We went to Martinborough with 2 other couples. Carole place was just perfect! Quiet neighbourhood, great shared facilities (tennis and pool) and an easy walk to town!

Really beautiful stay at Melinda’s property, the property was really close to the square and we felt really at home once we arrived. All amenities and space was perfect for our short stay. Check in and communication was really clear and friendly. Would highly recommend if you’re staying in martinborough.

My fiancé and I LOVED staying here!!! It was the most relaxing and gorgeous place. The views alone were stunning, and being able to use the sauna, walk through the abundant plants, and enjoy the river was so nice. George and Scott were incredibly responsive and helpful, and the house already has truly everything you could need. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to New Zealand!

Jo has great communication, clear instructions and everything in the house was as promised. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay again.

This stunning property is a true gem in Wellington, offering spectacular views of the city, harbor, and beyond from every single room. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was a dream come true—it felt like we were living in a postcard! The space itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. From the cozy blankets to the well-stocked kitchen and by luxurious bathroom amenities, it’s clear that Sylvia, the host, has gone above and beyond to ensure her guests feel at home. Speaking of Sylvia, she was an absolute delight to communicate with—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. We cannot recommend Roseneath Crown enough. This is the perfect place to stay. Thank you, Sylvia, for an unforgettable experience—we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this peaceful and well finished house. Lovely design features and great setting nestled in the trees. Would recommend.

Multi-generational comfort. We stayed with our kids and their grandparents and aunt who just loved watching them play in the pool, spa and games room. Everyone was comfortable and able to sleep well as there’s plenty of space.

My stay here was perfect! It was quiet, private and a quick walk through the back gate to the beach. Watched the sun set then had a soak in the spa listening to the waves. Fiona was more than generous with her hospitality. I didn’t want to leave.

Great accommodation, perfect location for all things in the CBD. Amazing waterfront view, well appointed kitchen. Lounge area very spacious and sofa was big enough for 4 of us to enjoy a movie!!

Ultra clean & spacious apartment with private access. Amazingly comfortable bed, great shower with nice toilettries, nice glasses & crockery. Linda had thoughtfully left breakfast provisions: eggs, bread, butter, milk, and beautiful chocolate. Access to a long, flat, sandy beach is next to the neighbours house. Thanks Linda & Shane

Lynette and Mike are the kind of hosts who take an already amazing stay and make it truly exceptional. Their Airbnb is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and full of little touches—like luxurious robes—that make you feel completely at home. But what really sets this place apart is Lynette and Mike themselves.Even before our trip began, Lynette went out of her way to offer helpful travel tips, answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. She even encouraged us to reach out during our stay if we needed ideas for the rest of our trip. Their generosity didn’t stop there—when we unfortunately had a car accident on our first day, they went above and beyond to help. They spent the day assisting us with getting a new rental car and offering genuine care and support. It was far more than we ever could have expected, and we are deeply grateful.This Airbnb was already perfect for our needs, but Lynette and Mike made it even more special.

Staying at Marias place felt like home from the beginning. It was cosy and clean and the place was flooded with natural light. We had such a great time there!

Very nice flat at ground level and with a pleasant view into the private yard. We found the bed comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom very well equipped. On a No Exit (dead end) street, so parking on-street is easy. The bus into Wellington CBD is very close, but we decided to walk down the steep hill (2 km). You should be used to walking if you do that because the return uphill is challenging. Our hosts were excellent and supplied everything we needed for breakfast (fruit, milk, cereal, bread, coffee, tea). Wayne even provided expresso drinks.

Adrienne is a very welcoming host and her place is pristine and elegant. She went out of her way to make me feel at home.

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

We had a lovely stay at Evan’s Bay, we felt so at home and the bay view is incredible. The beds were really comfortable, the lounge was great, as were the bathroom facilities. Easy access to buses and local shops and the best equipped Air BnB kitchen I’ve ever stayed at!
