I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect — close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful at night. It was the ideal base for exploring the area. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer helpful tips. Communication was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with the home decorations make you feel that you guest at home and not a hotel. This was very important for us, especially when staying for six days straight. Andrey supplied clear instructions on how to use the apartment and what is recommended in the area and in general. What we loved about the location is it was not too far away from the Airport and Larnaca city center, yet very quit neighborhood and walking location from a super market. Andrey was also very helpful and assistive with issues that we communicated to him. The only down side we found is the Cyprus public transportation schedules from this location to the city. There is a single bus to the airport that need to be timed exactly because the next one comes after an hour. If you stay in the city until the late evening time, you should use Bolt to order a taxi. I would definitely recommend the location for couple that is looking for a quite and chill location.

Georgia is very helpful with everything! First of all she upgraded us to a bigger place due to some constructions to the original one. The day we arrived we were able to check in earlier than the expected time. Also she texted us every day and asked us if we needed anything and the last day after the check out she helped us to let our luggage some extra hours in the reception. The location is great next to the beach and to the center. The place is great and fully equipped. We had a great accomodation and enjoyed our vacations!

από τα λίγα σπίτια που είναι πιο όμορφα από κοντά απ ότι στις φωτογραφίες! Η διακόσμηση μοντέρνα και μινιμαλ ενω ο χωρος ηταν μεγαλος. Υπήρχαν σαφείς οδηγίες για την τοποθεσία και το βρήκα πολύ εύκολα. Υπήρχε ασφάλεια στον χώρο και αρκετά πράγματα πρώτης ανάγκης και με το παραπανω αφού υπήρχαν μέχρι και όργανα γυμναστικης. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω σίγουρα!

The apartment was fantastic—just like the pictures, if not better! It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The neighbourhood was also lovely, and I felt very safe. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. I would stay here again!

We spent 10 days at this beautifully little hideaway on Pissouri Bay. Such a sweet apartment - just open the gate and you are so near to the beach. Irina was a helpful and friendly host who looked after us well and equally gave us all the space we needed to be peaceful 'downstairs'. We would love to come back as soon as we can!! This apartment is in a wonderful location in Limassol. I'd already been in the town for 2 months, but once I got to Evangelo's place, the town opened up to me. Wonderful park between the Mediterranean and the apartment that encourages strolling and picnicking. Great little beach club too with friendly staff, fresh squeezed carrot juice and cheap loungers. Two blocks behind the apartment is the Old Town of Limassol with trendy coffee bars and restaurants and shopping. The apartment is quiet and clean and has everything you need. I kept the window slightly ajar at night so I could smell the sea. Evangelos is a wonderfully attentive and friendly man who cares about your comfort. I am super happy I stayed here.

We stayed for two months while we were been house moves. The flat is exactly as described in text and photos. It is large, modern and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday including nice little touches such as soap and shampoo. Beds are comfortable, the balcony is a good size with comfortable seating which overlooks the pool and nice views of the valley and sea. There is plenty of undercover parking, we never had an issue getting a space. Euri was very helpful, friendly and always available for any questions. We had one minor problem and Euri sorted it out within 10 mins of us calling. Tersafanou is a quite village, there is a bus, but not sure how often it runs, you will probably need a car to get about. We cannot fault the property or Euri, we highly recommend both.

We had a great stay in Siviu's apartment for 2.5 weeks. Silviu was very proactive in accommodating our wishes and even provided a V60 funnel so that I can make my favorite coffee! Terrace is really beautiful and fun to use when the weather is good (which happens most of the time in Limassol). Thank you, Silviu, and definitely see you again!

A wonderful view, private access to the beach, bunch of restaurants and activities nearby, a clean space. Just had a wonderful, wonderful time here, had to worry about nothing. Great host, great stay!

квартира, чистая, просторная и светлая, все необходимое для проживания имеется. очень порадовало наличие бытовой химии для дома. Имелось: Стиральный порошок, таблетки для посудомоечной машины, шампуни, гель для душа и мыло. Очень важные мелочи. Наличие полотенец, комплекты из 3х шт. Очень чёткие инструкции по описанию заселения и местонахождения. все очень понравилось, в следующий свой приезд обязательно остановимся снова. благодарю.

Everything was amazing :) very clean and pretty flat, great communication from the host. maybe the only thing that could be added is a bottle of cooking oil for the common use, but apart from that everything was there (salt, pepper, good cooking pans, towels, tea)

J'ai passé deux mois particulièrement agréables dans le studio d'Andy à Datacom House. Le studio était très bien équipé, avec une salle de bain agréable et de vastes placard où ranger mes costumes (je venais à Nicosie pour le travail). Andy s'est montré un hôte prévenant et attentionné, très attentif à ce que tout fonctionne et à fournir tout ce qui peut être utile pour son invité (adaptateur par exemple). Andy aime la compagnie et se montre très intéressé à connaître la culture d'autres pays et à partager celle de Chypre. Nous avons eu aussi des discussions sur la situation internationale passionnées et passionnantes. Andy adore les discussions mais il sait aussi se faire discret quand il le faut. Au fil des jours, Andy est devenu un ami que je reverrai avec plaisir. Mon séjour dans le studio d'Andy a beaucoup contribué à faire de ces deux mois à Chypre un temps mémorable , heureux et chaleureux et j'en remercie Andy de tout coeur.

Costas boende var mycket passande för små barn familjer. Huset var rymligt, fräscht, sängarna var mycket sköna att sova i. Allt vi behövde fanns i huset. Poolen låg nära. Vi är mycket nöjda och boendet va prisvärt. Hit kommer vi fler gånger.

The house is spacious and clean, it’s located very close to the beach which is a plus, with a private gate. Everything looks exactly like on pictures. All the essentials as coffee, sugar, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, etc were provided. It’s true that someone lives in the basement but they don’t have access to the house of course and we didn’t have any interaction or problem with them :) The pool is great, the garden is great, we had a really good time and Darren is such a helpful and friendly host so I really recommend this place :)

We loved our stay there. Panos and his parents are very friendly. They explained everything to us. The house has everything you need and it was more than clean. It is very comfortable and you can easily relax there for days. Small bakery and supermarket around the corner. We recommend the accomodation 1000000%

Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!
