Great little trailer in 55+ park with amenities of pool, shuffleboard and laundry also close to everything! We loved our stay and extended it! The host Nick is super accommodating in every way! Whenever you need anything he will respond quickly to help. Great place, great host and very convenient.

Great size house for our family with a toddler, preschooler, and 2 dogs. Our family enjoyed the backyard. A lot of household items were provided which was nice. I grew up in FL, in this area and I am not a fan of the traffic or weather. Just glad we were able to visit family.

Melanie was wonderful and very pleasant to talk to. She provided me with everything I may need and even more!! From a fully stocked fridge to a awesome coffee bar. We had great conversations and really feel like I have gained a new friend! Thank you so much for adding more enjoyment to my trip.

The house was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay and all the extras it has! Things we loved, the space. It's so roomy and every space was comfortable. The back deck is huge, we played games out there during the day and the kids were able to fish. The garage was perfect for kids to hangout on a rainy day. I forgot to order toilet paper and there was 1 roll in each bathroom so we had to make an emergency run to the store. Typically you have a couple of spare and ones but there weren't any. Beach towels they have 3 so if you need more than that bring your own. Plenty of regular towels. Washer and dryer work great but remember to order detergent too🤪. The pool is heated with solar panels on the house. If they could turn it on several days before you arrive I think the pool temperature would be better. That is the only thing I would change. It was too cold for me, the kids did swim but they enjoyed my sister's heated pool 10 mins away so much more.

Excellent location! Great neighborhood for walking and running. The bird sanctuary was a cool feature in the backyard. Our kids loved the pool (note it's not heated but they didn't care.) There are plenty of plates/cups/cook utensils and if TVs are your thing, there are 5 of them. Most of the beds are comfortable. Everything worked as expected and it was a bonus to be able to park in the garage and keep our car safe on NYE :)

Beautiful home! Everything we could possibly need was provided. Jaksa really takes the time for the small details and his home is very welcoming and comfortable. Great and easy location to get around Tampa area: Busch Gardens, downtown, Tarpon Springs. Super responsive! Thank you, Jaksa!

Nicholas was very nice and responsive. There was a problem with the water heater when we got there and he made other arrangements for us the first night while fixing the problem. Overall a.good stay. Would recommend him.
