My friends and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea’s. We made great use of the amenities and would love to stay here again. Chelsea was a great host and extremely responsive.

The location and home were both very welcoming. Peri was very responsive and addressed our concerns with urgency. His recommendations were spot on. Overall, it was a great experience for our family.

Bettys home was a wonderful place for our 7 family members to stay. It was very comfortable and well equipped, with thoughtful amenities and lots of room. The fenced in yard was great for our dog, and the neighborhood quiet and close to the lovely towns of Warwick and Sugar Loaf. Betty was extremely responsive and kind enough to let us check in a few hours early. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful winter weekend with friends. Big comfy house with great basement for hanging out. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for house with a lot of sleeping space and living areas.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa's carriage house! We were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend (9 women from all over the east coast) and this was the perfect home base for our trip. When we arrived, Lisa gave a tour of the property and house, showed me how everything worked, and provided very clear instructions and suggestions. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery that evening and was exceptionally responsive and helpful for the whole weekend. We spent a day at Sojo Spa and enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Englewood on Saturday night. The house had everything we could have needed from an amenities perspective and tons of warmth & charm on top of that. Thanks Lisa for having us! We had an amazing weekend celebrating the bride-to-be.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The photos are wonderful but cannot convey how thoughtfully and well appointed the home is. (The primary bed was so comfortable I am thinking of replacing my mattress at home). I’ve been to cold spring many times but this was by far the most wonderful stay. Less than 10 minutes to Main Street but the house feels remote and peaceful. On top of all that Shawna was lovely to communicate with and made traveling with 2 toddlers a breeze (there’s also an entire play room which we did not expect!). 11/10

Amazing Stay with a Beautiful Lake View We had a fantastic experience staying at Angelica's place! She was an incredible host—responsive, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The home was exceptionally comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view; it was such a treat to wake up to that every morning. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend Angelica’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy retreat!

Anna was wonderful! She was always available whenever we needed to reach out and answered all our questions promptly. She also accommodated my special request to avoid using anything with fragrances before our arrival, which I truly appreciated. The house was impeccably clean and dust-free a huge plus for us due to our allergies. It felt incredibly cozy, and my husband and I especially loved sipping our morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful view, even while being snowed in. We also appreciated the extra pillows, blankets, bedding, towels, and paper towels everything was well stocked for a party of four. We would love to come back in the summertime!

This home exceeded my family and I expectations. We did not want to leave. We wanted to extend our visit due to the coziness of the home.

The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

First off, the pictures don’t do this beautiful home justice. I mean you really don’t need much to enjoy your stay here. The little falls area is so quiet and peaceful. The scenery is beautiful especially coming from NYC, my fiancé and I really enjoyed the view of the lake in the backyard. Couldn’t ask for a better getaway weekend. House was very clean and tidy. Pots, pans, and plates everything you would need to make this place feel like home is available. Natalija was a great host very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns. We will definitely be staying here again in the summer time when it’s get warmer, thank you again for hosting us! PS. Only regret was not making some dinner reservations. There are a lot of nice restaurants and places to eat nearby that we didn’t get to try so give it a shot if possible.

We had a nice stay with our baby and 3 year old. We really appreciated that Michael set up a pack n play set up for the baby. Michael provided some books and toys that entertained my older child, perfect for our rainy day. We played on the beach for a few minutes and that was fun even in the rain. I can tell the lake must be fantastic in the summer. There are two steps down from the kitchen to the laundry room, but the huge kitchen and open floor plan made it easy to keep our eye on our baby to ensure he didn’t crawl down the steps.

Loved our stay ! The house is large and beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake. check in and out was easy, communication clear and owner / property manager very friendly and helpful. Couple of things worth pointing: don't forget your shower gel, shampoo, coffee etc... as there are no amenities as described on the announce. Overall we had a great experience! Thank you

Christopher's house in Tuxedo Park was awesome. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. It was extremely clean and well maintained. They had it sweetly decorated for Christmas, and we were there to enjoy Christmas with our loved ones nearby, so it was perfect. We were too busy to explore the area, but it was a nice neighborhood. We really appreciated this beautiful and comfortable home to spend the holidays. Christopher was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

The place was exactly as described, a hideaway home in the heart of Montclair, private and peaceful. The Manager Chuks was extremely attentive to our requests and response to our concerns promptly. The host was very responded to our extension requests quickly and accommodated us accordingly. Our stay there for the past four months has been a great experience and we would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay.

Very nice, newly renovated home with lots of bedrooms, nice kitchen, great bathrooms. Location is convenient to NYC and NJ attractions. Neighborhood is very nice. A good choice.

a nice house with hot tub & the essentials & games very close to lake access, Mountain Creek, farm, & drive in movie theater! Kimberly was very responsive and shared helpful info about the house and helping us to know what we needed to pack or was provided! House is even nicer, more spacious living/sleeping space than listing/photos!

This house was a perfect place for our family to stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The beds were particularly comfortable. The hosts responded to our questions in a timely manner. We appreciated having coffee, sweeteners, and cooking oils and basic spices available. We took advantage of being near hiking trails. Overall, a great place to stay.
