Moc děkujeme za krásný pobyt ve vašem domě. Hostitelka pohotově komunikovala , uvítala nás hostitelky maminka , která byla velice milá a vřelá, člověk se tu cítil vítaný a jako doma .Dostali jsem papayu , kterou sama pěstuje. Dům je velký a krásný, plně vybavený . Kde se můžete věnovat nespočet aktivitám ( knihovna , karaoke, bazén , vířivka , masážní křeslo . Ideální je jak pro skupinu lidí , tak pro rodinu s dětmi . Skvělý bazén , který člověk ocení po celodenním výletu . Dostupnost ideální , dobré a kryté parkování hned u domu , snadný přístup na pláž kousek od domu, obchody , restaurace a hlavně nádherná příroda . Dům má krásný výhled . Moc děkujeme ještě jednou za pobyt , určitě se ještě někdy vrátíme.❤️

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! Tom & Bous our hosts were also incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is located in a small and quiet soi, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The pool is absolutely fantastic, with our own little bbq place which we used every day! The location is easy to get around in the area, with plenty of nearby restaurants and beaches and beautiful temples. Also a 7/11 and a well stocked pharmacy are just a few minutes drive. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We will be back soon!

We had some perfect calm days in Nicks House! Beautiful nature, super friendly lady that showed us the area, the farm and drove us to a lake with a lot of fishes. Fresh fruits, nice pool and silence.

Prakticky ve všech ohledech si SAAI volá zaslouží pět hvězdiček. Krásný areál, skvělý dům, čistota, vybavení a neuvěřitelný personál (ten by zasloužil hvězdiček šest) udělají z vaší dovolené krásný zážitek. Představte si to nejlepší, co od pobytu čekáte - a přesně to taky dostanete. Jsou tu jen dvě drobnosti, které ale nejsou v žádném případně chybou hostitele - vedle vily je sladkovodní říčka, která není úplně čistá (ale ničemu to nevadilo), a na pláži a v moři je tu a tam nějaký kousek plastu. I pláž je ale nesrovnatelně čistší než třeba na Bali a vůbec nám nedělalo problém se koupat i několikrát denně :-) Pokud by se vám to nelíbilo, je tu i fantastický čistý bazén. Místo není v žádném z významných turistických center, přesto jsme se nenudili - personál doporučil krásné výlety a zajistil i dopravu. Tohle místo a především lidé tam jsou prostě úžasní! Děkujeme!

Wir waren für 6 Nächte hier in der Unterkunft von Chiara. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben chumphon mit dem Roller erkundet und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Zum Meer fährt man mit dem Roller ca 3 Minuten. Chiara und ihr Mann waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die kleine Küche hat alles was man braucht um sich mal was schnelles zu kochen. Und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Vorhänge haben auch gut abgedunkelt.

An amazing place for those who love peace and tranquility. This is not a wild place alone with nature, but there are almost no people. Don't look for luxury beaches. they are not here. But the unit has everything for a comfortable life: a full set of dishes and household appliances, a TV and the Internet, as well as very comfortable hard mattresses, which Thailand generally pleased and surprised me with. Another positive aspect is that there is a train station nearby, from where you can get to anywhere in the country. but still the main advantage of living in this place is the people. The host family met me at the station and treated me like family. we were constantly in touch, went together to the market, to the store, and for a small fee - to the regional center of Chumphon. These are very decent, honest, friendly and sympathetic people! Thanks to them for the warm welcome!

The accommodation is excellent—very warm and feels just like home. It’s close to the beach, just a road crossing away. Additionally, there’s a market and a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient. I highly recommend this place!

This is genuinely a good airbnb. The finishes are top notch, and the building quality is of a high "western" standard. Zero slopiness there. The layout of the airbnb is done pretty nicely, in our case we had three parties staying there, and we did have a fair bit of privacy whilst enjoying each others company. It does come with a washing machine and a dryer, so you can easily clean your wardrobe. For future reference, I think a small music box would enhance the airbnb. Since the airbnb is surrounded by nature, on a few evenings we had a few mosquitos, but nothing bad or horrific. The location is a 15-minute walk to the beach, or rent scooters (300 Baht/day from the Airbnb, 250 Baht/day locally) for more convenience(!) The transportation options through the Airbnb are expensive (there are cheaper options from competitors within same category), and the host can be a tad slow to respond. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and I’d return. Chumphon is less touristy but beautiful.
