This is our second stay in five years at Douglas' house. It is so clean, warm and inviting when you enter. The guides for the home are well posted and the user manual is concise and breaks down each room. We are so amazed that a house could be so clean and fresh!. Nice updates to the exterior and such a quiet location! We have stayed at other homes in the area but always try to secure Douglas' location because the rest are just second for our needs. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful time. House was beautiful with a fantastic layout. The backyard/pool was fantastic and we spent many hours outside. The kitchen has nice appliances and cookware. The entire house was clean and well kept. Location was a bit further from the center of town, but we loved the quiet. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean home with great open floor concept that is inviting for family and friends. Love the pool and the outdoor kitchen. The labels on all the light switches were genius! I didn’t have to guess or flick a bunch of switches to get the lights I wanted on/off.

Christina's place felt like home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, clean inside, and equipped with just about everything you need. I love the thoughtfulness she put into having coffee pods, snacks, and welcome written on the blanket.

Great place to stay. Really enjoyed the space. Communication was great at all time. Would definitely stay again.

This is our second stay here and plan on this remaining our first choice for homes in Lake Havasu. It fits us well and has everything we need. I especially like having both a Keurig and a full size coffeemaker; it’s nice to have options! It’s on a quiet street which is really nice for relaxing on either patio.

Always a pleasure for our families yearly stay! We love staying at this house. It’s beautiful and fun! Close to lake and local stores.

Well appointed condo with nice amenities. Great location! Could walk to the London Bridge and Village with shops and restaurants.

Our host was informative, condo matched description, weather was outstanding, other visiting guests were so friendly & welcoming. Truly made our stay pleasantly memorable. Parking next to building, right-size pool w/ loungers & deck chairs. Clean laundry room, inexpensive coin-op detergent & wash & dry machines.

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It had everything that we needed, even the salt & pepper and coffee. We didn’t need the extra bedroom, except that’s were I put my shopping bags lol

Condo was clean. It was good space for family of 3. Plentiful kitchen supplies, towels, trash bags, TP and laundry supplies. Can’t beat location central to everything and walk to Rotary Park, Lake, Restaurants, Grocery and London Bridge. Thanks for having us!

Honestly such a great location! And the bed and pillows were fantastic! Even go to see some quail on the patio! 10/10

The space was accurately described. Very functional and well maintained. The Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. The views of London Bridge and the area are fantastic and you would be hard pressed to find a better location. Next time we are in the area we will check to see if this space is available and would take it again in a heartbeat.

The home was comfortable and the location is great. The Rotary Park, a short walk away, is a great place to see sunsets and get in a walk. The problem with the toilet was taken care of immediately. The two patios were beautiful, quiet and private. Definitely a great place to stay.

This was our second time staying at this unit and it was great! Bryant is super flexible and the family lives the home feeling of this unit. This is definitely our first choice when we are in town.

This Airbnb was perfect for our 3 night stay on Lake Havasu! The 2 bedroom unit was excellent and the view on the patio is awesome. There is so much to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot 2 minute drive from the bridge maybe a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Small 2 bedroom very clean. right by the pool. Only recommended update would be to add ceiling fans. We went on a week where weather was 118-120 degrees so understandable the Chiller system wouldn't be the end all be all to keep it cool. If you need noise or moving air to sleep bring a fan! other than that cool spot. Thank you for everything.

Loved it there!!!! Jasmine made it a breeze and it’s so close to a cool downtown area, safe and comfy. Got so lucky with this place!!!! How Highly recommend!! And I’m a picky person!! Thank you, Jasmin.
