Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

We loved the place! Close the the metro and a nice neighborhood. Would use it again if we come back to dc.

Harrison was by far the best. The location was great and accessible to all the things my family wanted to do. His communication was great and always answered any questions we had promptly. I would definitely go back if we visit DC again. Thank you Harrison for your hospitality. A+++

We had a wonderful stay! This place is beautifully decorated, with very comfortable mattresses, and very nice amenities. It was a perfect setup as a family with kids (much more comfortable than a hotel!) and so convenient to museums and restaurants. There’s even a full grocery store a couple blocks away. The location cannot be beat. Excellent hosts!

Sophia and her family made us feel comfortable,safe and always a pleasure to talk with. Accommodations were just what we needed. A bright and multipurpose kitchen made it easy to make family meals after a long outing. An amazing Washer and Dryer Her spacious cozy bedrooms helped us to finish the day off with contentment. I highly recommend making the choice to stay at Sophia’s and her family’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Right next to John Hopkins Hospital. 🏥

Quiet, secure, well-appointed, spacious and in a good neighborhood. In addition, the nearby Takoma commercial area was a big plus. Highly recommend.

The house was bright and sunny and perfect for our family of 4+ my mom including our newborn. Beds were comfortable, everything super clean and small touches like water and charging lamps on bedside made it very nice. Hosts were super responsive and even brought us backyard furniture to enjoy the beautiful weather. Location is convenient in falls church and easy to get to 50. Was also a great neighborhood for walks with sidewalks.

Our family of 7-2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 teenagers-came to the DC area for a visit. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with how nice the house looked. The house was immaculate, and we used every room in the house. The two bathrooms on the 2nd floor have been fully remodeled as has had the kitchen. We ate breakfast and dinner every day and it was easy to cook there. We enjoyed being together as a family and being at this “home”. Yet the house retains the flavor of a historic residence. Tyler is the perfect host. He answered every question I asked before we arrived and then continued to keep in contact if we needed anything else. We highly recommend this house.

This is a phenomenal and beautifully renovated house! Convenient for walking to major sites or the metro station! Plenty of room for groups of 6-8. The kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces are just as the pictures show. We lucked out with great weather so were able to enjoy the rooftop deck. Very secure parking with a garage door. Easy to use PIN entry. The were plenty of towels, sheets, paper products and all the kitchen items you need. Loved the many different coffee/espresso options. Our family also loved whatever type of mattresses they were. 1/2 block to a grocery store. Overall a great stay, great house, and hard to leave. Sal was very easy to connect with and was extremely helpful with any questions. 5 stars for sure!!!

Shareef’s place was beautiful it was perfect for my 48 hour stay in DC. I loved how close I was to Howard and the museums. I didn’t need anything while staying at his place he even had two waters for me which I appreciated dry much. I plan on staying again.

Courtney was a fantastic host and his place worked great for our family trip - convenient to bwi airport and other places we wanted to get to. Would love to say again!

The home was perfect for our needs! It is an old row house so not very wide but the set up makes it feel spacious. The third bedroom downstairs doesn’t have a door as it is the open space at the bottom of the stairs but it still felt private. As with any old home with wood flooring, you can hear those staying with you but I never heard the neighbors (we had a baby with us so I know they heard her but they were gracious and friendly). Everything is updated and the beds were very comfortable. Maggie even had a pack n play sent over when we asked about one. She was very responsive and checked on us often. It is one block from the metro stop entrance and you don’t have to cross any main roads to get there! One more block to King St and you are at a bus stop. Buses and trolleys are feee on King St so that was very helpful and has stops every two blocks. We loved our stay here and always stay in Alexandria during our visits so we will be back to this rental! Thank you Maggie and neighbors!

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

This home is clean. The complimentary muffins and wine are a nice touch. Plenty of towels and individually wrapped toiletries if you need them along with extra pillows and blankets. If you want to cook there is cookware, seasonings, and dishes. A nice patio with a fire pit, (bring your own matches). Overall a nice home. Cons: The neighborhood or side street is scary. The home sits on an unpaved road alongside some creepy homes. If arriving at night, you would definitely feel as if you want to sit in the car and look around for a few minutes before going to the door. While the patio is nice, you really can’t enjoy it unless the neighbor has there pit bulls in the home. They barked at us all the time and jumped up and high on the fence. Lastly, the beds are very low. I’m 5’10, 250 lbs, sitting/trying to get that low to the ground is too much for my liking. I wouldn’t stay here again. Good place for men. I wouldn’t stay if a man wasn’t with me.

Very cozy unit in the heart of DC, easy to access public transportation. Space was clean and had everything we needed, if we couldn’t find something the host was very responsive and kind. Only thing was we could hear what was going on upstairs clearly but understanding that it’s a basement unit so somewhat unavoidable! Still a great value for the location and place they offer and we had a great stay. Would recommend to anyone and we would come back as well!

Great place. Quiet building. Beautiful view of the water and the boats. Stocked with everything you’d need. Very comfortable beds. Great patio/deck. The coffee grinder was not working initially. We contacted Jared and he had another one delivered the next day. Couldn’t ask for more from a host. Very walkable. We walked almost everywhere from the unit. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The place is very clean and comfortable. Sean and Megan were great hosts and were very responsive to all our questions and needs. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

The condo was very spacious and clean. It was a very nice place to relax after a long day.

Ok. I want to give a fair and honest review of the place. First it was my first time using airbnb app, and I’m very glad I did. My airbnb in Washington was everything that was described. It was so much better than being in a hotel, (which I do a lot for business trips). The place was super clean, and beautiful. I loved the brick walls and the space was great for business travelers. There was snacks when I walked in the kitchen and a bottle of wine in the fridge, which I didn’t drink, I’m not a red wine guy, but I appreciate it being there. It was very convenient it has a washer and dryer which I did use, and knowing I didn’t have laundry to do when I got home was glorious. The metro is a few blocks away (5-10 min walk) Only 1 thing I would suggest. Get a new mattress. It is a little stiff for me but wasn’t uncomfortable. And 2 parking is not the best(you get a parking pass) but some neighbors take up two spots with crap parking not any fault of the owner of the property. 5 ⭐️

Christopher is a great host. He responded immediately to my messages. His place was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were the most comfortable of any AirBnB I've stayed in. We will return when we visit Washington D.C. again.

My spouse and I just moved to the area. The condo was great and exactly what we needed as we looked for permanent housing!! Overall, the place was clean and tidy. When we arrived there were some strange stains in the carpet, but Kierstin responded away and got it cleaned. A few of the dishes and pots were on the verge of breaking and, again, Kierstin responded right away and had new dishes and pots sent to the condo. The place is conveniently located with easy access to 695 as well as some good restaurants. For a 6 week stay, this place was great!
