James was very responsive and also let us check in early, we had an amazing time hanging by the pool. Everything was clean and neat our pups loved the yard so they could Rome around while we sitting by the pool. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. Ginger was an amazing host and her home was located in a beautiful location! We arrived after hours but the checkin process was explained very clearly and was easy to complete. The views were spectacular and we were able to create fishing memories that will last a lifetime! The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to fish from their steps. Night fishing from the docks was awesome too! Overall, the experience was great and I would love to visit again.

David’s place appears to have been redone recently, all nice, fresh, and clean. While the space was tighter than we expected it does look just like the pictures. Lots of great amenities, and well stocked. Great sunset view from the deck, and a short walk to the water. David was also very responsive as we had several questions during our stay. Very kind. Would definitely stay there again.

My stay at Jennifer’s place was nothing short of perfect and amazing! The house was spacious with 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a loft, offering plenty of room for our group of 8. The property came with all the amenities you could ever need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a BBQ grill and even a cooler to take to the lake. The location of this property was the highlight of the trip - we were in town for the IJSBA World Finals in Crazy Horse Campground and the nearness made it easy to come back and forth to the house to beat the heat. Jennifer was extremely helpful and very willing to help. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We were beyond pleased with our stay at this home! Leead and Orel were extremely accommodating to all of our needs and went above and beyond. The communication was prompt, responsive and helpful. The home was exactly as described with an awesome location. We were able to walk everywhere so that we could enjoy our getaway. Our stay was short and sweet. The home was perfect for our first time in Havasu. Everything was clean and comfortable. The sun room provided a great space for our kids to play. Loved the rooftop view. One of the beds could use some upgrading, but overall, a very positive experience and wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spot at Sam's Beachcomber's Resort. The interior and exterior decor is beach/tropical theme and it just sets the mood for the vacation perfectly. It was cute, clean and in a great location to the water. We could sit on the front porch and enjoy the sunset on the lake. I took my family to Lake Havasu for Labor Day weekend and I didn't realize how busy the town would be at that time. I really liked this place because it is in a gated community with security and quiet hours so it felt safe. We would definitely stay here again!
