We truly enjoyed our week's stay at this beautiful home in the country near the lake! The home itself is nicely done with homey touches but isn't too cluttered. The furniture was comfortable as was the master bed. (It's a three bedroom but it was just my husband and I this trip.) Very nice amenities such as makeup removal cloths, snacks, USB hubs for charging phones & tablets, etc. Nice fire pit with chairs in the huge back yard. There are neighbors within sight but everything was quiet & peaceful. Able to walk down the road to the little boat ramp ... it's not the main boat ramp on the lake but a small one. We ate out or BBQ'd (took our own little charcoal grill) every night so I can't speak to the oven/stove but the fridge kept up nicely with us on ice cubes! Pillows, linens & towels were good quality. Washer & dryer worked very well. Skeeter was very responsive to questions we had about being able to plug in our boat batteries, park the boat, etc.! We will definitely stay again!

This was the 2nd time to stay here and it was comfortable and clean!! The neighborhood is quiet!! Rocky and Priscilla are great to work with and always friendly and helpful !!! I wish I could afford to stay there even when I come in alone but I love to stay there with my family!!! I highly recommend staying anywhere that Rocky and Priscilla hosts!!!!!

Our family enjoyed a peaceful getaway at Sandi’s Point. We spent the majority of our time kayaking, fishing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. If you’re looking for a laid back place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is it. Sandi’s point is located 40 miles from Broken Bow. It’s close enough to enjoy a day trip into town to explore the crafts beer and food scene.

Gran's Getaway was a fantastic experience for my entire family. We had my parents and sibilings come in town for Christmas and decided we wanted a bigger space to host our get together. It was such a great decision and we couldn't be more pleased. The farmhouse was immaculate and homey. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and cookware (would recommend throwing a blender in there though lol). However, this was communicated to me ahead of our stay. The host was responsive and friendly. All in all, my family and I left feeling super connected and happy after our time at Gran's. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat to make lasting memories, this is an excellent choice. And finally, the views from the sunroom and back porch were incredible!! Thank you for hosting or Christmas celebration!

The house was everything as stated in the ad. Check in was super easy and the house was very clean. We went on a fishing trip to Bois D’arc lake and it’s just 3/4 of a mile from the public launch. There’s a nice shop to park your boat in if needed. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Cottage is out in the country approximately nine miles -via a straight drive- from Honey Grove. Nicely decorated with homey decor. Extra roomy kitchen. Nicely sized bedrooms, living room and bathroom. Not the most scenic neighborhood but I am originally from Texas so very used to this type of situation in a rural area.Super easy check in/check out.

My husband and 2 teens just needed a place to spend the night after attending an event in the area, that didn’t have roaches or bed bugs. Edgar’s place was perfect! It’s small, but just right for what we needed. Everything was clean. Easy check in. Good communication. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind if we’re back in this area.

Very responsive host. Great views of sunset and sunrise from the roof! IThis is an excellent example of adaptive reuse of an historic building.

We loved it here! This place was the perfect little getaway for a weekend. The hosts were wonderful and helped in every way they could. We enjoyed the trails the sister trees and the tea kettle. We made it to the hog circle and were doing awesome till we heard a hog and made a b-line back to the cottage. We got to see all the blackberries blooming and the twin ponds were beautiful. And even though it was wet we still had a picnic by one of the deer blinds in a small opening. The cottage is beautiful and very warm and inviting. We truly hope to stay again! Wasn't far from town and we took advantage of the nice weather and took a motorcycle ride to Broken Bow for the day. All in all we had a great stay! The best part was how our visit ended. On our last night we heard goats in the distance. I called to them and next thing we saw there were three baby goats a.mnd a puppy at the gate. They ran up to greet us and got some love then went on their way. It was wonderful.

We had a wonderful Valentine’s camping retreat here! Got to take our dog on some trails close by and meet the donkeys next door. The hot tub was a must each night under the stars. They really thought of everything to go along with the awesome amenities provided. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in!

Where do I begin. This place is so peaceful and quiet area for a great getaway. I have a 1 and 4 year old so I was a little unsure of this but after arriving they were loving everything about it. It’s so open to play with the kids and the barn is our favorite spot. We can cook on the grill while the kids play games and watch tv. We had so many things to do while we were there from playing in the barn, watching movies, making s’mores on the bonfire, and walking on the trails. We went to the next town about 20 minutes away to the Safari Park. It was wonderful to see all sorts of animals of fun animals like kangaroos and giraffes. Hot tub was also a blast for us and the kids. Very safe environment! We plan to come back and explore again next year!
