Excellent unit with easy access to Makati. Fast internet, walkable to the Greenbelt malls, lovely view, fantastic washer/dryer, and a very safe building (with surprisingly fast elevators for such a high floor as this unit!). Sonia is an excellent host. She was friendly and responsive, and even provided baked snacks (from Pan Manila) upon arrival, as well as other amenities (including coffee, cream, and sugar). All in all, an excellent unit in a nice building, with a great host. Would definitely return.

Had a wonderful stay! The hosts was great and made me feel right at home. It was my first time visiting the BGC area, and this place was the perfect spot. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future!

My experience with this room is average. If you are looking for a simple room with a good AC and cheap price, this is for you. But do not expect too much, like what I have done before.

Follow the suggestions placed in the room, such as, bring the eco bag they have provided as you might grab something from groceries store on way back after a roam around. A lot of stuff controllable by remotes, ei. the dining lights. Just fyi, as there is many remotes, kinda confusing which is funny somehow😅. Great projector screen with the sound bar makes it more cinematic feels at the comfort of your home. fyr, water heater for the shower is somehow not working. Tried it, tho, eventually showered with a cold water. Love the smell of body wash. Overall, it was a nice stay. Love the maximization of the space and the convenience of the area in which there is nearby supermarkets opened 24hrs, the venice canal and etc. Plus is the hospitable staff from the security to the concierge. Ofc, our host Laarni in which super responsive. Thanks a lot, will be looking forward to stay again with Max Dwell.

The place was great except from minor issue that we encountered. Overall great experienced. Host was nice and friendly. Still a 5 star for me.

Great price for the stay near BGC and the airport. Plenty to do and lots of restaurants nearby. Entering the condo is an easy self check in. I stayed for a month and was able to visit Kalinga and Palawan easily as well as exploring Manila.
