If you are looking to be in the thick of it- it was a beautiful place with a beautiful view of the marina, and surrounded by restaurants! Right on the harbour! As such there was some noise but it was always quiet by midnight at the Latest’s. I appreciated they had a bathtub!

This space is exactly as expected and the host was wonderful. Super helpful and patient. To no fault of the host I will say when you are tired and been traveling a long time the check in felt cumbersome for a single night stay. Had I been staying longer I don't think it would have seemed as taxing.

Simon’s listing is a true gem. This place did not disappoint! I feel like the photos and description don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person. My husband and I absolutely loved staying here. It was minutes of walking distance from tons of shops and restaurants but still felt incredibly private and secure. We throughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, enjoying a glass of wine and the nice weather. It was hard to leave at the end of our stay! Can’t recommend this place enough or say enough good things about Simon as a host!

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

We had friends around the corner in Torbay. Browns Bay is bigger and only a short (steep) walk down. The Bark and Brew was our fave coffee place. I swam the bay every day. Safe beech. Spacious accommodation with a proper lounge and separate bedroom. Great bed. I think the telly is Sky but we never turned it on! Good wifi. Loads of stuff in the kitchen. It’s all just great!

I cannot recommend Kohi Del Mar highly enough. As a family of four, both on holiday and working, it was a fabulous apartment. Great restaurant options within an easy walk, opposite the beach with great views and 15 mins into town. Treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed and it will feel like you’re really on holiday. Really happy with our choice.

Fantastic location! Very clean. Comfortable accommodations. Key access was a little confusing. Definitely read through carefully before arriving late at night when you’re tired like we did. 10/10 ⭐️

This was a beautiful home. It was perfect for our stay in Auckland. It was on the beach which afforded us beautiful walks and sitting in the beach. The kids loved the shovels and buckets, the adults enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Lovely large expansive home right on the waterfront. Nice quiet neighborhood at the end of a culdesac past the busy town center. Perfect house to host our family for gatherings. Host was very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay here on our next return

House was beautiful with amazing views. Both the pool and the hot tub were wonderful and the beach was short (10 min) walk. the kitchen and grill were great cooking and we loved all the Polish pottery! Overall, great location and house for our family.

We had a fabulous weekend at this home, 8 of us celebrating our 50th's. The house was perfect for this, a rare find to have a bed each and all of the facilities were fantastic - just loved it! We were really happy to have booked in Oneroa as everything was at our doorstep. Excellent location - so close to everything and the Hop on - Hop off bus was just at the top of the hill behind the house. We did not notice the note on the listing about the house being built next door and raised this with Coast & Country who assured us the note had always been there and we were getting a discounted rate because of it - when we checked their website it became apparent we were paying the high season rate with no discount at all. The construction noise was not excessive but the builders were working at the same height as the upstairs deck and joined in on our conversations from time to time - nothing offensive and note the build is almost completed but worth checking when booking.

we've stayed at 6 bachs in Piha now, and this is the best. not cheap, but you get what you pay for. great facilities, great decor and lots of nice touches and location is unbeatable with views over the beach. one thing is that the upstairs and downstairs are 2 separate units both with their own bathrooms and kitchens. this would be great for 2 couples, one with a kid or two, but the levels are not internally connected. we just had it for the two of us and never went to the lower level.

Great place. aweesome view if you love the harbour and boats. some clubs are loud over the weekend, but listening to live music on the deck is not as terrible as it sounds (and its alot quieter if youre inside with the doors/windows closed). The cafes, restaurants and bars that are on your doorstep have great food and atmosphere. I can recommend Giraffe, White and Wongs, and Wildfire from this trip. The ferry terminal is 5-10 minutes walk from your door, so exploring the islands in the hauraki Gulf is right there. Lots of shopping and malls are 5-10 minutes walk inland. it's a great location with everything very close by and what isn't, is just a short uber or lime/flamingo scooter ride away. Warm, caring host thats very helpful, responsive, and lovely to deal with. Thank you once again Becky.

Linley's apartment was perfect! A beautifully setup place to relax in which had everything you needed, even down to a portacot for our little one. There a as also a swimming pool, spa and a carpark available. A quick walk to lovely cafes, and the Viaduct and downtown CBD. Just a perfect location! Linley was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and we would most definitely recommend a stay at this awesome air bnb. Thanks so much for everything Linley, and also to Karin! 🙂

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

Great location and place to stay in the city! Surrounded by everything you need and right next to the airport drop off shuttle. Comfy bed. Loved the rooftop pool. Michelle was very responsive and allowed flexible check in for us. Thank you for a great stay!
