We stayed in the apartment in early part of February. The apartment was exactly as described and was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet residential street in the centre of Puerto del Carmen. A great location for getting about the resort and visiting the many restaurants, bars and beach. The terrace is lovely, overlooks the street and is bathed in sunshine all day. A great addition to the apartment. When we were due to leave Guillermo kindly allowed us to keep the apartment until it was time to leave for the airport. We really appreciated that. Guillermo was a great host and was always on hand should we need any help. We would certainly go back to this apartment and it is one that we genuinely recommend.

The place was clean and depending on what you want to do during your stay at a very nice location near the coast, ferry’s and city center. If you want to swim on a larger and quieter beach i would recommend either having a car, taking the bus or staying at a place in the south of Corralejo. The Grand Playa is a 9km walk from there and the beaches in town are faily small and crowded. Corralejo itself is a very nice town, lots to do and very nice places to eat. The coast is beautiful and the water clear! Simona was a nice host, easy to communicate with and helpful.

Beautiful well kept apartment, the facilities were fabulous we felt right at home. Plenty of towels. Beds were really comfortable. We had the sun on the balcony for most of the day. The pool area was relaxing and the little shop/cafe bar next door was useful. We’ve booked again for next year as the apartment was perfect for us as well as the location. Thank you Sheryl x

Casa molto bella e con tutti i servizi. Ristrutturata da poco con un ottimo terrazzino vista mare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cortesia di farci trovare un kit di benvenuto con snack e vino. Posizione ottima per chi vuole soggiornare in un centro molto vivace specialmente la sera con tanti ristoranti e locali sul lungo mare.

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche, waren sehr zufrieden mit allem - das Haus ist fast neu gebaut worden und entsprechend alles noch ziemlich gut in Schuss. Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer, tolle Ausstattung in der gesamten Wohnung (Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer), wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Paolo hat uns sehr nett und verbindlich empfangen, vielen Dank dafür!

About the place: the apartment is/was as shown in the pictures, and has a kingsize bed located in a parc with a big pool, but still relaxed and quiet. There is a private balcony where you can enjoy the sun on a bed. Nearby there is a shopping center, with a supermarket (HiperDino) and a very good pizzeria (recommended). The city center is about 2.2 km away, where you can choose to your preferences. The host, Gianluca, is a friendly and sportive guy. He picked us up from the airport (paid service). He was very hospitable, kind with giving good tips and info, and was very communicative on W-App. All in all a perfect place to be.

absolutely gorgeous apartaments it's like a home from home everything you need in it ,great location 5min walk to old town. host is very helpful always happy to help. could not recommend this enough , very pleasant stay especially with kids.

Very peaceful and beautiful place! You can hear cuckoos, other birds, chickens from the neighbors. Complete peace. The central location in the center of the island makes it convenient to quickly and equally reach each end. 15-20 minutes from the airport. We would definitely visit the place again! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit sehr schöner Aussicht ganz nah am Wasser. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Vielen ,lieben Dank für die nette Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft an Paula. Ich kann diese schöne Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

The apartment was just as the photos on the site. Spacious for the 2 of us well equipped and clean. The view from the terrace was amazing and relaxing with the sound of the sea. In the heart of all the amenities but wasn’t too noisy. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep with enough to please most people. Our host was Jerry and couldn’t have been more helpful. Met us at 7pm on Saturday night when we arrived and explained how things worked. Arranged a time for checking out and also kept our bags for us before we were due to leave. Couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Can’t say we have anything negative to say. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a great little apartment. Well laid out, spacious and just as described. Very well kitted out with lots of kitchen extras to be able to cook and toiletries in the bathroom. Bedroom was a great size with a double wardrobe for clothing. The location is great, quiet and out of the way but only 10 mins walk into the Town area and 5 mins to the sea. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The locals in the Avendia Restaurant 2 mins away were so welcoming. Great food there too. Claire was absolutely amazing. Gave clear instructions and helpful recommendations. I would happily stay here again. It was like home from home which made our holiday very enjoyable and relaxing.

lovely accommodation in a residential complex close to the sea,restaurants and shops. Lara was very helpful and gave us a list of lovely areas to visit. As we were there for 4 weeks she arranged for the cleaner to come weekly.We can highly recommend this property in Lanzarote and Lara.

