Ingrid was responsive thru chat. Also, Ms. Wilma was easy to communicate to. The place was nice, clean room and CR. The building itself was located at the back of Venice mall and they have a back door going to the main entrance of the mall. Worth the price! 🥰

An incredible gem, so cozy that I felt right at home. I spent a week and every time I was coming back to the flat, I felt like I was really coming home. And the view... unbeatable! Breathtaking view of the city skyline from the balcony, gorgeous sunsets and also sunrise colors overlooking the nearby volcano. And Don himself is an amazing host - went out of his way to help me check in, super quick to respond and overall a genuinely nice person. Couldn't recommend his place more - and I *for sure* will look to book this again next time I'm in town!

Had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was ideal, nestled in a lively neighborhood with easy access to malls and public transportation. The host went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any inquiries. The view is very beautiful and the unit is clean. You will feel relaxed in the unit. It is a complete package for you to enjoy. There is a lot of things to do. The only problem is their kitchen sink that over flow. It ruined my whole stay in the unit. There is no mop that I can used to clean the water. I have to used my two towels to drain the overflow sink. I can not used the microwave oven because the glass is already broken. The kitchen lights is already spoiled. The extra slippers is very old. The kitchenware is not complete. It is not really advisable to cook. I already talked to the Host and advise to them to fix everything therefore the next guest will not experience this. Their unit is really great. It so happen their previous guest spoil their unit and even the sink. I still recommend their place

The pool was amazing, the teepee houses were a unique and fun touch, and the river experience was truly the highlight of our trip – we'll never forget it! Even the brief brownout we experienced was a minor inconvenience, easily overshadowed by all the positives. The cold weather was surprisingly pleasant, and the comfortable beds ensured we slept soundly. We loved it so much that we even requested an extension on our checkout time to soak it all in! Tierra de Segundo totally blew me away! The listing photos really don’t capture the incredible magic of this place. As soon as you step through their gates, it’s like you’ve entered a fabulous resort paradise! It’s an experience that’s beyond what I ever imagined! One of the things I absolutely adore about this place is the incredible outdoor kitchen! It’s so convenient for cooking, and since it’s outside the pavilion, all those delicious food smells stay outside where they belong! This place is TOTAL IG gold!!! The cabins are absolutely adorable! A little heads-up: the stairs to the second floor are definitely steep, but trust me, once you reach the top, you’re enveloped in pure coziness! And let me tell you about Mam Irene—she is the sweetest! She went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond, usually within minutes! Without a doubt, we’re adding Tierra de Segundo to our top picks for celebrations with friends!

I randomly checked out this accommodation and asked Paulo all the questions I had, which he answered very promptly. We were looking for a place away from buildings and vehicles, and this one was exactly what we were looking for! Just expect a 15-20 minute trek—there’s a caretaker who will guide you. When we arrived, it was raining, so be careful as the path can get slippery. But once you reach the place, it’s so beautiful. Overall, our stay was private, and both the host and the caretaker were very accommodating. The signal is intermittent, but that’s to be expected given the location. Tip: You may ask the caretaker to buy things you need, but be sure to maximize the effort he’s putting in, as it’s difficult to go back and forth. And of course, tipping is key! We’ll definitely go back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

After spending a day at ZZZs and Trees Resort, I can confidently say it was a truly spectacular experience. I would highly recommend this resort to my family, colleagues, and friends. The host was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with, even offering us a discount and complimentary access to the jacuzzi and bonfire. The caretaker, Tito Cielo, was very warm and helpful. He was always available to assist us with our requests, even late at night when we needed help with the jacuzzi and bonfire. We’re definitely planning to return to this wonderful resort!

Me and my family really did enjoy our stay in AJ's place. It's a family friendly staycation house. My parents enjoys the scenery and the province vibe while my nephews enjoy the pool and the available sports amenities of this place. My mom also love the kitchen area. All in one place.
