The location was excellent and the unit was as described and is well care for. I did not realize when I booked it that it was in a managed building with a friendly and competent front desk staff 24 hours a day, ski check and a lobby morning coffee, all part of the rental. These were an added bonus for those looking for additional convenience.

This is my 2nd stay here as we live the location and great location. Very clean and cozy

Nice covered garage and walkable (edge of town). Loved the wood fireplace and a good value for the area.

My wife and I and our 4 year old son just spent a week at Jesse's place and we are already talking about coming back next year. The space was perfect for us. The pull-out couch was great for my son and having two bathrooms and a larger living room really made the space feel like home. But his condo is about a 3-minute walk from the ski slopes, maybe five if you're wearing ski boots. It was super easy to get to and from the condo to the ski slopes, equipment valet made store in our gear really easy, my son loved the hot tubs and pools and being able to walk to Main Street was really nice. For anyone looking for child care, it's about a 5-minute walk from the bottom of quicksilver lift to beaver Run, where they have child care and lessons.

This place was awesome! Literally could not be more convenient for getting on and off the mountain. Perfect amount of space for families.

Such a cool place to stay! The kitchen was stocked with anything we could have needed and parking was easy. The only drawback is that you can’t ski in/out on the days you arrive/leave because they don’t extend parking for the day. Definitely recommend for extended trips!

One of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at, this was right outside of Breckenridge in a quiet and cute neighborhood. The location was perfect for a ski trip, about 10 minute drive from Breckenridge’s parking lots. Loved waking up in the morning and seeing the sun rise behind the mountains. Also had everything we needed for a few days, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom as well as a super cozy living area with couches by the fireplace. Will definitely be back.

My ten year old daughter and I stayed here over her spring break and it was absolutely perfect. We did not need our car the whole time we were there which is a huge plus in Breckenridge. It's a cozy place with one bedroom and it has everything you need for a ski or mountain vacation. We would stay again!

All of my friends and I had a great time at this place lots of places to travel to and around the area the locals are very nice and friendly as well ask them anything and they usually answer any questions you have. Great view at night even if it’s dark as long as you enjoy nature.

Worth every penny!! I can't understate how great of a stay I had with my fiancee and friend visiting from out of town. the place is so serene, plenty of room to hang with a group or wander off on your own for some solitude. The house had a lot of amenities that we weren't expecting like humidifiers, a coffee bean grinder, a Bluetooth speaker and more. Beds were also ridiculously comfortable. Addie and Loukas were super communicative and proactive, giving us local recommendations, responding to questions quickly and going above and beyond to make our trip as peaceful as possible. I would recommend this place to anybody at any time of the year. I definitely look forward to coming back myself!

The house was wonderful. Clean, private and just as described. The views are outstanding! Hosts were very welcoming and kind. We had so much fun as a family, unplugging and spending time together playing darts, pool, pingpong and board games. Highly recommended this rental.

Wonderful home away from home. Did a monarch ski trip with friends and stayed here. More than enough space for several families. Cozy, but clean, and comfortable feel. Amazing surroundings and could not get enough of listening to the river right outside. More than enough towels, dishes, extra bedding, etc for a group. Will stay here again next year!

Great communication and perfect location between Salida, Poncha, and BV. Would stay here again for another creekside cold plunge!

We had an amazing weekend! The property was beautiful, so much to do we didn’t have to leave the whole weekend. Such a relaxing dream property, the pool and hot springs were amazing and the creek was a great place to cool off! Everything was better than we expected and one of the best spots we have ever stayed. We were very pleased with everything that was offered. Thank you so much for such a beautiful weekend!

10/10 location. The place was a true ski in/ski out unit . Our host was a helpful and proactive communicator. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and everything that Breck has to offer is a short walk away. This place is a gem, and we definitely plan to return in the future.

Great stay. Well-appointed and well-stocked condo. For skiers, the walk to the gondola in the morning is about 10 minutes. Google maps calls it .3 miles. The best part about the location, though, is that when your ski day is over, you can ski all the way down the 4 O'Clock Run and it ends directly across the street from the condo. Pop off skis, walk across the street, and you are home.

This was perfect for a long weekend getaway for my husband and I! Scott and Brynn’s place was exactly as described and super close to peak 9 lift. Their place had everything we needed and was super cozy and clean. The building amenities were so nice- hot tubs after a long day on the slopes, sauna and steam room. We parked our car in the parking garage and kept our skis there overnight, strapped on our boots in our room, and had a short walk to the lift. We were also super close to Main Street, so we walked to dinner and shopping every night. Scott and Brynn were spot-on with their food rec’s and super responsive and friendly! We will definitely be back and hope to stay in their place again!

When we arrived at the location I could not get the instructions to load on my phone which is a reflection of my cell service. I called Jereme and he was quick to answer and extremely helpful. Once we had the instructions we were able to easily access the garage and condo. Jereme even checked back with me to make sure everything was satisfactory and offered assistance if needed. SUPER HOST! The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was an easy walk to the chairlifts, shuttle stop, and to all the activities the village had to offer. The pullout sofa was by far the most comfortable I have ever slept on and it was easy to keep things organized throughout our stay. After a full day of skiing my family truly appreciated the showerhead and water pressure...FABULOUS! I would highly recommend Jereme and this location to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

We had a fantastic spring skiing week at Alec’s apartment. It is a very short walk to the chairlift and to the Main Street of Breckenridge where all the main shops & restaurants are. Kitchen facilities allowed for a good mix of cooking ourselves and eating out. Would highly recommend the condo to other travellers.

Great location if your looking for a convenient place to stay for a ski trip with family or friends. Very short walk to the American Eagle chair lift. Starbucks at the bottom floor and has a very good sized community hot tub that is easy to access after a long day on the slopes. Please be aware there is one parking pass available for this rental but finding another parking spot was not difficult. We had a great time and would definitely book again in the future!
