This place is really a good choice for you who want to stay for quite a while in Bangkok, the comfortness make me extended for another week. The place is just too private, quite, and convenience with 711 nearby the building.

We just had 1 night at Tan's place but we were happy with the experience. We came late at night and Tan's people welcomed us and gave quick and helpful instructions. We left early the next morning for the flight. It took only 5 minutes for us to walk to the airport, very easy to find the way and we didn't have to rush. Thank you for the experience and we will be back when we had a chance.

Kittiwat is an awesome host, he is extremely helpful. We picked his place cuz its away from hustle bustle bangkok which gave us privacy as a family and his unit is the largest we could find. We have a toddler and space is something that we look for. All in the house is cozy, and it has a lot of potential to look really nice. Only thing sofa and small aesthetics can make the house stood out more. Overall it was a nice stay

โอเคเกือบทุกอย่าง แต่เพราะเป็นคอนโดเลยส่วนของห้องน้ำจะติดกับห้องข้างบน จะได้ยินเสียงข้างบนชัดหน่อยกับเสียงเคาะจากห้องข้างๆ คืนแรกตุ๊กแกร้องทั้งคืน นอนไม่ค่อยหลับ แต่เพราะมันอยู่ด้านนอกไม่เกี่ยวกับที่พัก ถ้าวันอื่นมันคงไปแล้ว
