Maria ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Bei sämtlichen Anliegen hat sie sich direkt bei uns gemeldet (Rollladenreperatur z.B.) oder auch für den Austausch der Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Bei Fragen ebenfalls sofort verfügbar und auch vor Ort. Die Lage des Appartments würde ich als ruhig bezeichnen. Gute Restaurants und einige Schnellimbisse sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung ebenfalls Supermärkte und das Benfica Stadion. Die Metro ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachts ist es ruhig und das ganze Schlafzimmer kann sehr gut abgedunkelt werden. Die Küche hat alle nötigen Utensilien vorhanden sodass man im Prinzip nur die Lebensmittel kaufen muss. Stay at Sofia’s. You won’t regret it. Sofia is informative, responsive and helpful in every way. The apartment is clean, beautiful, spacious and has everything you need to feel comfortable, safe and happy.

this place is great with 2 terraces. great for coffee in the morning. kitchen is very well equipped. the stairs are are very tight, I kept my big suitcase on the main floor. great location. I would go back in a hart beat.

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen, authentischen, gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der ideale Spot um schnell sowohl in der Stadt als auch am Strand zu sein. So schön!

Great central location to Belém. Easy to park on the street, can walk to shops and local tourist attractions. Short train trip into Lisbon central. The house is a traditional house for the area. It is a good size for four people. Basic kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water, dishwasher. Lovely space outside in the garden surrounded by lemon trees. The extra space in the annex is great if you need to work from home and also a laundry. Very good communication with the hosts. I would recommend Ricardo's place if you want to visit Lisbon and surroundings but not be right in the centre and if you want a traditional Portuguese house experience. We have stayed in Belém before and really like the area.

Stort og dejligt hus, der indeholder alt, hvad man skal bruge! Og Carla kommer med en masse gode anbefalinger til oplevelser og spisesteder. Vi var afsted med vores to drenge på 7 og 10 år og havde besøg af et sæt bedsteforældre et par dage - og der var masser af plads :-) Virkelig veludstyret køkken, og der var også krydderier, så der kunne laves en masse lækker mad. Fantastiske senge, som man sov perfekt i - også køjesengene. Derudover var det skønt med pladsen rundt om huset - vi spillede lidt bold på græssiden, og der var et bordtennissæt, som vi også brugte flittigt hele familien. Skøn størrelse pool, som sikkert er lækkert om sommeren (lige koldt nok for os, da vi ikke havde det bedste vejr i april). Fint placeret, da man hurtigt kan komme til 25. april broen, som fører ind til Lissabon. Og der ligger en bager med lækkert morgenbrød 5 minutters gågang fra huset. Husk hjemmesko eller tykke strømper, da der kan være lidt fodkoldt - dem husker vi næste gang, vi kommer :-)

Antoine est un hôte très disponible ce qui nous a grandement facilité notre arrivée à SEIXAL. Le logement est exceptionnellement propre et très bien placé pour visiter Lisbonne depuis l’embarcadère fluvial (10 minutes à pieds). La résidence est très calme pour se reposer des visites. La propreté de l'appartement est moderne avec une vue imprenable (Très grande terrasse comme sur les photos) sur le Tage, sur le pont du 5 avril et la statut du sanctuaire du Christ Roi. La place de parking est un vrai plus. L'appartement nous a complètement enchanté avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et extrêmement gentils afin que notre séjour se déroule pour le mieux. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour visiter Lisbonne et ses alentours. Sans hésiter, nous reviendrons pour d'autres vacances. Encore un immense merci à Antoine. P&O

Great place to stay in Lisbon. It’s right in the centre of the city close to everything. Joana is a great host very responsive and friendly. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need. It’s spacious. Well decorated and very clean. Easy access from the street with modern lift. No keys are required as the doors open with a digital code. Recommend it 100%

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very well located and spacious, making it a comfortable base for exploring the area. The space was relatively clean and well equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

what can I say, Amazing host and accommodation!! This is our Lisbon home. We will be back for sure. Better than the photos and description. And yes the 28 tram is nearly at the door. Thankyou Ricardo for your time and your friendship. Oh and the jacuzzi !

