries. If we will do an airbnb again, I will definitely re-booked this.

I just have 1 complain, the knob of the water heater is so high that my wife who is small is having hard time to reach it. I can't help her since I'll get wet once I turn on the knob. 😅 Other than that, the place is great.

Lita was great. She was very accommodating, quick to respond, ang very thoughtful. My family came from NY to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. Her place was clean and efficient. My wife and I appreciated the small touches she did to have our stay amazing. Close enough to walk to SM Aura (2 blocks) / 5 blocks to Bonifacio High Street when we needed to meet with friends & family. Will definitely book again in future if possible

I stayed for 6 days for a business trip. Location was great as it is right in the middle of Ortigas business district, lots of nearby restaurants and Podium a few minutes walk. The unit is good for 1-2 persons, basic, clean and comfortable. The host was super responsive and friendly, they answered all my needs including sending a hair dryer when I requested it and accepting all my last minute guest replacements. Super thankful for such a good experience!

Jerald's place is homey and had everything we need. One of the affordable stays in the area. We are a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler and we just fit right in. Check in was a breeze and Jerald was quick to respond to queries. We also enjoyed the pool. Hope to be back.

2nd time to book and I really recommended the place. Location is perfect- near the guard house, grocery, main road, etc. Has good environment and enough parking space. Host was very welcoming and thoughtful. House appliances were also complete and you can freely cook what you want since cooking utensils are all available. We'll surely book again. Benny’s place looked really nice and homey. My friends and I had an incredible stay. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Benny’s a welcoming and responsive host, even though we checked in late, she still waited for us. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable spot to stay.

The Gaming Inn had the sport tables, however, it's an all-in-one table. I was under the impression that the place was larger. Never-the-less, we made the most of it and had a great time. We were greeted by Manuel and he was a superstar, ready to help with any questions.

The accommodation hosted by Gabriel perfectly suited our needs. Our group of 8 was conducting a small writeshop to meet a work deadline. Despite being on a weekend, the environment was peaceful. We used the living room and dining areas as our workspaces, which proved to be adequately sized for our purposes. We strongly endorse this location for lodging- and work-related activities. It offers a cost-effective alternative to more expensive options such as hotels and dedicated workshop venues. BTW, we really loved the compact billiard table, which we utilized during brief breaks.

We are a group of 6 adults and we stayed Feb 2-9 2025. We chkin at midnight and Joan,host, welcomed us with basket of Filipino treats and cold Bottled water. Meant so much for our Canadian friends and us. All four bedrooms were very comfortable and gave us much privacy. Each room has ensuite bathroom that made a big difference. A very warm feeling of a home. I highly recommend if looking for a relaxing place.
