We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

The place was as described and the host made sure to check in with us via email before, during and after our stay. The home was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for helping us make our few days away as relaxing as we had hoped.

Had a great time at Michelle's Airbnb property! Kitchen had ample space, as well as the rest of the property was spacious inside and out. The foosball / ping pong table was a nice touch, along with the large fire pit and hot tub. The Michelle was also very flexible with check in and check out times, which was much appreciated during off peak season! Overall great experience!

Becky’s cottage is perfect for a family stay in Muskoka. The cottage is incredibly well designed and appointed with tons of small touches that make the stay outstanding. Both the main cottage and side cottage provide ample space for all parties and the outdoor space from docks to patios give everyone tons of space to enjoy the outdoors. We came in from Alberta for a wedding in the area, and stayed at Tara’s place. It was much larger than we had imagined, and the property was just gorgeous! We would absolutely book with Tara again if we were back in the area.

We had a great time. Sir Sam’s ski hill nearby. Hot tub was great for those days when ski hill was not an option. There is fast internet at the cottage. Very private and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

For a winter weekend getaway, the accommodations and the host were a great match for us 6 Torontonians. Christina was available for any questions and she would follow up ensuring we were okay. Everything was clean, tidy, comfortable and cozy. We especially enjoyed the soaker tub and sauna. The dining table withstood brunches, dinners, and competitive board games. Thank you Christina for creating and sharing this home with others.

What a perfect stay! we stayed with our 18 month and 8 month old; the cozy couch, carpet, beds and BONUS baby gate made this the perfect space to stay while enjoying Huntsville. We would 100% stay here again and recommend!

We had a short, but great stay! Carley is an amazing host who goes above and beyond. She is so quick to respond and leaves you wanting for nothing and feeling right at home. The place is so cozy with the added bonus of a hot tub to enjoy! We had a great time and really couldn't say enough great things about Carley and her home!

We had an unforgettable stay with Leslie and Ian . The view from the apartment was gorgeous in the snowy February weather . We felt deeply comfortable and protected from the elements inside. Equipped with Amazon Alexa , my fiancée and I got the opportunity to enjoy our books to peaceful music and set a soundtrack to our morning routines . In the winter months , as Leslie and Ian state in their ad , winter tires or all wheel drive are a must for the steep driveway . Before a big night planned at Tall Trees restaurant, my Nissan with all season tires got stuck in the snow on the driveway . Ian immediately came to our aid and assisted us with the many tools at his disposal , freeing us from the snowbank and saving our night . This kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten . An excellent stay !

Perfect place to spend the weekend away. The hosts were amazing and incredibly accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. We forgot something at the place and the hosts were kind enough to mail it to us. Would definitely stay here again, 10/10!

Everything was really good. There were lot of amenities in the place. If anyone is looking for neat and clean place to stay, i would recommend this place. Moreover, there is jacuzzi in there as well.

Very responsive host, easy to communicate with! When something is missed by the cleaner, frank was able to help us with solution. The place is very quiet and peaceful, very recommend for small families.

Had a great time at cottage. Great Location on a nice calm Lake. Very easy check-in. Staff very friendly. Very Clean and nice kitchen and BBQ. Would definitely recommend staying here. The Dome and other huts on property would be fun to stay at as well. Have already recommended this property and will probably be back.

Alan & Rosalie’s cottage was everything we could have asked for and more ! It was a perfect place to just relax and recharge after a busy fall and Christmas season. We wanted for nothing, it had everything we needed. Alan met us when we arrived and explained where everything was and how it all worked. My wife and I and our two dogs had a wonderful experience. We will most definitely be doing a return visit. If you are looking for a place to getaway and relax this is the place, highly recommend it ! Thank you Alan & Rosalie !

Loved our short stay here. Very private, waterfront lookout, there are games and puzzles, kitchen has everything you need, renovated washroom, the dog loved it, and Bryan is very responsive. Would recommend!

Very clean and beautiful surroundings. Private and all the convenience’s of home yet feels like a cabin in the bush. Will definitely go back.

We had the best summer before school starts , thanks to Henry’s cottage! There lots to do, campfire, kayak, boating etc. We love the jetty by the lake and we have coffee there every morning!!! The backyard is so spacious it has the playground that kids have plenty of stuff to do! The place is very quiet at night! We also love the bedrooms and it has no problems accomodating our family plus two more. We have a good experience here and Henry is very responsive on our concerns and questions! We will definitely come back !! Thanks!!!
