10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

This was our second stay at this house. Once again Veronica was great and very communicative and the house is a gem!! We were very comfortable, the back yard is relaxing. We will stay again next year!! Thank you Veronica!!

It was great place for us to stay while visiting family. Its quiet, felt comfortable, clean house in and out. I would definitely stay again if my family decides to stay in Holiday. Amy was very nice and communicated in a very timely matter.

Thomas place is exactly as it is posted. There are very little amenities and in the kitchen there is not even towels or oven kits, so be prepared. The house was spacious and was beautiful.

Quiet neighborhood, close to local shopping and amenities. I chose this place for its strategic location to beaches and outdoor activities. This was my first Airbnb rental and it was a great experience. We had a home issue on our first morning, the hot water heater started leaking and Krisztina was there in 15 minutes. Took care of the problem as fast as they could without interrupting our day. Kristina and her family were very friendly and very apologetic which things happen and we were just glad we were home to let her know. The home was spotless, and had beach amenities which we took advantage of and has a cute screened-in porch. Very relaxing and I would recommend it to any one staying in the area.

Vlad and Lana provided a beautiful home, well worth the money paid. Having our kids running around, it was a little noisy with the acoustics, but wouldn't deter our family from making this home our #1 choice in places to stay when returning to New Port Richey or surrounding area. The hosts thought of just about everything, and whether you are looking for a tranquil setting for a relaxing stay or a landing place while visiting family, this is a beautiful and ideal place to stay. A huge "Thank You" to our gracious hosts for providing a beautiful home to share!!

We loved our stay here!! It was quiet, easy to find, peaceful and fun! Us Canadians found a way to enjoy the pool the first week of March. The cats were an awesome bonus, so incredibly sweet. Our hosts were amazing. Home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay. Excellent communication and easy check in instructions. We loved the screened in porch and the mini refrigerator/freezer was very useful! Can't wait to come back!

I decided to book this duplex for 10 days as it was very close to my daughter's house. The place was pristine! The neighborhood is older but safe. Its location was very convenient to many amenities (grocery, gas, shopping, parks, Gulf of America, movies, etc.). It was private and quiet. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Berta's condo was simply amazing! Probably one of the nicest AirBNB's we have ever stayed in. Saddlebrook is an extremely safe and quiet resort that contains dozens of condos and full-sized homes. It has 24 hr manned security to control access. We felt totally safe and often walked throughout the quiet development. Saddlebrook was built in the 1980s, but most of the units have been updated. In comparison, we stayed at a different unit for a few weeks and although it was fairly clean, many of the fixtures were dated and loose. However, Berta's unit was a welcome surprise. She has designer quality upgrades! Comfortable beds. Gorgeous walk-in tiled showers, one with a glass door. All the appliances were recent upgrades and everything was super clean! We were seriously impressed! Even the couches looked brand new and were very comfortable. The massive flat panel TV was great and perfectly located. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone! We would definitely rent again!

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

This place is located inside Saddlebrook Resort so it's a great location if you are attending something at the resort. It is nice and quiet so was very comfortable for sleeping. The resort has a nice pool, tennis, pickleball, golf, etc. so it's a great vacation spot. The condo has kitchen utensils, pots and pans but no other basic cooking essentials like spices, coffee filters, condiments, so if you plan to do any cooking you will need to get all of your own supplies. The host is responsive and did drop off coffee filters when I asked about that. I would stay there again and recommend to other guests.

I gave 5 stars because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but there are a few things beyond the owner’s control that are worth noting. I didn’t want to dock them in stars but they could be an issue for other guests. Pros: Beautiful community, apartment was clean and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked, The balcony overlooking the golf course offered relaxing views. Beds were comfy, washer/dryer in unit and plenty of hot water. Cons: Parking- the listing says, first come first served. As a property manager myself, I took that to mean there is no assigned spot outside your door but that parking would still be available somewhere. This was not the case. There are 17 spots and 1 handicapped spot for 32 units. I have handicapped plates so it worked out for me, but lots of frustrated folks. Also, the building is not for those with mobility issues; lots of stairs. Lastly, the neighbors are heavy smokers so we didn’t use the balcony as much as we had hoped too. We would still stay again though.

Enjoyed our stay. Was a little concerned about the size of the place but once there, it was absolutely fine. The bed was also rather comfortable.
