Very kind and responsive host; provided helpful and clear instructions and welcome. The home is beautiful, peacefully situated and clean and comfy. Our family and friends were all comfortable and enjoyed the warm, well appointed home for a long weekend. Sandra was available and responsive. We’ve stayed in homes all over the world. Sandra and her Ukiah home are among the best.

La Casita was a clean, modern and perfect place for me to stay. It had everything I needed for my travels around Orland. Easy instructions on how to check in and a safe and quiet area. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Home was amazing , Infact it was better than how it looked in the photos . Our group had really good time here , very convenient for large gatherings . The outside view was amazing and it was in a calm hill where you wouldn’t see any neighbors in 2 mile radius and you can spot animals like deer, coyote. Host gave clear instructions about all of these right after booking was made so there were no surprises , Overall had great experience here , only thing that I want to call out is this home is 2 mile up hill in pretty decent elevation that you have drive in rural road (loose gravel road) , so prepare to take AWD car on rainy days . We have issues in getting couple of cars up in the hill but we figured a way out, but other than that I would totally advice this home if you looking for a nice big different architecture home .

Erica’s cabin looked exactly like the photos. The house was cozy and peaceful- felt very safe there. We had 7 ppl and all fit nicely. The house is not huge but, felt very comfortable and “homey” like. There are some houses nearby but, felt very peaceful and private even though there are people fairly close. Only saw a few neighbors and some beautiful Great Pyrenees. Also, the creek is pretty but, not visible from house but, nice road to walk on with dogs. Not much traffic at all. Shingletown is very small and not much there but, we did wine tasting in the greater area and Matson winery near Redding was lovely! Call ahead for wineries- several are listed in maps on your phone but, lots are closed. I slept in the downstairs bedroom and the king size bed was huge and very comfortable- a littler firmer but, didn’t move when your other person moves around 👍🏼. We didn’t use the pot belly stove, only the heater under the tv and it was sufficient. Overall, a great cabin to stay

This was the second time I stayed here and loved it both times. I will be back in the area in a few months and will definitely try to get this place again

If you love rainbow trout this is the place for you. I enjoyed finding and keeping a talley of all the rainbow trout themed items in the house. Also great value near volcano park.

France’s was a very accommodating host. The home is located in a very safe area with spectacular views of the river. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.
