I had a wonderful stay at Acey and Aizea's place. I booked for our family's Christmas celebration and it was amazing, not to mention complimentary cake for noche buena (thanks!). The place was impeccably clean, making us feel right at home. The new furniture added a modern touch and enhanced our comfort. Hosts and caretaker are friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for future stays! Thank you so much for making our Christmas extra memorable.

It’s a nice corner home, clean and with a caretaker available. Jocelyn, the host is wonderful. We also stayed in Vigan where I met her there, really very nice host. Hope to stay in Vigan again.

Great place to stay in Manila. Central, safe, peaceful! The place felt v safe (and we had 2 small kids with us). Kim and her staff are g friendly. Recommended!

Location is perfect for team bonding. Best place to relax and unwind. We don’t feel that we are still in the metro since the place is private and quiet. Bedrooms are perfect reminds me of a vacation home in the province. The staffs are kind and accomodating. It was a warm welcome for all us. Overall, it was a great stay for me and our team. We will surely book again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our big family as we prepared for our long flight home. We had enough space to be able to pack our luggage properly with ease. The huge wrap around sofa was a bonus for gathering with family before we left. We would definitely book again.

Pamela is so responsive and an accommodating host. They even bought a bath tub tray because we asked if they have one haha. Our plans initially is to have a date in nearby places, but the house is so cozy that we just decided to celebrate valentines inside, watched movies, and cooked pasta. Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

The place was an exact reflection of the images—it was well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. It created an inviting atmosphere that fostered a sense of comfort and tranquility. It felt less like a temporary accommodation and more like a refined extension of home. We really enjoyed our stay :)

nice condo with good bed and nice balcony with vieuw on the parc...kitchen has everything but lacks some space to prepare food..good location and staff very corect...the only bad luck that i had was that there is a big construction area a bit further..so. yiu hear the noise of the drilling all day..pitty

I will definitely book here EVERY SINGLE TIME i’ll take my vacation in the Philippines. Totally worth every penny! Aside from the great place and amazing amenities (great kitchen, great view, great living room, great bedroom and bathroom), Matthew is a spectacular host! Very easy to contact and talk to. There’s really no down side to this listing.

I really loved the place. It’s quiet and very convenient to get around places. The parking is nice. The rooms are big enough and clean. The host and co-host are really welcoming and easy to talk to. They even allowed me to do a really late check out. The amenities are prestine
