Great place to stay. Very clean and host was very accommodation and friendly!

Seher is a sweetheart, very pleasant and friendly, she made us feel at home. We had an emergency and needed to book her house and she was very helpful from the beginning. The accommodation is extremely cozy, organized and very clean. The Dundas West station on the green line is just a 7-10 minute walk away and there are bus and streetcar lines available. Simply the perfect place to stay in Toronto with all the convenience, security and comfort we need during a trip. I highly recommend it.

The house was super comfortable and close to some cool shops and restaurants. Canadian Tire for the win! The neighborhood is quiet and respectable. We had a cold snap and the house stayed nice and cozy. The only negative I can think of is if you want to go downtown, it's almost an hour away by car. Sean was super easy and reasonable to work with, and we'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. The place is in a quiet location, very walkable, with lots of transportation options nearby, and just a few stops away from parks and shopping centers. The place itself was warm, comfortable, and exactly as described. Perfect for 2 or 3 people. Mahmoud was an exceptional host—very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. I would highly recommend staying here if you are larger group, there is plenty of space and the amenities are great. Has easy access to the down town area and Ubers were relatively cheap.

Wonderful stay! Visited the area for a family wedding - we had 7 of us drive from northern VA & two fly in from Denver, CO. The Airbnb was perfect for my big family plus our small dog. Because of the winter storm that luckily passed through the weekend we were there, the two of us that flew in had our flight delayed, then cancelled. Amy was perfect with communication and was so flexible with allowing us to stay an extra two days (asking to stay each night, one night at a time because our flights kept getting cancelled. Thank you Amy for being so flexible and welcoming to my family. You were an important part of our wonderful stay <3

This place was exactly what we were looking for.

This place is absolutely perfect for a stay! The host is great, with a fast response time, ensuring a smooth and hassle free experience. You’ll have the entire space to yourself, complete with a private entrance, three bedrooms, two smart TVs, and a dedicated area to park. Everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, and the space is equipped with extra blankets, multiple portable heaters, and more to ensure a comfortable stay. The place is spotless, well maintained, and feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be booking again in the future!

Thank you for being a wonderful host. That apartment was nice and clean when I reached. The host made sure to equip it well. It was equipped with abundant supply of oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee; all the basics of food requirements were well catered for. There were plenty of garbage bags, washing tablets for clothes and dishes. The bed, pillows and linen are extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, on main Bay Street, with a Tim Hortons right across and Shoppers right adjacent. I would definitely like to come back and stay here again. Regards, Fadieleh

Awesome place! Looked just like the pictures and felt super cozy, like home. Great furniture and finishes. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee machine. The neighborhood was amazing – walkable, close to the lake, and super convenient for restaurants and downtown. Would totally recommend!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Toronto, the location was awesome and the neighbourhood was quiet and lovely. Then home is exactly as described, with really super bedding (which is one thing that is very important to me). Amazing household supplies available at our arrival and for our stay. The owner was extremely helpful with all of our questions and super friendly and responsive. The back yard is amazing!! The pool was closed for our stay as it was November; but we enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the fresh air…. As the outdoor sitting area is amazing!! Very resort vibe!! Our favourite space was the kitchen area…. Very well designed with everything you could need. Also great lighting inside the home with dimmers - which is also a special addition that I appreciate. It was a very enjoyable stay and a nice break from downtown Toronto …. But still close to lots of shopping and the motorways. And close to public transport if needed. I would def recommend to anyone…….

We had a great time at Bessa’s. The house was beautifully decorated. The pool and back yard were amazing. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice house. It was just like the pictures and it had everything we needed. It’s located in a convenient area not too far from the downtown area. Our host was very nice and quick to respond through the app. She let us check-in earlier which was super convenient and helpful. Natalie was very welcoming of our two dogs which is always appreciated. The only problem we encountered was that the sofa bed was broken so it was uncomfortable to sleep a whole night in it. Luckily we only needed it for 2 out of 5 nights. I’m sure they’ll fix it before the next guest comes. Thank you!

We fully enjoyed our stay at Maxim’s over the Christmas holiday and look forward to staying at the property for future visits. House and property were as advertised (lightly furnished but with all the needed basics) and Maxim was a thoughtful and responsive host - even going so far as decorating the house for the holiday which was a kind and appreciated touch. We were able to check in earlier than expected which was a godsend. Beautiful property with lots of wildlife, view of the lake and close to our Toronto based family members we made this the ideal place for us. Thank you Maxim for being a super host!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks recently, and we loved our time here. The interior design of this house is stunning and creates a very cozy and relaxing vibe as the light pours in through the many skylights. The kitchen is a chef’s dream while the outdoor space, bbq and patio sections are perfect for a summer family gathering. Taking a dip in the lagoon shaped pool while looking up at the forrest canopy makes you feel like you’re at a remote cottage. Highly recommended!

Well for me I think this is the Best AirBnb I've stayed so far. Lena was great in helping out and Janet was awesome too. As some point when heating wasn't sufficient, They bought new portable heaters to ensure me and my family were comfortable. It was an amazing experience all the way.

Our family stayed in Kaitlin’s place for this Christmas, and the one thing that stood out the most out of all was cleanliness! The place was top notch clean even in all the rooms and bathrooms. The house was equipped with all kitchen tools, cleaning equipments, and amenities. The private backyard was also very clean and nice. We brought our dog with us and she had a wonderful time in the backyard as well! There is also a large nice park nearby that I could walk her. And the host was very helpful and responsive! Our family made a happy memory here during Christmas. Overall, 10/10 stay - I would stay here again if I visit Toronoto again! Thank you!!!!

Zainab was an amazing host... very respectful of our time. If anything was needed... we would just send a message and it was taken care of. Place was very clean. Wonderful she left snacks and treats plus cups if needed... extra touches like this goes a long way. Thank you so much!