Beautifully decorated apartment, brand new appliances and the jacuzzi (in fact the whole roof top) as a cherry on top of the cake! While the direct street is calm, a great restaurant area and the beach are only a short walking distance away. But the best part: Luca took very good care of us, very communicative and helpful at all times, thank you!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Apartment sehr genossen! Es liegt etwas außerhalb, ist aber gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und bietet ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool – perfekt, um abends die Sterne zu beobachten. Ein Gemeinschaftspool ist ebenfalls vorhanden, war im Februar aber noch zu kühl. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die genaue Wohnung war in den Airbnb-Angaben nicht sofort ersichtlich, aber der Vermieter stellte eine Beschreibung zur Verfügung. Ein Wasserkocher sowie einige Basics wie Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel wären praktisch. Da wir nur wenige Handtücher hatten, mussten wir sie während des Aufenthalts waschen. Für die Dachterrasse wären Auflagen für die Liegen und Decken für kühle Abende eine schöne Ergänzung. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Unterkunft mit traumhafter Dachterrasse – wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und empfehlen sie gerne weiter!

Would highly recommend!!! Came for week with the family over October half term. The accommodations is very spacious with a great lay out. The flat is recently renovated so everything is bright new. The location is very central for restaurants and activities. The highlight of the flat is the two spacious terraces. The downstairs terrace we used every day for breakfast, the upstairs terrace was great for sub bathing, bbq and AMAZING views. The terraces are well sheltered which was great when you have an occasional gust of wind in October. Naomi was a great host, always responding to queries and was kind enough to let us have a late check out which was highly appreciated especially since we had delayed flights and were travelling with kids.

Our stay with Valentina and Daniele was a pleasure. We ran a bit later than our estimated time from the airport, but our hosts were very flexible and welcomed us wholeheartedly. Valentina sent us a really helpful list of recommendations for great local food spots (one of which we tried and had an amazing dinner with exceptional service- El Horno) as well as plenty to do around the island. The flat, and jacuzzi, were absolutely spotless and we enjoyed all of our amenities, from relaxing after a day of exploring in the jacuzzi to cooking meals in the kitchen to a very comfortable and quiet nights’ sleep. The views surrounding the Airbnb are unreal, with volcanoes on one side and the Correlejo sand dunes on the other- both of which I recommend exploring. The Lidl up the road was also a highlight of our trip. A general piece of advice would be to hire a rental car to have shorter distances (a 5 min drive can be a 2 hour walk) and more freedom of movement around the island. 100% recommend!

We loved the apartment. The view was spectacular. The place was mainly well equipped (could do with more mugs & glasses and clothes storage), the bed was extremely comfortable, excellent shower. The bed linen was fine too. The heated pool & hot tub were both fantastic. We happened to be there when the owners were not in residence & wondered whether it would have affected our stay otherwise. Having said that, it was just a great place to stay and we’d highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved this apartment ! Beautifully designed and spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The balcony is spacious with the jacuzzi being a fab additional luxury. The apartment is well located in the old town and is a short walk to bars & restaurants and approx 15-20 minutes to the main strip & beach. Dina & Borge were the consummate hosts with fascinating stories about their Lanzarote life. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel extremely welcome. We are already looking to book again ❤️

Très beau logement. Jacuzzi billard au top. La vue mer. Le logement est vraiment bien aménagé (huile,sel , poivre…). Les propriétaires sont sur place mais très très discret. Facile d’accès. Restaurants, magasins supermarchés à 5 min en voiture. Proche de tout.
