Kimberley was very responsive, the place was beautiful and comfy! My family and I stayed here while we had to do some renovations and we were pleased with the home (as well as the pool and hot tub)!

Kimberly was very quick to respond to our reservation request. The house was just as described. The house was clean, the wifi was great even working remotely. The storage in this house was almost never ending! Way more than expected. This house would be great for a long term stay. The neighbors were very kind and welcoming as well as the check in/out staff. It was a very enjoyable stay, would absolutely recommend. Thank you, Kimberly!

We all enjoyed our stay and it was exactly what we needed for our party of 8. The house is very nice on the inside and the pool, hot tub and screened in patio area are beautiful. Relaxing, quiet and safe area. Plenty of parking for everyone, which was very helpful. The only thing we didn't appreciate is that the cleaning fee amount changes depending on the amount of people staying. The cleaning fee should be set no matter who many people are staying. We've rented lots of airbnbs in the past and never saw this before. Other than that, we would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our 3rd stay at Jon's place, even though the weather wasn't as cooperative as usual. This is a very peaceful and relaxing stop for us during our month in Florida. This area did get hit hard by the last Hurricane and it's sad to see that. Jon's place is back to normal with an updated kitchen and nice new eating counter and all the appreciated outdoor amenities. Aripeka is a very special area. We really enjoyed talking with Lou Charity (long time resident and historian) at the nearby library and historical museum. Jon is a great host and we really appreciate his early arrival and late departure times!

Lovely community setting, quiet, close to shopping. Friendly atmosphere.

This home was exactly as pictured and described. The only thing missing was a wine bottle opener! I left one behind for the next guest!

Carrie was able to squeeze us in a little earlier. All of the staff Carrie, Linda and Rachel were great. The people in the park were very friendly and made us feel welcome. I hope to stay there again . Joe

The home is in the perfect location for this area. It is exactly as described and had all we needed. Back yard is small but enough room to sit by canal and enjoy the outdoors. Hope to go back soon.

We stayed with our 4 year old and two dogs, and the space was a great fit for how we love to relax. We were able to catch pinfish, crabs, and even a small stingray off of the floating dock. There were quite a few restaurants to choose from, all within 10-15 minutes from the house. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait until next time

if you're looking for great country comfort this is the place to go! The hospitality and real farming is amazing. Peaceful and quiet sit outside and listen to nature. Make and Oksana were fantastic we can't wait to return.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. I felt at peace the entire time we were there. This Airbnb would be one we look forward to visiting again. Brandy was very friendly and understanding during our visit. The cabin had everything we needed for a great stay. The amenities on the property were great also.

Sarah has a cute small house in a more natural setting. She's taken care with design. Lots of nice outdoor areas to lounge. Place was very clean. Wasn't a major issue for me, but something people might want to know- the property is near a CSX freight railroad line- you will hear freight train whistles throughout the night. Also, the main mattress is a spring type that whenever you move you hear a symphony of spring noises. I was able to sleep well and enjoyed my stay, but thought others may want to know the above. I'd stay with Sarah again.

B&D Cottage was very clean, well stocked kitchen, exactly as described and pictured. Location was great; convenient to stores, restaurants, etc but away from traffic and crowds. Hosts were very attentive but not intrusive. The air conditioner failed on a very warm day and was repaired in less than 2 hours. This was our first Airbnb experience and we were very pleased with the entire experience. We will rent again when we are in the area.

My family and i came down for springbreak from michigan and absolutely loved our stay!!! The house had everything you could think of to need from beach towels, chairs, sunglasses, fishing poles. They had cabinets full of games to play with the family!! My son stayed outside every chance he could to fish, we jumped off the dock to swim, went out kayaking and saw dolphins in the back yard (have to be out before sunrise). The master bedroom has an amazing jet tub that this mama used to relax in every night before bed and it made me sleep like a baby! Back yard was fenced so our pup could go in and out whenever he liked, he loved it. We will most definitely rent this home again for our next flordia trip!!!

Such a beautiful little place! It was very relaxing while being bright and airy. Very comfortable! You won’t be disappointed staying here.