The apartment was stylish and comfortable, and in an interesting and historic area. Surrounded by Fado restaurants it could have been noisy but the double glazed windows, and shutters, made it peaceful inside. A bottle of wine and some port were nice touches. It was an easy walk to the centre of town and fairly close to the metro, and tram and bus stops. A most enjoyable stay.

Lovely host and support staff everything you need when you want to get the most out of a foreign city.. Perfect location for walking to most sites. Cosy neighbourhood with small lovely street restaurants right in front of the door. Had the best time and the people of Lisbon are wonderful and chilled.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat! The apartment is very spacious, both indoors and outdoors, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic just a short walk to the seaside or 20mins to town centre, making it super convenient to explore the area. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking your own meals. Big thanks to Carlos for all the great local recommendations, super helpful and much appreciated 🌟 Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very responsive host with very detailed instructions, making it easy to check into apartment. The apartment is exactly as described and per the pictures convenient parking, which was also included with very helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Catarina's botanical garden loft. She recently did some renovations to create a true kitchenette. We had everything we needed for an incredibly comfortable stay. We were very lucky that the previous guest checked out early, as it started to pour on our way from the airport. No one wants to spend 4 hours occupying themselves until check in, while it's raining, post flight. Catarina did everything she could to get the place cleaned and ready for our early arrival. initially, we thought we would just store our bags in the closet opposite the door. To our pleasant surprise, just as we reached the top of the stairs, she messaged to say the apartment was ready for us! The floors were still a little wet from her cleaning lady it was timed so well. The apartment was immaculate, and even better than the pictures. Catarina's communication was impeccable, I would stay here again in an instant. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

GREAT place to stay. I looked at a ton of places in Lisbon before booking, and am happy I picked this one. It’s the kind of place that has everything you need right where you need it. Homey touches, decorated with care, and the apartment itself is an ingenious use of space. Perfectly cozy, yet felt open and spacious the way it’s built. Clara herself is so kind, when I met her for check in she did a quick tour of the apartment to make sure I was all good. She left some fruit from her orchard. I just realized I forgot to take the sardines she gave me!!! Cute and lovely neighborhood — felt picturesque and like I was a local. It’s supremely walkable and tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and cafes around. Only notes for potential guests are there are a few sets of stairs up to the apartment, and the square outside can be active into the early morning, but I closed the door to my room and the noise was honestly hardly noticeable.

I had an amazing stay at Isabelle’s Airbnb in Lisbon! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and in a perfect location to explore the city. What really stood out, though, was how incredibly helpful and kind Isabelle was throughout my stay. She made sure I had everything I needed, offered great local recommendations, and was always quick to respond to any questions. Her hospitality made my trip even more special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

A wonderful stay . The appartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood was buzzy and fun (as previous reviews have said, definitely loud at night) and we walked everywhere. Wir haben einen Monat in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Internet war stabil und schnell – für uns besonders wichtig, da wir remote arbeiten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und modern, außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber mit allem, was man braucht, direkt in der Nähe: Lidl und Pingo Doce sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das große Einkaufszentrum Vasco da Gama ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend – von der nahegelegenen Station "Oriente" kommt man bequem überall hin, zum Beispiel nach Sintra. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung in die Stadt liegt sogar noch näher. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt!

The flat was clean and nice, as in description and photos. I love Parede area, was staying there second time, as it is just next to good local places, beach and more calm flow then in Lisbon. We did not use grill part, but the terrace was super sunny and spacy. In the kitchen you can literally find everything you need, the bed was super comfortable. I probably missed the description part that the flat is very close to railways, you can honestly hear the trains, but after first night actually it was already not so loud. Nuno was also very friendly and helpfull.

Es war sehr zentral, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Sogar einen late Check Out haben wir bekommen.
