Beautiful location with great views! The washing machine was great to wash our clothes mid holiday. Dayne and Trevor were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Brilliant place to stay for the 2 of us, very large apartment, with everything we needed. Beautiful court yard too plus comfortable beds. We also appreciated clear instructions, often missing in Air BnBs and ground coffee! Jackie was extremely helpful, even lending us Snapper cards for the bus so we could get a discounted fare, which we then replenished. Loved the location in Island Bay,being near to shops and easy to get into heart of Wellington using the bus but equally a short walk to the beach.

I had a great stay here!! It was great to stay there while checking out Wellington and the area, it’s very easy to get around by car. Jen was very helpful and flexible with the check in, and also made sure I didn’t miss some dolphins we got to sea in the sea in front of the house one morning. The view from the apartment and the walk along the seaside are amazing, and sunsets are stunning!

Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

Julies place is a tranquil hidden gem. We loved the art and beauty and thoughtful touches throughout, very unique. Hope to revisit.

We had a lovely weekend here. Very well stocked house, warm and comfy beds. Kids enjoyed the fully fenced yard and walking to the estuary.

My family had a wonderful stay at Rachel’s place. This is the perfect spot if you have kids. The house was very clean and well set up. We didn’t want for anything. Rachel is a kind and responsive host. We would love to stay here again in future and really appreciate the effort put in by Rachel.

Cathy was amazing to deal with,, I had our 2 apprentices stay at her property while they were at tech just up the road they could walk to the supermarket and local restaurant, both the guys said they would gladly stay there again, if we have another apprentice next year I will definitely be booking with Cathy again,

Had a great stay, place was perfect for our group (four adults, two dogs and an 18month old). Super well set up with everything you need for a nice stay (including a crib and highchair for bub) and some thoughtful little extra treats/surprises (including for the dogs!). Beautiful location and a lovely place to unwind. Hosts were lovely, excellent communication - very helpful and respnsive. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a nice time. The only downside (which is completely outside of the hosts control!) was that there was loud music played on the beach past midnight two out of the three nights we stayed. Probably an anomaly due to the long weekend, but wasn't expecting this given the reasonably remote location and wish I'd brought ear plugs with me as I did struggle to sleep. Didnt spoil our trip by any means though, and would definitely come back and stay again in future.

Great place to stay especially for a family getaway or catch up with friends. The peaceful atmosphere and well thought out ammenities really made it. Great to have the garage space for activities and the kids toys really helped entertain the kiddos. Will definitely be back!

Was visiting for the Māoriland Film Festival and this was a beautiful house in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the beach, te Chur_ch cafe and 5 min drive to town. Lots of room for everyone, 100% would recommend and hope to come back and stay again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, spacious home. It was perfectly located, across from the beach, with local shops just around the corner. There was ample space for everyone to chill and relax. While the stairs were a challenge for our elderly parents; it didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay! Our family had a wonderful, relaxed weekend here, and we would highly recommend the ‘Beach Breakaway’ for a family holiday or weekend getaway. Thanks for being awesome hosts Glen & Debbie. As a solo gal I loved staying in this apartment for a night. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Sam was friendly, while also keeping to himself- he was a great host who made me feel very comfortable. Location is extremely walkable and feels safe. Would stay here again!

Great spacious apartment with great views of the city and harbor. We enjoyed the full length windows and small balcony. It has a good supply of everything you need for your stay. Jieqiong sent very detailed instructions with photos for the check process. (It seems complicated, but it's not.) Location is right next to Cuba Street and convenient for walking around the CBD.

Very clean and easy one night stop. Alvero was clear in the check in instructions. Room was well presented, lots of light. Bed was quite firm but I slept well despite Wellington gale winds, the double glazing kept it cozy! Clean bathroom. Quick chat with Alvero who was very nice. 30 min walk from CBD or 10 mins on frequent bus route, stop right outside. Felt safe for solo female traveller.

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

Perfectly located, walking distance to Mount Victoria, the water front, Te Papa museum and city center. Bus straight from the airport (if you're flying like me) will leave you just 5 min away from Donna's house. House/apartment located in a little alley way so private and quiet enough. Comfortable (amazing bed) and cozy space. Donna is very friendly as well as discreet, she's available if you need anything but the ground floor is pretty much to yourself and will feel like you have your own space. I highly recommend 🙂.

We had a lovely stay at Evan’s Bay, we felt so at home and the bay view is incredible. The beds were really comfortable, the lounge was great, as were the bathroom facilities. Easy access to buses and local shops and the best equipped Air BnB kitchen I’ve ever stayed at!
