Fabulous place! Our party of 10 was very comfortable. Jennifer was a responsive and helpful host! The big round chair in front of the window in the living room is a fabulous spot to watch the skiers come down the hill. This window and view was my favorite thing about the house! True ski in ski out house!!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! My husband, myself, and young step son LOVED it here! It was so peaceful and beautiful! The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed! The beds were super comfy and had extra blankets and bed covers. Seriously, this place is absolutely wonderful and was awesome!! The owner was SUPER responsive and even helped us immediately with a small issue when we needed it! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. Plus, Breck is a short drive to down town. And 10-15 minutes to ski/ snowboard! Everything was perfect! Thank you, and we will be back to spend another vacation here soon!

Just book it now! The condo was perfect, it’s even bigger than it looks. Beds and pillows are very comfy! You can easily walk into town or take the shuttle. Ideal location!l, same for the lift, location is amazing. There was everything you need to get started- soap, trash bags, shampoo, etc. Even k cups! It was really nice to have some basics taken care of after a travel day. Plenty of family games to play after a long day. We loved uno and monopoly, our kids really enjoyed the train set. Having a washer and dryer was great. The kitchen was stocked for cooking a nice meal. We loved the pool and hot tub- highly suggest trying to do go day 1. Laura was by far the best host we’ve ever had and it really made our vacation. I am superhost myself and I took notes. From tips on gear, what to do, restaurants, etc. She was amazing. She really shared her love of Breckenridge and it has me sad to leave and looking for dates to return.🤙💕🤩

Our stay at John's home was fantastic. Our family enjoyed all of the amenities--the hot tub, sled hill, games, etc. Everyone agreed that the space was lovely, open, spacious, and perfect for future family events. We want to visit in the summer to get another perspective on the property. One catch is that when we made the initial reservation, I didn't get a reply to two of my questions. But this is a small hiccup and was easily overlooked. So happy with our visit--this home is worth a visit (or more!).

Amazing location for a fantastic ski trip! We took the free bus one stop to the snowflake lift (could walk the block, but we opted for the bus bc of our young kids). Coming back, just take the 4 o’clock run, turning off at the sign for “park place” which ends right near that bus stop for a quick walk across the street back. The location is so close to downtown Breck, we walked into town each night and had an amazing time. The hosts had a book with lots of recommendations that were excellent. The condo was perfect for our family trip. My kids loved the bunk beds and the games and puzzle in the cabinet, and soaks in the hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. We can’t wait to come back for a future trip!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Breckenridge condo! The place was spotless, incredibly affordable, and perfectly situated—just a short walk to both the ski lift and some fantastic restaurants. It couldn't have been more convenient! The cozy and welcoming vibe made it the ideal base for our ski trip. Also, the host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend this spot enough and will definitely be coming back. Thanks for an amazing experience!

We had an amazing weekend! The property was beautiful, so much to do we didn’t have to leave the whole weekend. Such a relaxing dream property, the pool and hot springs were amazing and the creek was a great place to cool off! Everything was better than we expected and one of the best spots we have ever stayed. We were very pleased with everything that was offered. Thank you so much for such a beautiful weekend!

Great location. Bus took you right to the lifts. Great place with enough space, we had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. I recommend!

Amazing location! We walked to everything - our ski rental place (Carvers and Christy's!) and every restaurant reservation. We also walked directly to the gondola that took us to peak 8, which can connect to peak 7 and 9. Anita was responsive about check in and was kind enough to let us check out late. The home was warm and stocked with coffee, too. I will definitely stay here again.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

It’s an ideal spot for families or groups looking to unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The host is incredibly accommodating, responsive to inquiries, and provides clear instructions. One consideration to keep in mind is that the nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes away. While this may not be a concern if you appreciate tranquility, those relying on services like DoorDash or Uber Eats might find it a bit challenging. However, if you enjoy cooking or are willing to drive for dining options, this location is truly perfect for your needs.

Incredible house, perfect for a group get together. Huge hot tub and very clean. Super homely with all the amenities you could need. Great cookware that we made sure to take care of and just a short drive to the mountain. We’d drive to the gandola lot for skiing which is only about a 5 minute drive away.

Mindy was an exceptional host and super responsive. The Breckenridge house had spectacular views and my party felt right at home. The home was very welcoming and meticulously clean. The decor in the residence was charming. I’m looking forward to booking this home again for future visits. Easy check in and check out instructions. Down town Breckenridge was only a short ride away can’t compliment Mindy enough on this vacation rental! 10 out of 10

Fonda’s place was absolutely perfect! We spent two weeks there for our honeymoon, and to our surprise we had a sweet note and bottle of Champaign waiting for us when we arrived! We were blown away and so grateful for this sweet gesture. The neighborhood was so quiet and the house felt like home. Fonda was always so quick to respond if we had any questions. We would absolutely stay again for our next trip to Breck! We highly recommend Fonda’s space-a definite 10 out of 10!

Really pleased with our stay! The location is unbeatable as it’s a stones throw away from Main Street and the mountain. The space had all the amenities you would hope for in a mountain rental, such as hot tub, kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry and an awesome view. Lenore was easy to work with and accommodating to our check out needs.

Carrie’s place was great. It had everything we needed and more! It had beautiful panoramic views and was very relaxing. We enjoyed watching the deer from the front and back windows! We’d definitely stay at Carrie’s place again!

A lovely home in downtown Breckenridge with all you need for a large group. Amazing eclectic decor and cool layout, plus a block away from the shuttle to the gondola for easy skiing!

The place was spotless and we really enjoyed the space , the outside and closeness of Buena Vista. The garage space is great for games and ski gear. The hot tub a pleasure , the kitchen fully equipped and the beds comfortable. We felt part of the family and would love to stay again.

This is THE spot to stay in Buena Vista. Such a cute space. The couch was amazing & I was finally able to fulfill my dreams of watching TV in a human couch nest. 10/10! The surround sound was top tier. Playing music through the that system was awesome!! The hot tub was lovely (the real reason we booked this space for our hot springs get away) just had a bit of debris in the water. We watched the sunrise from the tub which was perfectly peaceful & serene. The amount of space was honestly surprising & more than enough for the two of us. We also saw a huge deer with horns walking through the field behind the house as soon as we arrived which was pretty cool! 1 of 3 deer we saw while on the property. Also can’t beat the 5 minute drive to Main Street. Speaking of which, Crave has some of the best pizza I’ve had in CO, which the host recommended! I also love Cool River for breakfast! We’re looking forward to bringing our family & friends here in the future for our Buena Vista visits!

Omri’s place was perfect for our two families with young children. It had enough space we could all spread out, a well stocked kitchen, nice linens and towels, and a great location with beautiful views of the mountain. He was extremely responsive with any question we had. We will likely look to book the house again next year!
