Absolutely one of the best Airbnb we’ve rented. The hosts were great and went above and beyond our expectations would not hesitate to book again and again thank you so much.

Mercedes place was awesome! She is very easy to communicate and the location is very nice and safe. The apartment is well appointed with a nice bathroom. Parking was easy and I felt totally safe and location is close to restaurants and freeway. Thanks for the hospitality!

Winter break from Ohio weather , was alittle chiller than we thought , but not stormie issue , lives the little place and was perfect for my dtr and I get away ! Cleaning people forgot toilet paper and stormie was going to have some delivered for us which was thoughtful but not needed , would definitely come back !

Had a wonderful time will go back again. Lutes Florida is a great place to visit.

It was exactly as described, the location was private & secluded, yet close to groceries, shopping & beaches, & restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking & we saw lots of ocean wildlife during our stay from our balcony or on walks around the property. Sunset view from our balcony everyday, we watched storms roll by which is also a sight to see. No hassle entering or leaving the property, had you had an extra sense of security because there was a guard on duty all hours. Katrina was friendly, very responsive, she contacted me a few times to give instructions & see how our stay was going. She replied immediately— I had no issues, but I feel like if we did she would have addressed them. I can’t believe the price we paid for our stay, it was beyond reasonable— I kinda expected something to be below par, but it was not! The pool area was nice & secure, the private beach area although small was a wonderful spot to wade into the water or chill with your feet in the sand.

A beautiful condo that looks out on the water. My first day I was on the balcony and looked down and saw dolphins. The place had everything you could think of! I was surprised that I didn’t need to bring paper products because they were provided. This is my 3rd rental place since June and first time that’s happened. The beds were so comfy and you had all of the comforts of home. Frank was extremely responsive to any questions and provided tips about places to eat. Sam’s Beach Bar is the best (thanks Frank). The layout of the condo and the decorating will make you never want to leave!

We were very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Our house in the neighborhood was destroyed in the hurricane and we had a lot to accomplish. The space is clean and the beautiful sunsets are guaranteed. Pool, gym and laundry were easy and we met lovely people. Our host was available for any questions we had. Would recommend a stay here.

I recently stayed at Bo's place for a week and it was an excellent experience! Bo is a wonderful host who always responded promptly to any questions I had. Saddlebrook is a nice and quiet area with great neighbors, making it a perfect getaway. The peaceful atmosphere really added to my stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the building has thin ceilings, so you can hear the residents upstairs. This was a minor issue for me, but overall, it didn't detract from the fantastic time I had. I highly recommend Bo's place for a relaxing stay!

Located on the end of the building with amazing views on 3 sides. I was concerned about damage from the hurricane season but it looks like they know what they are doing to get things cleaned up. The condo was comfortable, not a lot of noise from other units. Other residents were very friendly, saying hello when passing. Deb recommended good places to eat. We liked exploring the lagoon and saw some fun wild life. Husband got pooped on my some creepy birds🤣 I had a calm close encounter with a Heron. I would stay again and recommend this host.

Tudo maravilhoso, mas em algum lugar estava escrito 3 quartos, porém eram 2 quartos e um casal teve que dormir na sala de televisão. Mas não tenho o que reclamar, usei a máquina de lavar roupas, louça também, o ar funcionando certinho, uma casa muito limpa, tudo novo, a cozinha é perfeita, a paz do lugar é incrível, a parte externa rendia um bom vinho e boas conversas, a vizinhança muito tranquila... Achei uma academia lá perto chamada EOS fitness muito boa. A esteira da casa não testei. O nascer do sol da frente da casa é lindo :)

Great little trailer in 55+ park with amenities of pool, shuffleboard and laundry also close to everything! We loved our stay and extended it! The host Nick is super accommodating in every way! Whenever you need anything he will respond quickly to help. Great place, great host and very convenient.

The house was a great size for our group. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs during the trip. We also enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful pool.

This was a beautiful home. We didn’t get to use the master has there was some plumbing issues, but the rest of the house was lovely. The location was perfect and near my family members which made it convenient for my stay.

Great place to stay! Home has everything and host is amazing. Easy access to everywhere as you are just about a 45 min drive to downtown Tampa and since you are just north of everything you can get to all the great locations like st. Pete, Tampa, Clearwater very easily. We would certainly stay again. Ps. Bed was super comfortable, shower is amazing plus pool is always warm

Travis was an excellent host. He responded very quickly to my texts. He was also very friendly and helpful. Kudos to the cleaning lady who helped with pool issues we had. She too was very friendly. This house is as advertised. Extremely clean! It's perfect for a place to floop after a day of hard running. Very close to all retail essentials.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! We loved the dock and being able to fish everyday. We were also able to bring our boat. The house was clean & had everything that we needed. Jennifer was a great host and was in communication with me our entire stay answering any questions I had! Jennifer also allowed our 2 dogs to stay with us and we are so appreciative of that! We will definitely be back!
