We had an amazing stay, The perfect spot to unwind and relax right next to the water. It was our first time in Parker and definitely won't be our last. Great spot to book for a beautiful view.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was great. The house was very clean and cozy. The space was exactly as described. The amenities were above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Jack is a responsive host, and check in was a breeze. The condo was spotless and well equipped for our stay, with many extra touches to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We enjoyed the huge balcony and great view of the mountains and sunsets. Thank you so much for having us as your guests!

My family and I loved the place. The location was perfect and the days and nights were nice and peaceful. If we had a question the Host were really good at responding also. Thank you it was a very nice time.

We loved our stay. We stayed a visit with family. The view was great. We paddle Boarding and kayaking. The evenings were watching the sunset. We will be back!

Nice spacious home in Big River. We know the area and the housing options pretty well and this was right in line. Overall greatly satisfied. We will probably stay again for the off-road races that happen in Parker once or twice a year.

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

Jack’s rental is spacious, well appointed, had lots of extras (towels, spices, cooking oil, coffee pods, and so much more!). The location was terrific. We could walk to the bridge, restaurants, grocery store, and local ice cream. We could sit out on the patio and relax watching the boats go by. Jack was also very easy to communicate with and he responded to questions quickly.

First time in this unit. Very nice and comfortable. Level 3 has the best views.

Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

Came here with a group of friends for the weekend. The house was spacious enough for all 6 of us and in a great location. Very clean and felt right at home. Would highly recommend staying here again in the future.

The condo was in a great location, easily walkable to restaurants, water activities and the bridge. Bryant was quickly responsive to any questions we had.

Everything was as described, but I don’t think you can actually describe how great the anchor lake house was for my family and I. House was perfect in every aspect. Our host made sure everything was easy and was very responsive to any and all questions. You really can’t beat location, and the amenities that come with the house. It was our first trip with our new boat, and having the ease of a launch ramp and docks in the community made everything easy on us. Definitely coming back.

This condo has everything you need . I Would definitely recommend staying at this location in lake Havasu!

This was our first time in Lake Havasu. My wife had a business trip there and we made a little family vacation with the kids on Thanksgiving break. The condo is nice and very well located, just off the canal and a short walk over the board walk to London Bridge. Plenty to do for us and the kids (walks, skate park, lake activities). Very outdoorsy and friendly folks! A very good discovery for a family weekend getaway.

Ryan was very kind, helpful, and the most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. The remolding of this gem on the channel is truly amazing. He takes great pride in this condo and it shows, by the high tech mirrors in the bathroom to the state of the art fridge, appliances, and cabinetry. Thank for the great stay and look forward to returning.

Place had been empty for a while but the host was very responsive to any requests we had. He suggested things to do and places to go. It’s a very nice quiet home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people around.

What a great vacation. Had never been to Lake Havasu and had so much fun. Everything was so easy and we had an incredible weekend filled with so many activities for the kids and families. We will be back

The best location, peaceful, stunning views, fabulous hosts, cozy home. This place has everything you need for your trip to Parker! Robert and Lynn go out of their way to make your trip enjoyable…from offering early check in, late check out, and helped us plan our day trip to Havasu. You will not find a better place for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and stunning views. And great parking for your truck and trailer if needed😊 boat launch close by and easy to navigate.
