We took my dad for a respite trip after losing my mom. It was a beautiful, relaxing place. He had his own private space, and we had ours. It worked out perfectly! We hated to leave. We loved sitting on the patio mornings and evenings watching all the wildlife in and around the pond. We even saw a small gator in the pond one morning! That was exciting! The place was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

We stayed in this home while visit g family for two weeks. In a pleasant surprise, the home was better than advertised. The adjacent studio space was a game changer for having two adults working from home as well as providing a separate space to set up a play yard at night. The host was very responsive. We had an a/c issue on Sunday morning and the unit was repaired completely by early evening (in other rentals, this same type of issue has taken days to fix). We were impressed and will keep this rental in mind for future trips.

My wife and I had a nice stay. Everything was basically as advertised.

Inside was great. Jim was very professional and knows his business. There was a little stench odor coming out of the bath tub but after first night it went away. Maybe there was clog or so. Anyway, thanks to Jim for being helpful to me during my stay. All the best!

I gave 5 stars because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but there are a few things beyond the owner’s control that are worth noting. I didn’t want to dock them in stars but they could be an issue for other guests. Pros: Beautiful community, apartment was clean and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked, The balcony overlooking the golf course offered relaxing views. Beds were comfy, washer/dryer in unit and plenty of hot water. Cons: Parking- the listing says, first come first served. As a property manager myself, I took that to mean there is no assigned spot outside your door but that parking would still be available somewhere. This was not the case. There are 17 spots and 1 handicapped spot for 32 units. I have handicapped plates so it worked out for me, but lots of frustrated folks. Also, the building is not for those with mobility issues; lots of stairs. Lastly, the neighbors are heavy smokers so we didn’t use the balcony as much as we had hoped too. We would still stay again though.

Beautiful location, Facility has tons of great amenities. Exactly as described on the website, with amazing views from the terrace. Everyone at the property management was easy to deal with and exceptionally friendly. As with every review you always want to say something, to help others who may be staying here. And the only thing we found missing at this place was a can opener lol. Besides that it’s like Heaven away from home. We were able to watch dolphins from the terrace, walk the trails and was fortunate enough to see a manatee. Lots of wild life everywhere. Wish everyone could experience this once in their life. Several attractions within 1 hour driving distance from this facility, but after you get here odds are you’ll never leave. P.S. the only thing I would add as an amenity to this property would be some nice linen robes for the guests, because everything else is perfect. Thank you for allowing us to experience this.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia! O apartamento é muito bem localizado, espaçoso e funcional. Estava muito limpo e bem cuidado. A vista é maravilhosa! O anfitrião foi muito atencioso durante toda a estadia. Definitivamente ficaria novamente em uma próxima visita à Saddlebrook.

Absolutely beautiful apartment! Cheralyn was so responsive whenever I had a question and gave helpful directions. The listing matched the place entirely and I felt right at home. Definitely would recommend her and this apartment!

Thank you, Pat for allowing us to stay. Located in a very nice country club. Entrance to condo could be more tidy. Dusty and some spider webs but it was a great stay. Had some hiccups but Pay was very accommodating and handled them promptly

This place was really worth the staying. It was really clean and included things that were a plus inside the kitchen and the bathrooms as well. The beds were really comfortable and the couches as well which felt really good since it was much better than I expected. This apartment/condo feels like a place that offers more things than you need and it’s a really good choice for long staying. Specially because it is great for the price, I would definitely come back

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing little Airbnb. The rooms were exactly as described, and the host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Instructions for checking in and checking out were very thorough and clear. We had one small issue where our coffeemaker was broken, and he immediately brought us a brand new replacement. The screened-in porch was great and we were given plenty of paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. The host picked up our dirty linens and towels twice during our visit and laundered them for us. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely consider staying here again!

Located on the end of the building with amazing views on 3 sides. I was concerned about damage from the hurricane season but it looks like they know what they are doing to get things cleaned up. The condo was comfortable, not a lot of noise from other units. Other residents were very friendly, saying hello when passing. Deb recommended good places to eat. We liked exploring the lagoon and saw some fun wild life. Husband got pooped on my some creepy birds🤣 I had a calm close encounter with a Heron. I would stay again and recommend this host.

It was exactly as described, the location was private & secluded, yet close to groceries, shopping & beaches, & restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking & we saw lots of ocean wildlife during our stay from our balcony or on walks around the property. Sunset view from our balcony everyday, we watched storms roll by which is also a sight to see. No hassle entering or leaving the property, had you had an extra sense of security because there was a guard on duty all hours. Katrina was friendly, very responsive, she contacted me a few times to give instructions & see how our stay was going. She replied immediately— I had no issues, but I feel like if we did she would have addressed them. I can’t believe the price we paid for our stay, it was beyond reasonable— I kinda expected something to be below par, but it was not! The pool area was nice & secure, the private beach area although small was a wonderful spot to wade into the water or chill with your feet in the sand.

A beautiful condo that looks out on the water. My first day I was on the balcony and looked down and saw dolphins. The place had everything you could think of! I was surprised that I didn’t need to bring paper products because they were provided. This is my 3rd rental place since June and first time that’s happened. The beds were so comfy and you had all of the comforts of home. Frank was extremely responsive to any questions and provided tips about places to eat. Sam’s Beach Bar is the best (thanks Frank). The layout of the condo and the decorating will make you never want to leave!

We were very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Our house in the neighborhood was destroyed in the hurricane and we had a lot to accomplish. The space is clean and the beautiful sunsets are guaranteed. Pool, gym and laundry were easy and we met lovely people. Our host was available for any questions we had. Would recommend a stay here.

I recently stayed at Bo's place for a week and it was an excellent experience! Bo is a wonderful host who always responded promptly to any questions I had. Saddlebrook is a nice and quiet area with great neighbors, making it a perfect getaway. The peaceful atmosphere really added to my stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the building has thin ceilings, so you can hear the residents upstairs. This was a minor issue for me, but overall, it didn't detract from the fantastic time I had. I highly recommend Bo's place for a relaxing stay!

Wonderful condo complex! Large end unit with lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped- best I have encountered so far!! Lots of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. 2 balconies - one facing east for sunrise and one facing west for fantastic evening sunsets. Access to kayaks and paddle board was a nice bonus. Pool was warm and fairly empty most days. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider booking again if we were to return to the area.
