Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Francescos home is really beautiful, a very lovely surrounding. He is a very responsive host. We had a very nice stay. We would recommend to get there by car, but the house is also reachable by the local bus. We would love to be back sometime!

Ho pernottato qui con le mie colleghe per una notte. La casa è bella, spaziosa, ordinata e pulitissima. La zona è tranquillissima, ideale per riposare al meglio. Monia molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

A beautiful home just a 15 minute walk through a Main Street to the center of Parma! The hosts were great and gave wonderful recommendations.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

We arrived in Parma super late in the afternoon and our initial pre-booked hotel had made a mistake and double booked. I requested to stay in Barbara’s place and she answered super fast, and we checked in 1,5 hour later. Thank you very very much 🙏 She made great recommendations for traditional trattorias and we ate at four of the restaurants! Lovely suggestions and quick responding time. The neighborhood is super cool, young and vibrant. You can feel real people are living and working there, not touristy at all. It takes 10 minutes of walking to Parma Centro. Felt safe all the time. The kitchen needs a few basics, like a knife, cutting board and a coffee maker/machine, so maybe it could be improved a bit. Beds were fined and soft and everything was super clean. We parked at the Kennedy Parking Site, 600 meters from the apartment. 12euros a day so super cheap. Parking in Italian cities is a nightmare and the apartment is also close but just outside ZLT signs.

Séjour à Parme très réussi. Appartement très agréable, confortable, cosy, très propre, bien équipé, situé dans une rue paisible et à proximité à pieds et en voiture de toutes les commodités. Hôte disponible et accueillant. Un grand merci ! Nous recommandons cet appartement car il a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Au plaisir d'y retourner...

Alloggio super pulito e ordinato, molto bello. In casa c'era tutto il necessario, sia in bagno che in cucina. Giuseppina ci ha fatto trovare tutto per la colazione, tisane e acqua fresca al nostro arrivo. Comunicare con Giuseppina è stato facile, lei è molto disponibile e precisa. Esperienza estremamente positiva.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Simona's apartment is spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Walking distance to the sights, with many shops and restaurants around. Simona is very nice and responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate our request for separate duvets. She met us personally, explained everything about the apartment, took us to the parking lot and helped us with our check-in. It was very kind of her to give us wine, beer, water, juice, coffee and small snacks. She especially wrote to remind us not to miss the flower festival, which was magnificent! Simona, thank you for your hospitality. I highly recommend staying at her apartment.

Great place to stay. All went well. I arrived by car and found the paid parking in the parallel street in the blue spots, I found it easier to download the app by scanning the barcode at the pay station.

Flor's apartment is spacious, with a bright and minimalist design that is well-suited for group travel. It is located outside the ZTL zone, allowing for free street parking, which is ideal for those driving. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk to the historic city center, making it convenient for outings and not far from the train station. If needed, you can request Flor for an extra set of linens for the sofa bed in advance. Additionally, the apartment has an elevator, making it easy to transport luggage.

Host super disponibile e consigliato per qualsiasi tipo di esigenza anche che esuli dall’alloggio in sé. Casa grande, spaziosa, pulita e con tutto il necessario per restare anche qualche giorno in più.

Wonderful Airbnb. Host & her parents were super welcoming & very helpful. We were there during a festival week & being s close to main square and shops allowed us to make numerous trips with just a short walk. Also 15-20 minute walk to train.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nell’alloggio di Tatiana, spazi perfetti per le esigenze di una coppia, tranquillità e centralità della zona, si raggiunge tutto molto velocemente, soprattutto se come noi ci si sposta a piedi. Tatiana è stata molto reattiva e disponibile alle nostre richieste, attivandosi e trovando anche delle ottime alternative al nostro problema. Unica pecca è l’ampiezza del lavello, dove per lavare i piatti serve un po’ di pazienza, ma per il resto tutto perfetto!

Perfect location, charming street. Appreciated map on condo wall and print out of suggested restaurants. Enrico quickly responded to a shower drainage issue. Exiting the train station was confusing but we found our way. A 15 min walk to condo. Modena food tour was fun for us. Visiting the museums and classic pieces in the churches were a highlight for us.
