Her şey çok güzeldi. Tertemiz bir evdi, her şey temiz kokuyordu. Sunulan tüm imkanlar iyiydi. Mutfak için tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu. Neredeyse ev ile ilgili her şey mükemmeldi. Sadece kaldığımızın 2.günü yoğun yağış sebebiyle evi su bastı. Fakat ev çabucak temizlendi, ıslanan eşyalar yenileriyle değiştirildi. Temizliğe gelen çift çok tatlıydı. Bu durumla alakalı ev sahibinden bir özür beklerdik. Yine de yardımcı oldu ve her aradığımızda ona ulaşabildik, bundan dolayı memnun kaldık.

İlgi alakası ve evin temizliği konusunda hiç bir problem yoktu ne zaman arasam hemen açtı kendisi ve çok ilgiliydi, teşekkür ederim

Öncelikle Ev sahibi Nevzat abiye güler yüzünden ve ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ediyorum.Sorduğumuz sorulara hemen yanıt verdi ve çözdü.Ev tertemiz ve ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey vardı.Evin konumu da çok güzel her yere 10 dakika balkondan Babadağ ve ölüdenizi seyredebiliyorsunuz. Havuz tertemiz ve bakımlıydı kaldığımız süre boyunca sürekli temizlendi.Çok memnun kaldık ölüdenize gelecek herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Dört yıl arayla ikinci konaklamamız oldu. Necdet bey her zamanki gibi nazik ve yardımseverdi. Ev resimlerdekinin aynısı. Mahremiyet açısından sorun yok. Kaş merkeze çok yakın. Hem sessiz bir akşam hem de Kaş merkeze yakınlığıyla hareketli bir gece sunuyor.

Evden çok memnun kaldık deniz manzarası, havuz ve jakuzi beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Biz akşamları merkeze ineriz gibi düşünüyorduk fakat yollar biraz zorluydu akşam çıkmaya cesaret edemedik bizim için bu eksi oldu ama evde de sıkılmadık zaten. Bir de evde mutfak malzemeleri bize biraz az geldi. Bulaşık makinesi deterjanı, yedek tuvalet kağıdı gibi detaylar yoktu. Ama temizlik gayet iyiydi. Her sabah havuzu temizlemeye birileri geldi. Mine hanım da çok ilgiliydi eve gelen kuryelerin numaralarını bizimle hemen paylaştı. Her şey için çok teşekkürler

Çevrede gezilecek yerler ve plajlar konusunda da bizlere gerekli bilgileri verdiler. Bunların yanında aracımızda oluşan bir sorunu duyunca Serkan Bey'in araçtan anlayan bir arkadaşını yönlendirmesi ve arkadaşının villaya gelip araca bakması güzel bir insanlık örneği... Dışarısı sıcak olsa da evin her üç bölümünde klimanın olması da güzel... Bizim için güzel bir deneyim oldu. Kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

Sıcak bir karşılamayla oldukça şık ve tertemiz bir eve giriş yaptık. Evin içerisi kadar bahçesinde oldukça şık, ve kullanışlıydı.Zeytin ağaçları içinde havuzunuzda yüzdükten sonra hamak keyfi yapmak hiçte fena değildi 😊Ev içerisinde ihtiyacınız olan herşey mevcut. Konum olarak Fethiye ve Ölüdeniz kıyılarına aracınızla 15 20dk içerisinde ulaşabilirsiniz. Gönül rahatlığıyla rezervasyonunuzu yapıp rahat bir tatil geçirebilirsiniz. Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

The House was in a quiet place, still very close to animated area of the town, inside, everything was clean and well ordened. The pool was clean and close to home, safe for children as well. The view of the mighty mountain around was fantastic, with a mesmerazing sunset view. Tuğba was always ready to help and give helpfull advice.

Chris was so interested before our arrival. Answered our questions in a timely manner provided us with the necesaary information and tips. Vildan Hanım and Ender Bey also helped us with the problems during our stay. They were easy to reach and quick to act. The stay was just wonderful. We were extremely happy and satisfied with every detail of the house and its facilities. If we will have the chance, we would be more than eager to stay there next year as well. P.S. there was no spare sheets or towels, this might be the one small thing we can complain. But contacting with Vildan Hanım, she solved our problem right away.

Excellent stay, I have enjoyed a lot and it was even sad to check out. Kitchen is very well equipped, TV, got Netflix on it. 5 mins walk to crowded city center and all the fancy cafes. Up hill on the way back home after, but I am totally fine with 5 minutes exercise like that, for me it was a benefit. Ahmet and Marie are super nice people, I am honored to meet them.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

This is the best place we have ever stay in Fethiye for my 10 years experience! Without exaggeration!I have never met such nice people and absolutely hospitable ones.We came with my mom and 9 years old daughter and spent amazing days in Korhan’s place. We had everything we needed! Cleanliness, coziness, warmth and comfort. Honestly, i worried about kitchen (but u have all at home from spoon to coffe machine-really all), weather was raining all days and I worried home can be cold(BUT there is a floor heater system), safety and neighbours ( BUT i met the warmest and lovely neighbours ) ALL was perfect and predicted in advance .This place is a heaven for listening birds in the morning, drinking coffee in terrace, enjoying peaceful nature and feeling as u are home! We were also pleased with an early check-in and late check out!I just have nothing to compare it with any place in Fethiye. In conclusion: Perfect location, 24/7 support from Korhan, easy instructions, modern cozy home!THANKYou
