Excellent place! Gondola location was a bonus. Incredible activities and fabulous staff at Grand Lodge peak 7. Can’t wait to come back!

Michelle's place is exactly as advertised! The location couldn't be better... walk to the ski rental, ski lift, great restaurants, and shopping. The unit is freshly remodeled, clean. and well appointed! Michelle was friendly, communicating was easy. We will look for herr place next time we are on Breckenridge!

Lelands place is perfect,right on the slopes, great facility with hot tubs,pool, steam room and sauna. I highly reccomend this place if you want ski in/ski out.Leland was also very quick to respond to any questions I had!

Can't say enough great things about this home. Gorgeous views, secluded, spotless and clean with lovely amenities, the sauna was wonderful, as were the decks and the outdoor fire pit and games, books, pool table etc. Todd was a responsive and very helpful host. Only wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay and the place was beautiful

Great place and walking distance to downtown Breckinridge. It was a 5-minute drive to the ski lifts in the morning. Room for 2 cars to park. Overall, we were very pleased with the space and condition.

Talk about next level! Before I start on the house, the folks at LocalLuxe absolutely acted like a friggin rock star was coming to town! Called me at least 6 times trying to help out with every little detail regarding our stay. This service is what I strive to do for my guest in Costa Rica. The house was everything I hoped it would be. Just unbelievable how happy my crew is. We go every February and you can bet your A$$ we will be going straight back to this house!

What a gem of a place in a superb ski resort. A short walk from the front door and you can jump on a FREE bus which passes every ~15 minutes taking you all ready kitted up with ski gear straight to and back from the gondola up to the slopes. Tim is a fabulous host, helpful and accommodating. The downstairs bedrooms and space provides your own near private home while at the same time being able to share the upper space with Tim if you wish. If we have another opportunity we will be back and will choose Tim’s place in a heartbeat.

Amazing cabin! Host was always responsive and even had someone come in and change the microwave that wasn’t working! Had lots of fun thank you!

We loved our stay with our family of 4! Great accommodations, big and well appointed kitchen and living area, and two big bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy walk to town and quick drive to mountains, and the pool / hot tub after a day of skiing could not be beat. Also, great communication with PMI Breck.

Great location, base of peak 8, ski in/ski out. Gondola is right next to the building if you want to get into town. However, it does not run all day. Dining on site, friendly staff. Other dining options available in neighboring buildings. Have staff on site to valet skis free of charge. Quiet and comfy, would recommend for your next stop in Breck.

Beautiful condo with quality furnishings, from sauté pans to Mikasa plates to quality appliances. King bed in MBR was very comfortable, numerous thick towels and local hand soaps and lotions. Perfect location to take advantage of Peak 7 trails. Hot tubs were hot! and additional towels were readily available. The balcony received afternoon sun which was nice for afternoon cocktails. Daniel was quick to respond to a few questions and even left a welcome bottle of vino and snack. Everything from checking in to using the pool and bowling lanes was easy to access. I’d highly recommend this unit!

We loved our stay at Jessica’s condo! The location is exceptional. You can see the Quicksilver Chair out the window, so you’re on the slopes in minutes. You’re also a block from South Main Street and an abundance of restaurants and shops. We parked our rental car and didn’t use it the whole time we were there! The main bed was SUPER comfortable, which is very important after a long day on the mountain, and the pull out couch worked for our teenaged daughter. Jessica was also a proactive communicator and provided great, local recommendations (try Gravity Haus for dinner!). Oh, and we saw a moose from the window of the condo, which was an added bonus!

Awesome location in the Village. Just a couple minutes walk to the ski lift and ski rental shops as well as the Village ski school. Also easy access to Main Street with tons of restaurant options. Great for kids!
